*All cheeses have some carbohydrate content, and quantities are governed by that. (See Carbohydrate Gram Counter.) No diet cheese, cheese spreads, or whey cheeses. Those with a known yeast infection, dairy allergy, or cheese intolerance must avoid cheese. Imitation cheese products are not allowed, except for Tofu (soy cheese)—but check carbohydrate content.
