He found her inner being and swiftly inserted one of his fingers inside of her warm, wet slit. One finger, two fingers, three fingers, four.
Shamelessly, Unique rotated her hips to the rhythm of Bigg's finger strokes. Before she knew it, his mouth was exploring her clitoris. Unique arched her back and held onto Bigg's head as it shifted from side to side.
Driving his tongue in and out of her pussy, he caused her to cum immediately.
“Bigg!” she cried.
“What? Ain't no turning back now,” he mumbled into the lips of her pussy.
“I don't want to turn back,” she squealed in sheer agony. “I want you to fuck me.”
Bigg locked eyes with Unique while holding both of her thighs. For a second she wondered if she was making the right decision. Bigg wasn't just any nigga. Unlike most dudes, he kept her on her feet. Being with him caused her to ponder life and the decisions she had made thus far. Up until then, love didn't mean a thing to her. It wasn't even in her vocabulary, but now Bigg had her questioning love and everything it stood for. He had her actually pondering loving him, which was a first for Unique. The only thing she loved was her family, the finer things in life, and money.
Interrupting her thoughts, Bigg inserted his rock-hard dick inside of her tight, warm walls. Shocked but pleased, Unique tilted her head back. Her eyes rolled into the back of her head as she begged for more. The feeling of pleasure and pain took her mind and body to new heights of ecstasy.
As he rocked deep and slow inside her treasure chest of love, Unique tantalized his neck with her tongue. The taste of his skin on her lips could only be defined as heavenly.
Pushing her legs back, Bigg began thrusting his dick in and out of her at a feverish pace. He had slept with a lot of chicks in his day, but none could compare to Unique. Her pussy was one-of-a-kind.
Turning over onto his back, Bigg let Unique get on top. She slid up and down his long rod until her entire body began to shiver. Jolts of electric currents ripped through her stomach and pelvic area. Tenderly he pinched her nipples, causing her to moan even more.
Drenched in sweat, Unique continued to ride Bigg until she felt his body stiffen. It was time; he was reaching his peak.
“Fuck, ma, I'm cumming!” he yelled, trying not to scream.
“Ooh . . . Bigg . . . you feel so good!” she cried.
Bigg held onto her waist tightly as juices dripped from her valley. Unique's body began to convulse. Cumming too, she took Bigg's finger into her mouth and sucked. She came all over his still rock-hard dick.
Pulling her back down onto his chest, Bigg brushed her hair from her face and said, “Ain't no turning back now, ma. You're mine.”

What Goes Up Must Come Down
A couple of days had passed since the Louisiana trip, and Unique and Bigg had been inseparable ever since. Every minute and hour of each day that passed was spent together. Bigg couldn't get enough of Unique. She was the chick that he had been searching for his entire life.
Unique still wasn't quite sure, though. Her guard was up, and naturally it bothered Bigg, but trust didn't come easily for Unique. She wasn't totally sure about him yet. Even though they were an official couple, Unique still hadn't ended things with Tone. They hadn't really talked since she came back home, but he still wanted things to work out between them.
Bigg, on the other hand, trusted her, so one night on his way over to her house, he decided to be truthful about a few things. After a ten-minute drive he was there. Dressed simply in a Jamaican-colored Triple Five Soul jacket, Polo shirt, baggy Cavalli jeans, and shell-toe Adidas, Bigg knocked on the door. Not wanting to seem pressed, Unique slowly answered the door.
“Come here,” he said, wrapping her up in his arms as soon as he saw her.
Unique wanted to play hard to get, but she loved spending time with him. He lit up her day every time she saw him. Without hesitation, he took her into his arms and kissed her lips passionately.
Barely able to breathe, Unique kicked the door closed. Kissing him back with just as much intensity, she held his face and led him over to the couch. Bigg took a seat with her still positioned on top of him. They went at each other like two wild animals. After ten minutes of nothing but kissing, Unique finally came up for air and let his lips loose. After staring at each other for a minute, they broke out laughing.
“Damn, I've been wanting to do that all day,” he said, still eyeing her swollen lips.
“I know. Me too.” She grinned.
“How was your day?”
“It was cool,” Unique answered while skimming over his body with her eyes. Bigg's look alone could make any heterosexual woman want to cum on herself. Helping him out of his jacket, Unique continued to place small kisses all over his face.
“What you got to eat up in this muthafucka?” he asked, lifting her up and carrying her into the kitchen.
