Nick held out the box of chocolates. He had to stretch to pass them to me over the coffee table, and when he did so his t-shirt rode up, exposing a flash of nut-brown belly, taut and smooth. I felt shy all of a sudden. Why had I never noticed that predatory glint in his eye? His fingers passed over mine as I took the box, a detail I wouldn’t have noticed on another night. The skin was so warm though, and his hands so reassuringly solid, that I recoiled in a confusing mix of fear, longing, and something I could only honestly describe as white-hot lust.

The box of chocolates clattered down onto the glass table, but Nick’s eyes never left mine. Taking my fingers in his, he started massaging my palm with firm strokes, and as my hand relaxed I felt an aching stiffness form between my legs. The blood seemed to rush straight up from my calves and thighs, into my cock, leaving my knees weak and shaky.

I looked down at the front of Nick’s sweatpants. Fuck. If I was hard, his dick looked like it was about to burst through the fabric, and probably anything else that tried to get in its way. Faded and worn, the grey joggers didn’t exactly scream Sex Symbol, but while they’d hung loose over his hips earlier in the evening, the sheer heft of his cock raised them high and tight towards me, like a sail stretched out on a stiff breeze.

I thought about protesting, about telling him that he’d got it wrong, that this wasn’t me. I even opened my mouth to speak, but as his other hand slid down his stomach and over the bulge in his sweatpants I realised just how insincere that would sound, given how eagerly my own cock was straining up to mirror his.

“Can…can I see it? Shit, I mean, I saw it once and…well…”

“I know you did. I saw you looking at me. Saw something I hadn’t expected to find, if I’m honest.”

“But you’re not…are you??”

“Gay? No. Bi? Absolutely. The way you watched me that day was so hot. I spent the next week thinking about your mouth on my cock.”

“And Josie?”

“Why do you think she’s leaving us to it? Why do you think she was so happy when you decided to mo—”

That was as far as Nick got. I half-lunged, half-fell towards him, and as I crashed against his legs he swiftly hauled me back up to my knees, my face inches from his crotch.

“Have you ever done this before?”

I shook my head, blushing. I know how to go down on a woman – it was the one thing about our relationship that even Jane in her note had grudgingly admitted she’d miss – but a guy was a whole different story. Nick curled his fingers under my chin and forced it up till I was looking him square in the eye once more. Oof, that grin.

“I have a feeling you’re a swift learner.”

I tugged tentatively at his waistband, taking the chance to feather kisses on the exposed skin above his neatly-trimmed pubic curls. He tasted of sweat and soap, and my lips were suddenly greedy with rich new sensation, desperate to find more of him – all of him! I pressed my face into his stomach and his fingers twisted through my hair, then eased me back onto my haunches till I was looking up at him again. With an eagerness that belied his cool exterior, Nick slid the joggers off his hips and slowly – so fucking slowly – over the emerging length of his huge, granite-hard dick.

I thought about Jane, and all the women before her. The good blowjobs, the bad blowjobs, and the blowjobs that had made my eyes roll back in pleasure or pain. Up close, Nick’s cock was a longer, thicker version of mine. Same exaggerated crown. Same sinuous veins, roped around the shaft. Same lack of foreskin! It was like opening an exam paper to find that someone had already scrawled the answers inside. I took him in my hand, surprised even then by how heavy and hot he felt.

“You helped me carry those boxes all the way from the van to the bottom of the stairs. Fair’s fair, right?”

Before he could answer, I flatted my tongue against the underside of his dick, and fed the first couple of inches into my mouth. I heard – rather than saw – him grip the arm of the sofa, the soft leather squeaking under his tensed fingers. For something so hard, so apparently unyielding, it slid easily through my lips and into my throat. I knew though that his initial dizzy relief would soon give way to frustration if I was too gentle or too passive.

I pushed him back onto the sofa and spread his legs wide enough that I could kneel between them.

“What else have you been thinking about, Nick?”

I smiled as I asked the question, and tried to look more innocent than I felt. I knew what I wanted the answer to be; I just wasn’t sure how strong the connection was at that point, or how badly he wanted me.

“Oh fuck! That arse of yours is something else. I’d love to…”

“Love to what?”

