Thank you again for downloading “Slower Cooker Recipes: 23 Proven Slow Cooker Recipes For Reducing Your Weight".  I hope you enjoyed learning how to make healthy, hearty meals that you can prepare in just minutes.  These recipes were staples in helping me lose 65 pounds that truly saved my life.  I know that by following these recipes and working on portion control you will enjoy major success, too!

I hope I have also inspired you to cook and find your own variations of these recipes.  Maybe you like the Moroccan Lamb recipe, but you’d rather try it with chicken.  Go for it!  Or maybe you want to make a blueberry coffee cake, instead of the Cinnamon Coffee Cake in this book.  Tinker with the recipe and create your own versions that you love!  Cooking is an art and all about experimentation.  Using a slow cooker to make these recipes simplifies the whole process.

Making the change to having home cooked meals in our slow cooker totally changed the way my family eats.  My husband and kids look forward to walking in the door and smelling something delicious percolating in the slow cooker – as if I have been in the kitchen all day cooking!  I love how easy it is to clean up afterwards and how much money we are saving by eating at home.  But what I love more than anything about these meals is that it helped me lose the weight I needed to lose.

When I run into people I haven’t seen since my old “fat” days, they are astonished and ask me how I did it.  When I tell them portion control and my special recipes cooked in our slow cooker, they don’t believe me!  There is just something comforting about meals from a slow cooker that for me, made me feel like I wasn’t even eating healthier.  It filled me up, so I never felt the need to overeat.

Do we eat out on occasion?  Of course we do.  We still have our hectic schedules.  But it is infrequent at best.  When we do go out, it is truly a special treat.  And I watch my portions!

To your success!

Some cookies after processing are hard and crispy while some are soft and robust. Most cookies have a wide variety of styles with an array of ingredients like flours, sugars, chocolates fruits or butter. A fun thing about cookies is that they serve various purposes such as refreshments and even for light meals. Some of the categories of cookies include bar cookies, molded cookies filled in cookies, and drop cookies, no baking cookies, and cookies pressed, refrigerated cookies and several others that beat one’s imaginations.
