She was already unsealing his pants. His cock shot into her hand the second she got it free. It was long, hot, and flushed, and the tip dripped precum. Lexy creamed in response.

“On the desk.” Visions of every office sex scene she’d ever watched on her vid screen flashed through her head, never mind how tacky.

Yanking her skirt over her hips, Huv spun her around and planted his palm between her shoulders. Lexy followed his lead as he pushed her torso onto her desk. The glassy veneer chilled her nipples through her blouse. Bent over like this, she had her bottom at the perfect height to snuggle his groin.

Behind her, Huv lightly spanked her right buttock. The impact jolted through her clit, and the small sting made her moan. Then he slid the same hand downward and shoved her panties out of the way enough to screw two fingers into her. This time, Lexy wasn’t sure which of them groaned more loudly.

“You’re so wet.” Huv replaced his fingers with the blunt head of his swollen cock. “Are you ready for me?”

She answered by pushing back until he popped past her outer ring of muscle.

Permission granted, he continued to jam more of his meaty shaft into her until he’d buried his whole length right up to his balls. His crown formed a thick knob inside her, scraping her inner walls with delicious friction. Lexy expected him to piston into her with the same wildness he’d exhibited before, but instead he gave her a far gentler ride. He coasted in and out of her body as if he savored every stroke.

“So good.” His voice was a strained rasp. “No pain.”

The comment tickled something in Lexy’s brain, but she couldn’t get a fix on it. Huv’s measured thrusts should have massaged her to orgasm slowly. Instead, climax hurtled toward her with the force of a space freighter.

He was probing her so deeply, taking her with such care. Huv was … loving her. Although he didn’t say the words, Lexy was suddenly sure of it. His love for her was there in his body and hands, in the way he angled his shaft to hit her sweet spot, in the way he shifted his palm to rub the inside of her thigh.

“Oh, Huv.” Tears formed on her lashes.

Bowing her head, Lexy cried out long and low as her body began to contract around his plunging length. Every ripple, every spasm, felt bigger, wider, better. Then he lunged up hard and sprayed his seed inside her, and their coupling was perfect.

For several minutes, they just breathed together. He stayed pressed to her buttocks as if he was afraid to withdraw.

“Do you have something to clean up with?” Although Huv was still panting, his voice was clear. “I think I filled you to overflowing.”

The image sent an aftershock ricocheting down Lexy’s sheath.

He groaned. “Ah, gods. Don’t do that, or I’ll never get out of you.”

She was tempted to tease him, but she knew her next patient would arrive soon. Lexy opened one of the desk drawers and handed him a wipe. The tender care he took cleaning her as he pulled out made her heart turn over. Then she remembered something.

“Huv, what did you mean by ‘no pain’? You said something about that the last time you took me from behind, too.”

He planted a kiss on the back of her neck before he smoothed her skirt down. “I told you. The first time I tried this position, I did it with an Allurian female. Our race isn’t built right for it. It was excruciating.”

Lexy turned around to face him. “For you, or for her?”

His eyebrows shot up. “For me. She didn’t think it was much fun, but she didn’t get hurt. I, on the other hand, was out of commission for weeks. I was young and stupid.”

“But you took me that way.” Lexy suddenly appreciated the risk he’d taken, the trust he’d shown her. Taking her from behind was his way of sharing something special with her.

His cheeks flushed. “Yeah, well, I knew it wouldn’t hurt with you, and I’ve always wanted to do that. Ever since I was a teenager and some friends and I watched a vid we weren’t supposed to see.”

Lexy smiled. “Some fantasies stick with you. I’m glad I could make this one come to life.”

Holding her gaze, he leaned in and kissed her. “Thank you, Lexy.”

The gratitude on his face humbled her. He thought she’d given him a gift. In truth, she’d already received so much more. She just hoped Lexy the man could earn the same love and trust. Because she had some fantasies of her own, and she wanted Huv in every way imaginable.

* * * *

Huv felt relaxed as he left Lexy’s office, and he arrived home to a quiet place. Rix was putting in two more weeks at his current job before they went all-in on the import business. Walking over to the vid screen, Huv checked for messages and was surprised to find one flagged for him. It was from Xindra, asking him to tag her back. Although he wasn’t sure what her hours were, he logged in and called her house.