“Love to make it mine. Just mine. No! Mine…and hers.”

“Whose?!”

My mouth hung open and Nick pounced! Power had shifted back in his direction, and he wasn’t one to waste an opportunity. With a force that took me by surprise, he pulled me back down onto his cock and groaned as he felt my lips slide all the way down to the base.

“Whose? Josie’s, of course. I think you’re going to enjoy living here.”

I gasped for breath and let my hand take over, slicking back and forth over the head of his dick, wet with my saliva and his pre-cum. I thought about Josie and the way she used to give me a sharp spank in celebration whenever we won a new account. If she was willing to do that in the office, who knew what lengths she’d go to behind closed doors!

Nick’s fingers twisted in my hair, and I looked up to see him heavy-lidded and flushed. I knew what I’d want if the roles were reversed: with a ruthless hunger I sucked hard on his tip, my mouth jutting up against my curled fist to form a hot, slippery vice around his cock. I dragged it back and forth, trying to focus my attention on the small pleasure points I knew so well, the rich oases in the vast, hot desert that was his dick.

With Jane, I used to hold back and tease. I delighted in keeping her on the edge for as long as I could, till she screamed and swore and beat her fists against the mattress. I couldn’t do that with Nick – not that night. I was too hungry for him. I wanted that hot rush of thick, salty gratification. When he started to spill warning drops onto my tongue – the distant rumbles of thunder that herald the breaking storm – I didn’t pull away or slow down. I sucked him hard and fast, and he rewarded me with the sudden surge I’d been waiting for, the flash of light exploding inside my mouth and brain; my heart and crotch.

I fell away from him and swallowed hard, cum warming my throat and leaving me dizzy with need. I wanted him again…and again and again!

A pointed cough broke my reverie. I opened my eyes to see Nick staring up at the ceiling, goofy and sated. Relaxed. Silent.

Who then?

“Well that was quite something! You boys put on a hell of a show.”

I swung round and there she was, slouched lazily up against the living room door. Josie’s eyes glittered with something I hadn’t seen in her before. Mischief? No, something darker than that. Something that spoke of a confidence and authority that I knew I wouldn’t be able to resist.

I followed her gaze over Nick’s spent, sweaty body and across the floor to the coffee table.

“I hope you don’t mind me coming back early. I couldn’t wait to find out how you were settling in together. Pretty well, I’d say. He’ll be ready for round two in a minute, don’t you worry.”

Nick grunted and I glanced down at his cock. It was already stirring, even as my saliva continued to glisten on the shaft. Josie laughed.

“See! Such a good boy. Fuck, I’m starving. Ok, you two are just going to have to control yourselves for a bit. Are we going out for dinner, or have you already eaten?”

Nick and I shook our heads in unison, both still too stunned to speak. Josie walked across the room and picked up a foil-wrapped chocolate from the table. Why hadn’t I noticed how pretty the box was? Jane had clearly been saving these for a special occasion. Josie flicked off the wrapper and popped the sweet into her mouth. A shudder of pleasure ran through her, and she sighed.

“I guess that will do for now. Right. Where were we?”

The Commute

C. E. Hansen

Carly glanced at the clock hanging on the wall above the water cooler, relieved it was almost time to go home. However, the momentary joy she felt was quickly replaced with dread as she thought about leaving the comfort of the air-conditioned office to venture out into the ninety-six degree sauna of Downtown Manhattan. That thought was horrifying.

The heat itself was bad enough, but combine that with the scorching asphalt, toss in some stagnant, humid air—still, motionless—and you might as well be wading through a swamp. Downtown Manhattan was not Carly’s favorite place to be in the summer, the tall buildings blocked what little air blew off the East River.

The heat was not only ridiculously uncomfortable; it also made her lethargic and exceedingly cranky. In fact, just the thought of thinking about what to make for dinner was exhausting.

Pizza it is…again.

She took her purse out from the bottom drawer of her desk and reached inside, pulling out her cell. She quickly checked to see if there was a message from Danny letting her know if he was running late or on time, this way she would know what time she should be ready to leave.

Nothing.

