“Is there a problem?” he asked when he stopped and turned around.

“N…no. Sorry.” She finally retrieved her hand and followed the gorgeous man with the riveting green eyes. She wanted to run her hands through the mass of wavy black hair, run her tongue over every muscle that was visible through his tight tank top –
and
those that weren’t, and clutch his tight ass in her hands. The ass that her eyes now zeroed in on as she followed him.

He pushed his way through a glass door and indicated for her to take a seat. He placed her paperwork on the desk in front of him and took a seat opposite her.

“Now, Phoebe. Tell me what you want to achieve.”

She clutched her hands together in her lap hoping to settle the trembling. This was the second time in a few days, a man had sparked this reaction. Why?

“Phoebe?”

“S…sorry. What did you ask?”

Alistair laughed.

Her soft belly tightened and spasmed. She felt the warmth rush to her pussy.
So much for my resolution of, no men!

“I asked what it is you would like to achieve from our gym. From me.”

I know exactly what I’d like to achieve with you. Knock it off!
“Umm, I would like to lose weight, firm up my flabby bits but keep my curves. I don’t want to be muscular and straight up and down.”

Alistair’s eyes raked her body. “Do you have shorts under your sack?”

Phoebe cringed and blushed. “No, I don’t.”

“Sweetheart, I have no idea what your shape is like under what you are wearing. Is it possible for you to return tomorrow wearing shorts and a t-shirt?”

“I guess so. I have a couple more days before I go back to work.”

“Ten o’clock in the morning?”

“That will be fine.” Phoebe stood. “Thank you. I’ll see you tomorrow.”

“I look forward to it.” Alistair said as she walked away.

Chapter Four

Phoebe ambled down the street, the street she now lived on. How good that sounded. She paused to peer into a homemaker and electrical shop window, then continued up the street, passing a bookshop, cafés and numerous food stores. Crossing the busy road, she approached the huge city mall, where her favorite department store was housed.

Glass sliding doors soundlessly opened and she stepped into the cool interior. It was a mall she was familiar with and she headed straight for her intended destination.  She smiled as she entered.

The escalator carried her up to the floor where women’s clothing, accessories and shoes were displayed. Phoebe hadn’t purchased clothes here before but had often perused the racks longingly. She felt like she’d closed her eyes and landed in Fairyland.

Before now, her dresses had been the same style. Round neck, short sleeves, a few inches below the knees and no shape. She had them in black, navy and khaki. Her shoes were what David affectionately referred to as ‘granny’ shoes. They were heavy, black lace-ups. She would never be able to sneak up on anyone while wearing them.

She drew back her shoulders and determinedly commenced searching the racks.

After what seemed an eternity and, armed with numerous garments, she made her way to a change cubicle. She quickly stripped off. The first dress was sky blue with white spots, a thin belt highlighted her waist. It was sleeveless with a rather daring, for her, plunging neckline.

She pulled the curtain aside and stepped from the space. She turned every which way admiring the woman in the mirror before her. What a difference a dress made.

“That looks lovely on you,” an attendant commented.

“Thank you.” She tugged at the neckline. “You don’t think this neckline is too revealing?”

“Honey, if I had your cleavage, I’d be puttin’ it out there a lot more than that.”

Phoebe laughed and returned to the cubicle.

When she approached the register some time later, it was to pay for four dresses, three skirts, five blouses, two jackets, knee length leggings, stockings, socks and lacy underwear. She dumped it all on the counter in front of the cashier.

“I’ll be a few moments. I need to go to the shoe department and choose some make-up,” she said to the young girl.

“That’s fine, take your time,” was the response.

Phoebe tried on dozens of pair of shoes but settled for simple black court shoes with a four inch heel, a pair of strappy sandals for everyday wear and a pair of name brand joggers for the gym. She then chose kohl pencils in black and grey, black and brown mascaras, blusher and a dark pink lipstick.

The cashier smiled when she returned and rang up the purchases. Her credit card was handed over.

Loaded up with her packages, she smiled, thanked the cashier and headed for the escalator leading to the top floor.

After selecting linen, dinnerware, flatware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, she picked out several pretty storage containers. There was far too much for her to carry so she organized delivery for the following afternoon.

