She moaned at the sensations as her pussy wept with lust. She ground her pubic bone against Sunny’s dick, taking him inside her while Jake fucked her from behind. Their rhythm increased until Sunny took over thrusting up into her in fast, hard upward thrusts. Jake pushed her down so she could be closer to Sunny.
Sunny covered her mouth and kissed her hard as he shoved his hips up and down.
She moaned, and her body tightened. Sunny thrust four more times then exploded inside of her, shooting his essence into her womb as he bit into her shoulder. Then she felt Jake grab her around the midsection, cover her breast with one hand, then pull her back against him. The move caused greater penetration as his hard cock thrust in and out of the tight rings until they both exploded together. Jake bit into her shoulder and pumped three more times until she felt herself falling toward Sunny.
Jake pulled from her body, and Sunny did the same then pulled her against his side.
Jake followed, climbing on the bed and taking position on her other side where he caressed her arm and shoulder.
“You’re beautiful, Mel. That was amazing.”
She was too tired to verbally respond and instead gave a content smile as she closed her eyes and fell asleep.
Chapter 15
Melissa got out of the shower and was grateful that the hot water eased her sore muscles. Her body had been overworked and parts that had never been used before now felt the repercussions. The thought of Logan and Jake slapping her ass caused an instant flow of wetness to her pussy. Her belly would tighten up, and shockingly, with just a little touch from one of her men, she would orgasm. This was exhilarating and frightening at the same time.
She dried her body off then wrapped the towel around her waist. Drying her hair, she thought about the kids and Aunt Peggy and decided to call them. She knew Alice was right across the hallway if they needed anything, but still she worried. Especially after what Jamie revealed last night.
Melissa used her cell phone as she leaned against the bathroom counter.
“Is everything okay?” she asked her aunt.
“Everything is fine. How are you?”
“I’m good. I should be home in a little while.”
“There’s no need to rush, Mel. Enjoy yourself. Celine is coming over for lunch, and Alice and I are making breakfast for the kids. They said to say hello to Sunny.”
The tears stung Melissa’s eyes. How the hell was she going to explain that she was in love with not one man but five men?
“Mel, are you okay?”
“Yes. I’ll tell him, and I will see you later today. Thanks.”
Melissa hung up the phone and looked at herself in the mirror.
Her cheeks were lightly pink, her complexion bright, and she looked happy. The men had completed her life, and yet here she was still feeling conflicted. How could she explain this to the kids and to her aunt?
“Mel, did you hear me?” The sound of Sunny’s voice startled her. She clasped the towel around her body and stared up at him. Sunny looked sexy with his wet hair clinging to his shoulders and his sparkling brown eyes as he approached. His black shirt stretched across his muscles, making her heart hammer in her chest.
He placed his hands on her waist and stared down at her.
“Is everything okay? I thought I heard you talking on the phone.”
She looked up and smiled.
“I called home. Everything is fine. The kids said hello.”
He smiled at that, and her heart soared. Sunny was so nice to the kids that night he came over.
He placed his fingers under her chin and tilted it up toward him as he pressed her back against the counter.
“Then why the sad face?”
“Not sad, just confused.”
“Talk to me and tell me what’s going on.”
She explained about the call and her feelings as well as what she would tell the kids.
“If they are of the wolf, like what we expect, considering that their father was wolf, then you’ll have to explain things to them anyway. They’ll need us to teach them about their heritage and their possible abilities.”
“You mean they could shift one day like you?”
“It’s quite possible. Lea is twelve, so she may be the first one. Brandon and Tommy have time.”
She covered her face with her hands and exhaled.
“Hey, you’re not alone in this. We’re your mates, and this is for forever. But first there are some things you’re going to have to help us with in order for us to keep you out of jail.”
“What?” she asked, shocked.
“William Declan called and spoke with Logan a little while ago. He has enough proof to put you behind bars with the government’s approval. He’s willing to forget everything because of the reasons why you did it and because of your brother-in-law Mike. Logan negotiated for you, and because our packs are good friends with Declan’s, we made a deal. It’s all in good faith and trust between us weres. Declan knows that you’re our mate and that we will do everything to protect you. He also knows what Jamie did to Mike, and he will be prosecuted. Let’s get you dressed then come downstairs. Jake is preparing some breakfast in a little while, and the others are growing impatient to see you.”
He leaned down and kissed her softly.
She was lost in the kiss as he pulled away, taking her towel with him.
“Sunny!” she exclaimed as she tried to cover her breasts with her arm and her pussy with her hand.
He gave her a stern look then eyed her from head to toe.
“Don’t you hide from me, ever.” He pulled her into his arms and kissed her some more then carried her out of the bathroom to the bedroom.

Jake began cooking in the kitchen, making eggs and working side by side with Melissa. Every so often she would bump his hip and try to scoot him out of the way. They talked about some things she enjoyed cooking, recipes, and special traditions she tried to start with the kids.
“What did your sister and Mike teach them about their families?”
She looked down at the eggs cooking in the pan and prepared to add the fresh peppers, tomatoes, and cheese to the omelet.
“I asked them when they came to live with me, but they were still so fragile emotionally. The whole changing of schools, losing touch with their friends, and dealing with the loss of their parents was too much at once. As we came across holidays and special events, I just kind of started my own traditions with them.”
Jake smiled as she shared her life with him. The more they spoke, the more he realized what a big heart she had.
“You did great with them, Mel. Any traditions you started and continue with them will one day be just as important to them and their families. I understand that it was difficult for you to take care of these kids at such a young age. You’ve accomplished so much, and you’re only twenty-two.”
