I walk over to the lounger, and Dan hands me a plate of fruit. "I'm heading home. You have a long night with the rowdy boys, and my sister is on her way over."

"Okay, thanks for grilling. You know you didn't have too." I smile, sliding my sunglasses back in place.

"I know. When can I see you...alone?" He rubs my arm with his finger.

"I don't know. You know not while Preston's around," I say, eating a huge strawberry.

"I know, just call me if he goes anywhere." He gets up walking toward the house to go home. Yeah, whatever, I tell myself.

I look up, feeling water sprinkling down on me. Preston and Landon are on each side of me shaking their heads, laughing. "Get out of here," I tell them.

"Mom, can Landon stay here tonight?"

"I don't care." I wave my hands in a shooing motion to get them to move away from me.

**

After the long afternoon in the sun and a cool shower, I lay on my bed to read a little. The guys have all left except for Landon, whom I'm assuming is staying here tonight. I grab my kindle and turn onto my stomach to read. I'm in the middle of a good paragraph when my bedroom door opens and in walks Preston, with Landon close behind. I'm lying there in my boy shorts and tank top while they both bounce onto the bed. "What?"

"We're hungry," Preston says, grabbing my kindle. "Gross, you're reading that?" I grab it back.

"Yes, I'm reading that." I turn around to sit up on the bed. "Can ya'll get out."

Preston chuckles, looking at Landon. "Mom likes reading those books that have all the fucking in it."

"Watch your mouth," I scold him.

"Sorry, my bad.  You want to get some food with us?" he pleads. Landon's been quiet, so I look at him, and he has his hands together, pleading too.

I roll my eyes before looking at the clock. "It's almost midnight."

"Come on, you haven't got anything better going on." Preston thumps my kindle.

"Okay, let me get dressed." I motion for them to leave. Reluctantly they do. I hear them trampling down the stairs. I get up and pull my tank off while sliding a dress over myself. They're already leaning against my car when I come outside. I toss my keys over to Preston, and we hop in and head out to wherever they are wanting to go. They're talking about some upcoming party that they're planning to go to. They also figure out that apparently their birthdays are within a month of one another's, which is coming up in a couple months. I look behind me at Landon. "Are you going to be twenty also?"

"No, I'm actually going to be twenty-one. I'm a junior," he tells me.

"Oh, that's good. What's your major?" I ask, since summer is around the corner, and he will be in his final year of college.

"Law. I'm going into Pre-law next and hopefully get on at my dad's firm." He sounds confident in what he wants to be.

"That's impressive, Landon. What kind of law do you want to do?"

"Corporate Law, my dad is a partner at his firm, and I hope one day to become partner with him." He pushes up between Preston and my seat in my Escalade.

I look over at him. "That's great." I smile.  "So why are you just now on the baseball team?"

Preston looks over at me. "Mom, I told you that there was a new guy that coach pulled in to play the games so Derek can rest. Landon is a relief pitcher."

"Oh, I remember now. So do you like playing baseball?"

"Not really. Mom always had me in sports while growing up to give me something to occupy my time. I would rather focus on school. The sooner I get done, the sooner I can get on with Dad at the firm and start a career. But coach realized that I was pretty good, so here I am playing." Landon seems to have a good head on his broad shoulders.

"That's great. Isn't that great, Preston?" I look at my son.

"It's fantastic, Mom." He rolls his eyes. Preston's currently getting a degree in Sport Therapy--whatever that is.

"Any siblings? Or are you an only child?" I ask.

"A sister, she's five years younger than me, and she's all about Ariel. She's on the cheer squad and plays volleyball, so she stays busy."

"That's great. You should bring her over sometime to swim," I invite.

"Yeah, maybe someday."

Chapter 2-Landon

It was love at first sight. I can't help it. She's beautiful. I know it would never happen. Let’s face it, I figured it up: she's about fifteen years older than me. That means she was only fifteen when she had Preston?

When I got to Preston's, everyone was out at the pool.  Some were swimming and some were hanging in a large group over by the loungers. There is a man at the grill obviously grilling up burgers. I walk up and stop because she has on the tiniest bikini I have ever seen. It's bright pink, and my dick immediately enlarges. She has long black hair, and it's damp, so I assume she's already swam. She's playing some kind of card game with Toby, another guy from the team. Preston walks up and greets me. "Come meet my Mom." He nods toward her. I swallow hard and walk with Preston, trying my best to conceal my excitement. She looks up and smiles. She's hidden by her sunglasses.

She smiles and the world stops. "Preston, Toby needs to give up."

"Yeah, looks like it." He laughs. "Landon, this is my mom, Brooklyn." Preston introduces us. "Mom, this is Landon, the guy I've told you about from school. He's on the team now. He pitches."

"Nice to meet you Landon." She holds her hand out to me. I just stand there staring at her like an idiot.