After leaving the store, she headed for a spectacle store. Her intention was to book an appointment with an Optometrist. She was delighted when the girl on the desk informed her there had been a cancellation and she could be seen immediately. She was led to a chair where she had barely seated herself when the elderly Optometrist appeared. He led her into his office and a few minutes later, they were discussing the benefits of contact lenses.

Mr. Mathews explained, the strength of lens she required were rather common and kept in stock. He excused himself to collect what was needed. He returned with two boxes.

“These are your contact lenses and a bottle of saline solution for the care of both the lenses and your eyes. I think the monthly disposable will suit you best,” he explained. “You can have them in different colors too if you prefer.”

“I like the color of my eyes,” she said.

“Good, so do I which is why I have the clear ones.” He spent time coaching her on how to insert and remove the tiny frail pieces of silicon.

Phoebe found it easy to insert and take out the lenses but she wasn’t prepared for the difference she saw when she held the mirror in front of her face. “Wow. Just….wow!”

“You are very attractive. I wondered why a young lady like yourself would choose such thick, ugly glasses.”

“It’s a long story. Let’s say I’m finally in charge of me.”

She thanked the kind man and left the store feeling like a totally new woman. An attractive exciting woman.

Phoebe lined her eyes with black kohl, thickened her lashes with black mascara, brushed on blusher and liberally applied lipstick to her plump lips. She brushed her wavy hair until it shone and clipped it up on each side of her ears.

Studying herself in the mirror, Phoebe smiled.
I actually look pretty.
She wore the blue dress, the first one she had tried on. She had a feeling it was to become her favorite. Could it be altered when she lost weight? She’d cross that bridge when she came to it. On her feet were the strappy high heeled sandals, they made her rather short, chubby legs appear slimmer and longer.

She left the bedroom and collected her purse, removed her keys from a hook by the front door and left the apartment. After ensuring her door was locked, the keys were dropped into her purse and she waited for the elevator to take her downstairs. She was looking forward to celebrating her new life.

Xylax was busy but Phoebe wasn’t concerned, she had a booking.

“May I help you?” the young man at the front entrance desk asked.

“I have a booking for 7pm. Phoebe Rogers.”

The young man scanned the page of a book which sat on the desk in front of him. He lifted his eyes to her. “I’m sorry, Ms. Rogers but we don’t appear to have a booking for you.”

“But, I phoned early this morning and was told my table was booked.”

An older man joined the young staff member. Phoebe thought he was probably the manager. “Can I help you?” he asked.

“I phoned this morning and made a booking for 7pm tonight. My name is Phoebe Rogers. This young man said he can’t find my booking.”

He searched the page for Phoebe’s name and then turned over to another. “Aah, here you are. Your booking is for tomorrow night.”

“But, I asked for tonight and was told the booking was made,” she protested.

“I’m very sorry but we have nothing tonight. As you can see, we’re very busy.”

“Marcel, the lady will join us.”

Phoebe recognized the deep voice and her legs trembled.
Us?
She spun around to find Alistair standing behind her. He was holding hands with another man! Her stomach dropped to the floor.
Why is that man familiar?

Realization dawned. It was the man from the steps of the court house. The one who had prevented her from tumbling back down.
What was his name? Mike, Flynn…..Linc!
It figured. The two men she had felt an unusually strong attraction to were obviously a couple.

Alistair placed his hand under her elbow and encouraged her to follow Marcel as he led them to a table. A very private table, off to one side at the rear of the room. It was obvious, Marcel was familiar with the men.

Linc pulled out a chair and asked her to sit.

Phoebe felt trapped in a daze. Everything seemed surreal. What were the chances of her running into Linc again?

The men sat opposite her and Marcel handed them each a menu before handing Linc the wine list. The man then left them to make their decisions.

“You look gorgeous, Phoebe,” Alistair said.

“Thank you,” she murmured.

“Your hunch was right, love. It is the same girl.” Linc said to his partner.

“What do you mean?” Phoebe asked feeling more alert.

“After I met you at the court house the other day, I told Alistair about you. When he came home today, he said he suspected my ‘mystery girl’ had come into the gym today.”

“Oh,” Phoebe said.

Alistair said, “you look a hell of a lot better than you did in that God awful sack you were wearing this morning.”

Linc agreed. “And, totally different to when I first met you. You’re stunning.”

