From this,” he vowed, “You now belong only to me.”

His long ago virile lust rekindled to enjoy the want of another,
with Seda close in his arms they slept, but not long afterwards, a hard loud knock on his bedchamber door awakened him.

Enter,” the king said, as he raised himself; then covered Seda’s naked body with the furs.

King Rone,” the messenger said hastily. His face tired, and his hair and clothing dirty, “A message from your son.”

Chapter 2

B
ayl
now in sole command had the men camp just outside Celgon, another kingdom southeast of Worrlgen. His brother Baric still hurt badly. Bayl traveled with him as far as possible from threats, and then sent a message ahead to their father of their failed attempt to force villagers to abandon their land and homes.

Just after they camped,
while his brother lay covered next to the fire, Bayl sat across from him. His mind full of memories of their childhood, and knowing Baric was closer to their father’s heart. He remembered their father’s long talks, encouraging words, and admonishments to them when behaving badly, but always with him were reminders that his queen died soon after he came out of her womb.

He recalled his brother taunting him in WorrlgenHall, the forests, gardens, or glens, practically wherever they trained for battles always urging him to stay courageous in times
of peril or facing death, while pushing him hard.

His words heeded, Bayl faithfully fought alongside Baric when their father again began to lay siege to other territories. Both spurring each to gallantry while protecting the other, and although Baric suff
ered wounds numerous times in battle, it was only until now that any brought such suffering.

“Is he better?” Bayl asked, since Baric had not spoken an intelligible word since he found him.

Yes, my lord,” the man answered, “But, his wound is deep. He lost much blood and what remains now boils.”

Bayl turned, h
is mind now recalling the battle.

Why did you send me ahead of you?” he questioned under his breath; certain whatever the reason probably was to protect him.

Just as Bayl murmured to himself, Ogor
ec walked into the camp; then stood by the fire, before turning to Bayl.

He sweats,” he remarked, when he looked down Lord Baric.

His blood boils,” Bayl said; then went to the makeshift bed he had for the night, and put his arms behind his head, before going again into deep thought.

Well aware of the bond between the two brothers, Ogorec looked at Bayl sympathetically, but unsure what to say to lighten his heart; said nothing more of Baric
’s wound.

We must move again soon, my lord,” Ogorec voiced instead. His mind always on impeding threats; “We are still close to our enemy’s land.”

I have sent a swift messenger,” Bayl replied and looked up at the black sky. He had written his message already and gave it to Laad his fastest rider.

In his message, he left his words few only noting their failed attempt to take over the villages, and that Baric fell in battle gravely injured, but was still alive, and were they now were.

He knew the thought of losing his oldest son without first seeing life still within him an impossible burden. The king would ride hard to join them, and ordered Ogorec to set up guards and watches while they waited.

Ogorec informed the men of their stay. Again, cautioning of the threats surrounding them since camped so
close to Celgon, a land ruled by an old king content with the land he ruled. However, he had three sons, Thogor, Cadon, and Elgen, who, now older and knowing their father was well in years and would die soon wanted more land and power.

While they camped and waited for the king, the next night as they waited, Belon noticed Ogorec nowhere in sight and knowing his appreciation of grand sceneries; guessed where he could be.

When will the king be with us?” Belon asked when he found Ogorec sitting on his horse far away from others staring out into the open plains.

Soon.”

Ogorec, about si
x feet four inches tall, with hair pitch black just as was along his chin and dark eyes, was Baric’s first in command and guard.

Handsome, strong, fit, as well as valiant, and unmotivated to one-day rise as a ruler, he had a flair for battle, and a natura
l leader, the men admired him.

Belon just under six feet nine inches tall, whose hair was a hue of wet autumn leaves after a rain and eyes a mysterious shade of blue, which changed to a hint of green according to the light was Bayl
’s first in command and guard.

He, even more striking, was strong, fit, and valiant, and a natural
born leader, he had a flair for battle, but unlike Ogorec, who was more humble and disciplined, Belon was charismatic and driven by emotion.

As their horses stood side by side, whe
n Ogorec turned to leave and go back to camp, Belon quickly spoke.

How long will you deny me?” he asked annoyed with him.

Ogorec turned his head to Belon, but Belon intentionally faced away and kept his view on the plains.

“You ask me this when we are at our weakest,” Ogorec uneasily commented, “And at the whim of attack from enemies.”

It is I at my weakest from us apart so long.”

We fight and win or lose these battles with no power over their stay.”

Yes, yet you control well your stay from me.”

The men already whisper of us,” Ogorec alluded, “I see no haste in bringing to light those whispers.”

Belon turned his horse; then looked at Ogorec scornfully.
“You have done well to keep them in darkness by having your way with women at home and away.”

You have done no less,” Ogorec spewed.

Angered, Belon charged away from him, but Ogorec quickly followed riding harder to get ahead of him; then once he did, turned and blocked his way.

“Move!” Belon shouted.

Pausing only briefly, Ogorec stared at Belon
’s angry face wanting to say something, anything to ease the tension between them, but when he saw how angry he looked, he couldn’t, so he turned and rode off.

Perplexed that he made the effort to catch up with him, even goin
g as far as to block his path, Belon followed to find out why, catching up to him right away.

Where are you riding?” he asked, as he galloped beside him, but Ogorec did not answer.