“You high, ain't you?”
“You can't tell.” He laughed.
“Niggas. And I don't mean that in a good way.” Unique laughed too. She warmed them both up a plate of pork chops, mashed potatoes, and corn that was left over in the refrigerator. Once the table was set, they sat down and ate.
Bigg took a bite of the food and said, “You fine and you can cook. I'm really gon' have to wife you now.” It was his first time eating Unique's cooking.
“Whatever,” she replied, not able to hide her smile. “But, Bigg, with all seriousness, doesn't it scare you that things are moving so fast between us?”
“Nah, not really. Ever since I put my hand on yo' thigh I knew you didn't want to get rid of me.” He chuckled, taking another bite of food.
“Anyway, I do. I ain't never clicked this well with a guy.”
“That's because the nigga wasn't me.”
“Whatever.” She rolled her eyes. “I never asked—do you have any kids?”
“Yeah, I got a li'l boy.”
“How old is he?”
“He's three.”
“Hold up. How can you have a three-year-old son and you were locked up for seven years?”
“Come on, Unique. Don't play dumb.”
“Eww, you are so nasty.” She playfully hit him in the chest. “You was doing it like that in jail? Who is the chick? It better not be anybody I know.”
“Nah, you don't her. Her name is Carmella.”
“Why aren't you still together?”
“Shit just didn't work out, but, ah, I gotta go take a piss. I'll be right back.”
“A'ight, li'l nasty.” She laughed.
As Unique continued to eat, she heard the sound of Bigg's cell phone ringing. His phone was in his jacket pocket, so she went into his pocket to retrieve it. As she searched for the phone, she ran across a bottle of prescription pills.
Depakote? My mother used to take this, didn't she
? she thought.
“Baby, let's run up to Blockbuster. I want to rent some movies,” Bigg said, reentering the kitchen. Caught off guard, Unique jumped, dropping the bottle of medicine on the floor.
“What you doing?” he asked, eyeing her suspiciously.
“Nothing.”
Not believing her, Bigg walked closer. Spotting the pill bottle, he shouted, “What the fuck you going through my shit for?”
“Nah, nigga, don't try to turn this around on me. The real question is why you lie to me?”
“What you talkin' about? I ain't lie to you.”
“Yes, you did. My mother took Depakote. I know what that shit is for. Don't tell me you're crazy too.”
“I suffer from manic depression, Unique.”
“Excuse me? Say that again?”
“I was gon' tell you—”
“Uh-uh.” Unique cut him off. “I'm not going through this shit wit' you, Bigg. It's bad enough I had to deal with my momma, but now you? I did everything for her. Fed her, bathed her, and guess what? She left me. I can't risk you leaving me too. How the fuck could you do this to me?”
“Do what to you? I was gon' tell you.”
“Let me fall for you and tell me when?”
“When the time was right.”
“When the time was right? Nigga, the time wasn't gon' ever be right. I told you everything. I was totally honest with you. You knew about my mother and how fucked up my childhood was. I told you how that shit nearly killed me when my mother left us for good. I can't afford to lose you like I lost her.”
“I promise I ain't going nowhere. I'm gon' hold you down. I ain't never gonna leave you.”
“Yeah, okay, and I guess I'm Boo-boo the Fool.” Unique sniffled, rolling her eyes.
“Calm down, shorty. I ain't going nowhere.” Bigg gently took her hand, easing her onto his lap. “I told you, you mine now. I got mad feelings for you, girl. I ain't going nowhere. Besides, it ain't even like that. I ain't had an episode in a while.”
“What the fuck is an episode?”
“See, you think that being manic depressive is the same as being schizophrenic, but it isn't.”
“Well, what is it then?”
“Manic depression is an illness that effects changes in your mood, thought, and behavior. When I have an episode, that means that my creatine levels are at an all-time high. I'm not stable when I get like that. Sometimes it can last for hours, sometimes weeks, but as long as I take my medication, I'm cool. I'ma be honest wit' you, though. I don't like taking that shit.”
“Why?”
“'Cause it makes me feel like I'm dependent on a drug or something. I mean, you know what I do. I see these fiends out here and how they can't go a day without getting a hit. That's how I am. If I don't take my medication, my ass will straight go seven thirty on yo' ass.”
“Don't lie to me, Bigg. You swear you're taking your medication?”