When Linc placed his hand over hers, a powerful jolt speared through her and she jumped. Her eyes locked with his. Confusion showed on his face.

“That’s the second time you’ve affected me. What is it about you, little lady?” He leaned closer. “It’s the second time you have caused me to become hard.”

Phoebe felt heat rush to her cheeks. Her panties felt damp as juices pooled between her thighs.

Linc removed Alistair’s hand from the table and lay it over his hardened cock. His lover understood. They had discussed the effect Phoebe had on both of their bodies.

Alistair gathered her other hand and a jolt equally as powerful as the one Linc had produced, tore through her. It fired up every nerve ending and heat ignited her pussy.

“Sweetheart,” Alistair said to Linc.

Linc placed his hand under the table and found his lover’s cock as hard as his own.

They were interrupted by a waitress. “Are you ready to order?”

Phoebe withdrew her hands from these men who had her tied up in knots and quickly perused the menu.

The interruption gave them all time to settle. They ordered their meals and Linc ordered a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon.

“Why don’t you tell us about yourself, Phoebe?” Linc asked.

“Not a lot to say. I’m not very interesting. I work for the Allen Brothers legal firm here in town. I moved into the apartment building next door earlier today. It’s home for the next three months, hopefully longer. I have it until the owner returns and then I’ll have to find somewhere else.” She shrugged.  “It’s disappointing but that’s how it goes.”

“Where were you living before today?” Linc asked.

“Outside of town. I used to catch the bus in and out. I was sick to death of the damn things either being cancelled or late. It will be nice to be able to walk to work.”

Alistair was curious, “why the change, were the buses the only reason?”

Phoebe remained silent while the waitress set down their drinks and opened the bottle of wine for Linc to approve. When she had moved away, she answered, “a relationship breakdown was the main reason.”

“Sorry,” Linc said.

“Don’t be. For the first time in a very long time, I feel free. Now I can become the woman I want to be.”

“Aah, the reason for joining our gym. I was hoping you’d maybe come to be near me.” Alistair laughed.

Phoebe smiled. “I didn’t even know you before this morning.”

Alistair pouted and the others laughed.

“Seriously, I was tired of being told what to wear, where I could go, how to behave. I was tired of not being, me.”

“Good for you. I must say, the change in your appearance is amazing. I suspected you were a beautiful girl but I had no idea how beautiful.” Alistair smiled. “I can actually see your curves now. I don’t know the details of your past relationship and I’m not asking you to tell me but, any man who would treat you the way you seem to have been, doesn’t deserve you.”

Dinner continued with Phoebe learning more about how the men had met. How they had fallen in love, moved in together and started their first gym, Muscles. It was the birth of a very successful business empire.

She liked these men and hoped they could develop a friendship. Thanks to Callum’s stranglehold over her, she didn’t have any friends apart from David and Tony.

The evening progressed far too quickly and Phoebe found herself feeling deep disappointment when they all stood to leave. She pulled out her credit card to pay but the men refused to allow it.

As Alistair placed his credit card back in his wallet, Linc took her arm. “We’ll see you home.”

Phoebe laughed. “I live next door.”

The men were insistent. “You never know what unsavory characters could be hanging around at this hour of the night.” Alistair placed his hand on her other arm.

“Humor us,” Linc said. “We’ll feel better if we know you’re home safe.”

Why not? They’re gay. It’s not like you’ll be pushed inside and taken advantage of.
“I’d be delighted to have you take me home. Thank you.”

The men dropped their hands from her arms and took her hands in theirs. Flanked by these two very handsome, very sexy,
and
v
ery gay,
she reminded herself, men they stepped from the restaurant into the cool night.

The large glass sliding doors to the apartment block opened as they approached and they stepped inside. Linc squeezed her hand as they waited for the elevator. Phoebe turned and smiled. Alistair raised the hand he was holding to his lips and placed a kiss on her knuckles. What the fuck was going on? Weren’t these men together? They had told her at dinner, how very much in love they were with each other. She was confused.

When the elevator arrived, the men led her inside. Linc pushed the button for the fourth floor and wrapped his arm around her waist. Alistair followed suit. Her body was on fire, her breathing rapid. Having one of these men touch her caused chaos, having both touch her at the same time set her alight. She trembled with want.
