Clyde Edgerton lives in Apex, North Carolina, with his wife, Susan, and their young daughter, Catherine. He earned his undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and teaches education and creative writing at St. Andrews Presbyterian College in Laurinburg, North Carolina. He and his wife sing and play folk music professionally.