Preston nudges me. "Yeah, nice to meet you too." I take her hand. I stupidly continue to shake her hand while staring at her.

"Preston, dude, your mom seems to have another admirer." Toby chuckles. "Not that I can blame him." He winks. Apparently I'm not the only one that is infatuated with her.

Preston nudges me again. "Dude, stop staring" he whispers. I drop her hand and look over at Toby, who is grinning.

"Landon, watch as my mom takes Toby down," Preston says while everyone laughs. She of course beats Toby. Everyone gives Toby a hard time because they know that poker is his favorite pastime besides baseball.

"Okay, that's enough playing, you all go swim or grab some burgers," Brooklyn says, getting up from the lounger. Everyone moans when she walks away, and I think I moan too. I look around, and everyone is staring at her walking away.

Preston and Brooklyn are crazy together. She is more like his friend than a mom. When he took off with her into the pool, anyone else would have been pissed, but not her; she laughs while I help her out of the pool. Her body is all wet and slippery from the water.  I wink at her as I dive into the pool to keep my growing erection from being noticed. I've got it so fucking bad for this woman.

Later on after everyone leaves, I ask Preston, not sure who the guy was that was grilling, if that's Brooklyn's boyfriend? "Fuck no, she don't have boyfriends. Although, I think they have fucked, Dan is always around. She never has over-nighters when I 'm home. He's cool enough though. Let's go see if my mom wants to go with us to get food."

"Cool, I'm starving." We head in the direction of her room and without knocking, he opens the door and jumps onto the bed. Following his lead, I do the same. I freeze when I realize she is lying there on her stomach reading with only a pair of panty-looking things on and with a small top. Holy fuck.  Preston then explains that she is reading the naughty stuff, and my dick gets even harder than it was before: she’s lying nearly naked on her bed. We basically beg her to go with us to get something to eat, and she of course does. I don't think she tells Preston no very often. We head out to allow her to cover her rocking body so we can go eat.

The car ride was interesting. She seemed genuinely interested in my studies and even in why I'm playing ball.

**

We have a game today, and Preston and I are hyped up and ready. This is the first game that I'm pitching in, and he's catching. We're a pretty perfect team. I know that Derek is his main pitcher, but Derek is the star, and they're keeping him in the dugout during the easier games to save the arm. He wants to go pro after college.

Brooklyn is sitting in a lounge chair just outside the fence while we warm up for the game. I'm throwing to Preston, and he misses the catch and has to run up to the fence. He starts talking to her, and even from a distance, she's so pretty. When he waves me over, I take off jogging in their direction. As I slow, she's so beautiful I become breathless from her beauty rather than the short jog. She has on her sunglasses that are covering her eyes, and she has pink, shiny lips. Her long hair is pulled back in a ponytail, and she has on a pink sundress. It comes just above her knees, and her legs are tan and long. Her little toes peek out of some brown-jeweled flip-flops.

"You both look good out there," she says, smiling.

"Thanks, Mom. Hey, hand us a couple bottles of water." She turns and grabs two bottles and gets up to pass them to us through the fence.

"Thanks, Mom."

"Yeah, thanks, Brooklyn," I say.

We both guzzle the water and push the bottles back through to her.

"Thirsty? Good luck out there." She laughs, walking away to toss them into the nearest trash can. I stand there a moment, watching her until coach hollers for me to get on the mound to finish warming up. I jog back to the mound and resume throwing to Preston.

We win the game 8-3. Preston wants to go out to celebrate. I have no idea what he has in mind though. My parents show up for my first game so I introduce them to Brooklyn. They're impressed that she's the famous Brooklyn Baker, the real estate lady. I guess she's pretty well known.  They chat for a few moments before Preston drags her away.

"Mom, you want to go out to eat, or can I go to the party at Toby's frat house?" Preston, I notice, is always including his mom when she's around.

"Sweetheart, you go have fun. I'm just going to go back to the house and hang out back." She kisses his forehead. "You both played a good game today, congratulations." She smiles. "I'll see you later at home."

"Okay, Mom." She turns to leave and Preston asks me if I'm ready to go clean up and head out to the party.

"Bye, Brooklyn," I holler at her once she's several feet away.

"Bye, Boys." She tries to wave as she leaves with one arm with the lounger she brought and the other with the ice chest.

I look at Preston. "I'll just meet you at the house. I'm going to help your mom with her stuff since you didn't offer."

"Fuck. I didn't think about it. Thanks. I'll see you in awhile." He takes off toward the field house while I jog over to Brooklyn.

"Hey," I say as I come up next to her, taking her lounger and ice chest.

"Hey." She looks around for, I assume, Preston. "I can get that so you can go clean up for the party."

"I don't mind. I can meet him there later." We walk in a comfortable silence for a bit until we reach her Escalade. I load her stuff into the back while she waits off to the side.

"Thanks." She smiles before walking over to the driver's door.