Following closely, he watched as Ogorec made his away to a hill and slight
ly down it, then well away from where they had camped and hidden from others, he got off his horse.

Ogorec
’s sword in his hand, after he tied his horse, he walked farther pass the foliage, and close behind him Belon got off his horse, then after tying it, grabbed his sword and followed.

You haunt me…” Ogorec blurted. His words precise and low, almost angry, “Other than the king, or our lords, I seek you out in battles.”

Why?”

Ogorec refused to answer.

“Then I swear this night to never come to you again or allow you to come to me,” Belon flared, and stopped.

Both, no less than their height from each other, their eyes upon the other intent as if facing an enemy, neither moved.

“Never again,” Belon again swore, as a wounded pang went through him more powerful than any sword.

Tormented, Ogorec stuck his sword into the ground,
but his stare on Belon stayed fixed before he inhaled drawing the cool night air into his mouth.

Then I shall live out the rest of my days wanting you,” his vow back, “Perhaps a battle will …”

Stop!” Belon interrupted, before Ogorec could finish his damning words; then plunged his sword into the ground and walked closer.

Now right in front of him, breath upon breath, Belon looked at Ogorec as thoughts ran through his head. Ogorec
’s words filled with such emotion as he spoke, he now knew why.

I too have a haunt,” Belon confessed in a tone now far from anger, “Mine is of lose as I too seek you out in battles.”

Why?” Ogorec’s question, but unlike him, Belon was easily able to answer at once.

To protect who I love.”

With me should you speak words of love as one would to a woman?” Ogorec questioned, “We are both men.”

If you deny love for me, I will not speak of it again.”

I cannot deny within me this great want for you,” Ogorec admitted. Surrendering to his deep seeded torment, yet he could not bring himself to speak words of love for him.

Belon
’s words breaking Ogorec’s strong will, both still close Ogorec reached for Belon face; then no small task to undress him began to.

Each time I touch your flesh I risk losing my command,” Ogorec whispered, as his hand rested on Belon’s bare chest.

Yet, you do,” Belon’s reply.

I do,” Ogorec agreed. His chest now exposed as well, “And I long for such risks.”

Ah, as I.”

Quickly putting
clothing, skins, and furs on the ground for padding, as Belon put his chest on them, Ogorec got behind him and lined his hips with his buttocks.

Long since they had even as much as touched, although Ogorec had held it deep within,
he had craved him.

To long.” He now moaned as he spit on his hand and coated the tip of his manhood, “Have we been away from the other.”

And who has pleased you since our last?”

No one,” Ogorec swore his truth, as he now held Belon’s hip with one hand and used his other hand to hold the base of his swollen manhood before he slowly pushed the tip pass his welcoming entrance.

Belon
suppressed his urge to cry out. Ogorec’s shaft bringing awe to any woman had the same affect on him as within seconds he now plunged deep inside him.

Ogorec
’s moans quickly deepening, Belon now familiar with his sounds knew like a fierce volcano he was about to erupt. Believing their next encounter would be no time soon because the people from the lowland had wounded the king’s son and another battle was on its way from his wrath, he wanted to savor every second of their passion.

Ogorec.”

Speak,” Ogorec blurted almost unable to answer.

Slow your pace.”

Right away Ogorec withdrew
and made a needy groan, then got onto his stomach. “Fill me.”

When Ogorec quickly fell
onto his stomach he closed his eyes as Belon got behind him and kissed the center of his back; then when he entered him, his deep grunt and gasp pulsing more blood into Belon’s organ made him immediately push hard and deep.

My craving to feel you is endless,” Belon moaned in Ogorec’s ear, after he moved his thick hair to the side, “Endless.”

The pleasure he felt so arousing he couldn
’t put to words just how much, Ogorec let his over animated grunts speak for him and both like animals in heat their passion soon sounded as such.

Sudde
nly, as a wave of heat rushed to the center of Ogorec’s body he rose on his hands and knees and lifted Belon. His strength great, it stirred Belon to thrust even more vigorously as he reached around, grabbed Ogorec’s manhood, and stroked it.

I am about to lose it,” Ogorec sensually growled. The strength in his arms keeping both from plunging face down, as each of Belon’s thrusts became more powerful than the last.

Do so,” Belon cried out while spurting hard and deep inside him.

The hour late and his watch set to begin soon, Tohlor ventured from the camp. He too had a fondness for staring out at the wondrous plains and rode to the hill to view it.

All quiet, except for faint sounds a short distance ahead of him
. He thought it could be animals at first; but when he heard it again, he became suspicious because animals do not speak.

He decided to locate the noise and report his findings back at camp, then leaving his horse behind
he quietly crept forward.

His sword drawn, he remained hidden listening
as each step brought him closer to the sound, but as he listened, this time instead of talking, he heard grunts and moans.

Curiously, Tohlor crept more forward; then saw a horse and recognizing it as Belon
’s he put his sword away. Guessing he was somewhere close relieving himself, although, he wondered why so far away from camp he began to approach, but just as he parted two bushes to step out, he came to a sudden halt.

Belon
’s back to him and his body naked. He lay on someone, and at first believing it was a woman, he began to doubt it. They had come across no women and whomever he was with was quite large, far larger than any stout woman could be.
