ESSENTIAL OIL BLEND FOR BUILDING YOUR CHILD’S IMMUNITY
You can build up your child’s immunity by adding two-three drops of Tea Tree oil into their bath twice a week. Alternatively, you can mix 10 drops of Tea Tree oil into 100 ml. of carrier oil of choice and massage into the palms of hands and soles of feet.

Dilute in the bath or diffuse
ESSENTIAL OIL BLEND TO KILL INFECTIONS
This recipe is not suitable for children under the age of 12 and for kids who have epilepsy.
To prepare this blend, add baking soda and Epsom salt under running water. Add the oils just before the child climbs in. The water should be as warm as the child can handle. Let your kid soak for around twenty minutes, then dry them off, bundle them up and send them to bed.
You will notice that your child begins to sweat profusely which helps in eliminating any traces of illness.
ESSENTIAL OIL BLEND FOR COUGH
Combine the two and rub a small quantity on baby’s back and chest.
Babies respond very well to a gentle massage with essential oils right before bedtime.
ESSENTIAL OIL BLEND JUST BEFORE BEDTIME
Mix all ingredients and massage well over the back, feet and chest just before bedtime.
ESSENTIAL OIL BLEND FOR INSOMNIA
Blend all ingredients together and massage into the soles of feet and the chest. An amazing blend to treat insomnia in older children!
ESSENTIAL OIL BLEND FOR MANAGING STRESS
This is useful in children over the age of 12.
This blend is best used in a diffuser. Use it for at least half an hour when your child is in the room.
ESSENTIAL OIL BLEND FOR MANAGING ANXIETY
Mix these oils together and massage on neck and shoulders. It is an extremely relaxing blend and must be used half an hour before bedtime.
DIAPER CREAM
Combine beeswax, coconut oil and shea butter and melt them in a double boiler. Now, let it cool for a minute or two and then add all other ingredients except zinc oxide. Mix well and add zinc oxide as you place the mixture into a store container, stirring it a few more times until it is cool. This can be safely kept in a cool, dark place for three months.
NOURISHING BABY LOTION
Combine water and Lavender and bring to a boil. Strain this tea and place into a blender. Now, melt the cocoa butter and beeswax and add apricot oil. Place this oil mixture in the blender. Mix till it emulsifies and then store in a jar.
NATURAL BABY POWDER
Simply combine these ingredients and store in a container.
NATURAL BABY SHAMPOO
Mix well and store in a clean, dry container.
HOME MADE INSECT REPELLANT FOR KIDS
Mix all these ingredients in a spray bottle. Shake thoroughly before use.

Detail and specificity are important here. I have listed some questions below for you to think about, they may not all be relevant to you, so just use the ones that are.

Do you want to feel a certain way?
Is it about how you look, how you feel, compliments from other people? What is important to you?
Why do you want it?
When you know what you want, you next need to get really clear on why you want this. What will this mean for your life and why is it important?
A clear sense of why you are doing this keeps you motivated and always on top of the plan. You have a bigger picture and know the reasons for making the tough changes in your life that you need to make to lose weight naturally.

Specific Goals
Now you know what you want, and why you want it, you need to set specific SMART goals.
You may have heard the SMART acronym before. It means Specific, Measureable, Attainable, Realistic & Time-bound.
Example:
- Lose 2 dress sizes, in 8 weeks
Dress size is a specific number (10, 14, etc.). It is easily measurable (what size am I now). Attainable (It is possible to lose 2 dress sizes in 8 weeks). Realistic assuming you have 2 sizes to lose. 8 weeks makes it time-bound.
Write your goals down to cement them, and keep them visible to act as motivation when you experience a dip.