She felt a wave of guilt thinking about Danny and how horribly she behaved the other day. He had kept her waiting for not even five minutes and she laced into him relentlessly, reading him the riot act for making her wait in the heat.

Granted it was a day much like today, weather-wise, and she looked like a melted ice pop by the time he met her in front of the entrance to the subway station. In retrospect, she had to admit she did overreact a little…ok, a lot.

She gave him the evil eye with a healthy dose of ‘cold shoulder’ for the rest of the night. When he tried to smooth things over later by attempting to get something going, she climbed out of their bed, and walked out, book in hand, totally blowing him off.

Childish, she knew, but the heat did funny things to her.

“What are you thinking about? You’ve been staring at that cell phone for a good three minutes now, watching some good porn?”

Carly turned to find Dottie standing next to her desk.

“Shit, you scared me.” She scoffed. “Give me a break porn…didn’t even hear you sneak up.”

“I didn’t sneak. You were just somewhere else.”

“I was thinking about Danny.”

“That I get, I think about Danny every time I want to get off,” Dottie teased.

Carly knew it was a joke, but she also knew deep down inside there was some truth to it. Dottie never hid the ‘crush’ she had on her boyfriend.

Carly let out a giggle.

“Dottie, you get enough sex for the both of us.”

“I could never get enough of the both of you.” She laughed. “You tell that man, if he ever gets tired of your ‘tired’ ass, let me know. I’ll put some pep…” She paused when she saw the look on Carly’s face. “What’s wrong, you two have a fight?”

“Yeah, but it’s not him, it’s me.”

“That sounds like a line I use…often; only I always blamed them of course.”

Dottie and Carly were best friends since college. They were so close—inseparable even—they both majored in finance just so they could work together forever. Turns out it was a good decision financially and Dottie was a godsend. She got a great job with the prestigious firm of Morgan Stanley and pulled Carly in the door right behind her, a package deal of sorts. Dottie didn’t really give them a choice, and after reading Carly’s resume they were damned happy they did hire them both.

“Seriously Dot, it’s me. I haven’t got the energy to do much of anything.”

“This heat will take it out of you.”

“You’re telling me. I actually got into it with Danny last night cause I wouldn’t ‘put out’.” Carly put her cell back in her purse, “I told him he’d have to wait until the temperature dips under seventy.” She smiled smugly.

Dottie laughed.

“Needless to say, he didn’t think I was funny.”

“I got something that will change that.”

“A blow up doll for Danny.”

“Hell no. I’d do him before I let him anywhere near that cheap shit.”

“Funny.”

“Don’t tell me you are actually wearing stockings?” Dottie said, her voice dripping with sarcasm, which for her was the norm.

“No, just a fake spray tan. I can hardly stand the thought of wearing clothes in this heat, let alone covering my already sweaty skin with a layer of nylon.”

“You and Danny should plan to come over one day next week. I’ll cook. I haven’t seen the two of you in the same room in like, forever.”

“Tempting.”

“Ooh, speaking of temptation, I’ve got something for you.”

“You have something for me?”

“Actually, yes…just the thing to get you out of your slump.”

“Huh?”

“Listen, I bought these chocolates from a friend of mine, a Chocolatier in Brooklyn. He went on and on about their effects.”

Carly looked at her suspiciously.

“Really, I didn’t believe what he told me at first either, but these little jewels are the ‘real thing’,” her fingers bent in an air quote, “a major league aphrodisiac.”

“Dottie, you have too many friends that you are way too personal with.”

Dottie let out a loud guffaw. “True…true.”

“Chocolates…aphrodisiac? Do I even want to know about this guy?”

“Um…probably not.”

There was a moment of silence. Carly waved her arm in the air, “Hmmm, well, then tell me about this ‘crazy’ chocolate.”

Carly watched as Dottie smiled, her eyes belied the excitement she felt.

“I’m telling you, they’re guaranteed to get you going, if you know what I mean.”

“Aphrodisiac? For real?”

Dottie nodded her head emphatically. “Serious.”

“How do you know they work?”

“Well, I tried them…like twice…”

“You’re kidding me. When? With who? You’re the last person I would think needed an aphrodisiac?”

“So true, but I was curious, so last night after I bought them I tried one…you know, for the sake of research.”