His cousin’s face filled the screen, framed by her long purple hair. “Huv, you got my message.”

“I just got in. Is this a good time?”

Her smile lit up her lavender eyes. “I have to teach a martial arts lesson in about an hour, but this works.”

Xindra usually taught martial arts at the gym, while Quinn worked as a personal trainer.

“You know,” she added, “you’re still entitled to a free lesson as payment for modeling for our class.”

Huv waved that away. “You’re family. Besides, I’m a lover, not a fighter.”

“You could take a training session with Quinn instead. Keep those love handles off.”

He could hear the laughter in her voice.

“I’ll think about it. So what can I do for you? Why’d you call?” He was pretty sure he knew, but he was curious to observe her approach.

Her expression remained far too innocent. “I haven’t spoken to you in over a month. I wanted to see how you were doing.”

“I’m doing well, thanks.” He waited patiently.

“And Rix shared the good news you’re staying here. It’ll be nice to have you so close by. You’re going to love Trilanta. Let me know if you want help with apartment hunting. I know Rix is happy to have you as a roommate, but don’t be surprised if he drives you crazy, especially once you two work together every day.”

“Believe me, that crossed my mind.” More than once. “I’m sure we’ll bump along okay, but I appreciate the offer.”

“No problem.” Although Xindra tried to appear casual, he could see her curiosity bubbling over. “So, Rix also mentioned you have a New Earthling girlfriend. Lisa?”

“Lexy.” Huv corrected her automatically, though he was sure she’d gotten the name wrong on purpose. “And she’s not New Earthling. I knew Rix would blab. The whole family knows about this, don’t they?”

Xindra offered him a look of sympathy. “Well, I don’t know about the
whole
family.”

Huv groaned.

“What can I say? We’re Allurian. Gossip is our favorite pastime, second only to telling dirty jokes.”

“I know.” And most of the time, Huv was as bad as the rest of them. “What do you want to know?”

His cousin smiled. “Is this serious? Rix made it sound like this relationship was more than your usual fling. He also said Lexy is a tall, blonde goddess with the most kissable lips he’s ever seen.”

“I’ll kill him.”

Xindra looked delighted. “Then it is serious.”

“Yeah.” No sense denying it. Lexy was a big part of why he’d finally decided to stay in Trilanta.

“Huv, that’s wonderful. Don’t hold back. What’s she like?”

He pictured Lexy in his mind, both the woman and the man, and felt his blood warm. “Lexy is everything. She’s beautiful inside and out, so sexy she practically makes me drool, and she’s really smart. To be honest, half the time she scares the hell out of me.” Mostly in her male form, although he wasn’t ready to share that yet. “I swear she sees me better than I see myself sometimes, and she keeps me off balance.”

Worried he’d revealed too much, Huv stopped to clear his throat. “She works as a—don’t laugh—sex therapist. When I told her about the class you’re teaching, she thought it was a great idea.”

Xindra’s eyes lit up. “I’d love to meet her.”

“What?” Huv’s heart stuttered.

“It sounds like we’d have a lot to talk about. I want to get together with you again anyway. Why don’t we make it a double date—you, me, Quinn, and Lexy? We can go out to dinner.”

“I don’t … uh…” He felt blindsided, though he supposed he should have seen this coming. “Xindra, there’s something you should … I’m not sure I’m ready to introduce her to my family. I’m still feeling my way here.”

She looked thoughtful, which was one of the many reasons he liked her so much. Xindra was one of the most considerate people he knew, always able to see things from other people’s point of view. Her husband was a lucky man.

“I don’t want to make either of you uncomfortable.” She tapped her chin. “Why don’t we keep it casual? Despite what I said, I won’t broadcast the whole dinner to the family. We can keep this private, and I’m a cousin, not your mother, so there’s less pressure there. You can tell Lexy I want to pick her brain, get a professional opinion for the course I’m teaching. That’s true as far as it goes.”

Huv didn’t know what to say. She had a point, and he wasn’t sure how long he could hide Lexy, or if he even wanted to. When was she due to turn male again?

“I, uh, guess we could do that.”

“Great.” Xindra’s tone was reassuring. “How’s a week from Friday sound?”

Was that four weeks? More than four weeks? Huv’s mind didn’t seem to be functioning.

“I’ll have to check with Lexy. She has a busy schedule.”