She was silent a moment, and he wished that he knew what she was thinking. He wanted to protect her and give her the support she needed with her aunt and the kids. He and his brothers were already talking about redoing the other house on the property for her aunt to live in. They just didn’t know how Melissa would react to it. There were a lot of adjustments to make and a lot to deal with the kids alone. Jake was confident it would work out. They gathered the food and set out the platters. Melissa was grabbing the orange juice out of the refrigerator when Logan, Sunny, and Frankie emerged.
“Let’s eat then get this discussion going so we can make a plan,” Logan stated as he pressed a hand to Melissa’s then reached around her to take the orange juice container from her hands. He pulled out a chair. “Sit here,” he told her, and she immediately did as he said and he smiled.
Jake took the seat next to her, and Frankie and Sunny sat across from her.
“Where’s Vince?” she asked.
“He’s on the phone confirming some information. He’ll be here in a minute.”
Jake wondered what was going on, and then Logan spoke to him through their link.
“Our mate was the one who miraculously saved the local food shelter when the food pantry was robbed last year. She’s responsible for numerous anonymous donations made to shelters and children’s foster care. She’s been taking from the drug dealers and criminals for over a year and giving the money to the poor and the needy. Declan has interviewed a few of the neighbors. Some of them are were from Fidelis’s pack who left their packs after being persecuted. We all know those stories from Lord Crespin and our cousins. Melissa had helped were-members without even knowing it.”
“She’s the one the news reporters have been talking about. Our mate is Robin Hood!”
Frankie stated as he dropped his fork.
“That’s Miss Robin Hood,”
Melissa responded, and everyone dropped their forks and stared at her.
Melissa continued to eat as if nothing had happened.
“Melissa!” Logan called to her, and she glanced up in shock at his tone. Slowly she put the fork down. Just then, Vince entered the room.
“What?”
“You just answered us in our minds. You heard our thoughts and responded,” Logan exclaimed in shock.
“No, I didn’t. I was just imagining what you were thinking and talking to myself in my head when—”
Melissa covered her mouth with her hand and gasped as she jumped up from the table.
Jake caught her around the waist before she took off.
“It’s okay, Mel. This is normal, and it’s a good thing,” Vince added as he caressed her hair.
Melissa uncovered her mouth. “How can reading minds be normal? I didn’t even know I was doing it. I don’t understand this.”
“Don’t panic. Just sit down, and we’ll explain it all,” Logan attempted to calm her as Jake pulled her chair out and helped her to sit. Vince stood behind her massaging her shoulders as Logan explained the mating bond.
“So this is a good thing?” Melissa asked.
“It means that we’re making progress and our bond is growing stronger. The more we make love to you and fill you with our seed and connect, the stronger our bond becomes,” Logan explained then took a bite of a piece of bacon.
Melissa swallowed hard.
“How do I block it?” she asked, and Logan’s eyes widened in shock. His brothers looked at her with just as much upset.
Then the little minx chuckled.
“For a bunch of big, intimidating men, you’re so easy.” Then she picked up her fork and began eating. Vince laughed out loud then made himself a plate and sat down beside Frankie.
They talked a little more about the mating bond and hearing one another’s thoughts. Then they talked about the kids and their potential abilities. That’s when Logan noticed that Melissa’s eyes were tearing.
“Hey, what’s wrong?” he asked then reached across her lap to take her hand into his own.
“We didn’t use any protection. This is all so much to take in and I’m worried.”
“Ah, baby, there’s no need to worry about anything. You have five men who are your mates, your lovers and protectors,” Logan offered in support.
“But I was hoping to finish my degree and take the bar exam. I wanted to become a lawyer. As soon as I saved enough money, I wanted to pursue that career. I need to save money for the kids for college, and working at the club is not going to be enough.”
“And what makes you think that you can’t?” Jake asked her, sounding insulted.
“I don’t know. I thought maybe you guys expected me to stay at home. Maybe control my every move and be at your beck and call. You are Alphas right? Aren’t I supposed to serve you?”
“Are you crazy? We don’t want a puppet. We want a wife and a mate,” Logan exclaimed.
“Yeah, and you’ll have five men to help take care of the pups when they come along,” Vince added.
“We’ll work it all out, Mel. There’s no need to worry anymore,” Sunny firmly replied.
“You’re not alone anymore, Mel. You’ve got us. I’m glad that you’re talking in terms of staying and seeing this through. We’re meant to be together,” Jake stated.
Frankie stood up and walked around the table then caressed her hair as he looked into her eyes.
“We love you, Mel. It will all be fine, you’ll see.” He leaned down and kissed her lips softly then smiled.
“Okay. Now we have some business to discuss so we can keep our little Miss Robin Hood out of a jail cell,” Logan commanded as he stood up from the table, taking his plate with him.
Chapter 16
Fifteen minutes later, William Declan and his four brothers showed up at the Valdamar brothers’ home. Melissa was surrounded by monstrous yet drop-dead gorgeous men. The sight of them made her belly quiver and her eyes stick to absorbing every inch of their bodies. They knew it, too, as they stared right back at her as if she were their next meal.
Melissa was used to men looking her body over, but none besides the Valdamar brothers looked her over like these guys. She handled it well as she placed her hands on her hips and eyed them from boots to crew-cut heads.
One of the Declan chuckled. “You ready to back up that look there, dancer?” he asked, and she raised her eyebrows at him.