“No problem. Just get back to me.”

He released a sigh and nodded.

Xindra studied him. “I have to ask. If Lexy isn’t New Earthling, what race is she? Ibration?”

His tension returned with a vengeance. “No.”

She narrowed her eyes. “Hmm. She can’t be Allurian. Brachoi? No, Rix would have noticed cherry skin and an extra pair of arms. Unless, of course, he was too busy staring at her cleavage.”

“I should get going.”

“Nimanian?” she persisted.

“No.”

“Litting?”

“No.”

“I’ve never heard of a blonde Duosien. A Semhym?”

Huv looked to the stars for guidance. “I’m logging off now, Xindra. Go pester your husband. Aren’t you newlyweds supposed to be busy screwing each other’s brains out?”

“In every room of the house.” She returned a lecherous wink.

“Get to it then.”

“One more thing,” she said.

He waited.

“Is she a Multan?”

With a grunt of exasperation, he cut the link.

Chapter 4

Manhandled

Although Lexy should have known better, he’d hoped Huv would meet him with the same passion he’d shown during their last encounter at the office. Instead, Lexy’s change back to a male appeared to have relegated him once more to the buddy category.

When he’d picked Huv up, he’d received a hesitant kiss, although Huv otherwise seemed happy to see him. They’d gone out to dinner—Huv’s treat to celebrate his new job and move to Trilanta—and the conversation had flowed easily all evening. Unlike the meals they’d shared when Lexy was female, however, there’d been no flirtatious glances or hand-holding. It felt platonic.

Now that he had Huv home, Lexy intended to change that. Grabbing two wineglasses, he handed Huv the bottle to open and led him back to the bedroom. Once the drinks were poured, he took a deep sip before setting his glass on the dresser. Huv settled on the corner of the bed.

“So, how’s the move going?” Lexy kept his tone casual as he slipped off his jacket and hung it up in the closet. “Will you be traveling back to Alluria soon? I never asked if you rented there or owned your own place.”

Huv swallowed more wine. “I own a townhouse there. The family is shipping my clothes to me, so I won’t go back right away. I’m trying to coordinate the trip with setting up the business. It may be another month before I fly back. While I’m there, I’ll have to arrange to move the rest of my stuff and put my place up for sale.”

Lexy unknotted his tie and pulled it free with deliberate slowness. Unsealing his shirt, he bared his chest before yanking the tails free of his waistband. He was gratified by the darkening of Huv’s silvery eyes.

“How’s the market on Alluria?” Lexy maintained a conversational tone while he removed his shoes and socks and opened his belt.

He could see Huv fighting to look away, but his gaze kept returning. “The market?”

“The housing market.” Lexy slipped his belt free and oh so slowly popped open the seal of his pants. “Will you have much trouble selling the place?”

Lexy’s erection was so fierce it almost punched through his briefs when he dropped his pants. Ignoring the gnawing ache in his balls, he took the time to hang up his slacks.

Huv loosened his tie. “We had a downturn a few years back, but things are picking up. I expect a small profit—not much, but a little.”

“That’s good.”

Lexy bit back a groan of relief when he dropped his briefs and freed his staff. His cock bobbed stiffly as he walked back to reclaim his wineglass.

He heard Huv swallow. Beneath his dark, silky hair, Huv’s face was flushed, and he finally removed his jacket.

After a careful sip, Lexy strode over to the bed to pluck the glass out of Huv’s hand. Setting both their drinks aside, he climbed onto the mattress and stretched out on his back. Although he turned to face him, Huv stayed seated at the corner.

Wearing nothing but an inviting smile, Lexy opened his arms in welcome. “Come here and kiss me. I’ve craved the taste of you all evening.”

A fluttery sigh broke from Huv’s lips. While his posture may have been wary, the color in his cheeks and the sizeable bulge between his legs told another story. Lexy waited in suspense as Huv kicked off his shoes and slowly crawled toward him.

“You’re killing me here,” Huv said.

“My thoughts exactly.” Lexy’s heart pounded harder and faster during the eternity it took his lover to reach him.

Huv didn’t remove any more of his clothing, but his body heat was scorching when he stretched over Lexy’s naked skin. He lowered himself by degrees until their chests touched.

“Kiss me.” Lexy couldn’t wait anymore.