“Yeah, I swear.” He placed his right hand up to God. “Look, I'ma be real wit' you, Unique. I had a fucked-up childhood. My ol' bird used to beat the hell out of me and my ol' dude used to sit back and let her. My moms was manic depressive too. Every time her ass would flip and have an episode and beat the dog shit outta me, my pop would tell me that she didn't mean to hurt me, and that it was her illness that made her do it. I hated my mother for that shit. That bitch used to tell me I wasn't shit and that I wouldn't amount to nothing. She told me she wished I was dead.”
“For real?”
“Yeah. She died, though, while I was locked up. Me and my ol' dude still speak from time to time.”
“At least you know who your father is,” Unique said, staring off into space.
“It's cool, ma.”
“No, it's not, because I know how that shit feels to have your mother not give a fuck about you and for your daddy to not be there for you. But it's cool. I got you. I don't even wanna talk about it anymore. What's your son's name?” Unique asked, trying to forget the thought of her own mother.
“Dontay.”
“Ahh, that's cute. I bet he looks just like you.” She smiled, easing up a bit.
“Yeah, that's my li'l man,” Bigg said, rubbing his stomach. “A nigga full as fuck.” Reaching out and grabbing her by the waist, he pulled her close. “Empty my plate for me, would you? I'm ready to go to bed.”
“Do I look like my name is Moms Mabley? And I didn't say that you could spend the night.”
“You don't want me to spend the night?” he asked, staring intensely into her eyes.
“I don't make it a habit of allowing strange men into my house, let alone my bed,” she joked.
“First of all, I'm not a strange man. I'm yo' nigga, so get it right. And from now on, your door will always be open to me.”
Looking at him like he was crazy, Unique rolled her eyes, got up from the table, and emptied her plate. As she walked past him, she turned off the light, went into her bedroom, and climbed back into bed, leaving Bigg sitting alone in the dark. Laughing at her strong will, he followed her into the bedroom. Bigg kicked off his shoes and climbed into bed with her. Not able to lay next to him and not touch him, Unique turned over, placed her head on his chest, and fell asleep to the sound of his heartbeat.

As time continued to fly by, Unique and Bigg grew closer. Nothing could break their bond. Their connection and commitment to one another grew stronger every day. Bigg's playa days were over. He was finally at a point in his life where he was ready to put his pimp cup down. No other chick could compare to Unique. She was the total package—beautiful, smart, and confident.
Unique was the kind of chick that he wanted to stay in the house for. At night, he wanted to rub her back and massage her feet. There would be no more kickin' it in the club until the wee hours of the morning. Bigg wanted to be with Unique; only she could satisfy his every need. She even made him think about attending church—that's how much he dug her. The only woman he wanted or needed was Unique, and after four months of being together, he decided to tell her just how much she meant to him.
The setting was perfect. They would enjoy a nice night on the town together. Bigg wanted to give Unique flowers, so he went to a florist to find the prettiest flowers he could. He ended up choosing white roses because the florist told him that they meant humility, innocence, and purity. The flowers fit Unique perfectly, because even though she played hard, she possessed a lot of childlike qualities.
Bigg showed up to Unique's place at exactly seven o'clock on the dot. As he knocked on the door, he held the dozen white roses in hand.
Unique couldn't believe her eyes when she opened the door to find Bigg standing there with flowers. She had received plenty of roses from guys before, but never white roses.
“Thank you, baby,” she gushed.
“You're welcome.” He smiled as he handed them to her. After she put the flowers into a vase filled with water, the two headed out hand in hand.
“So, where are we going?”
“It's a surprise,” Bigg explained.
And he didn't lie either. A surprise is exactly what Unique got. First they attended a concert at the Fox Theater. Alicia Keys was performing. Bigg had the hookup, so they had front row tickets. Alicia Keys sang her heart out that night. She went through a playlist of her old and new songs. Just as she was about to perform her hit song “If I Ain't Got You,” Unique got the surprise of her life.
“I want to dedicate this next song to my boy Bigg and his girl Unique,” Alicia announced to the crowd before singing.
Unique couldn't believe it. She was in absolute heaven. The night couldn't get any better. After the concert, they had a lovely dinner at the Steak House. The meal was extraordinary. By the time dessert came, Unique couldn't eat another bite. Since they weren't yet ready to go home, Bigg suggested that they take a walk on the Riverfront.
He couldn't have picked a better night to tell Unique that he loved her. The midnight sky was filled with stars, and the moon was full. Unique and Bigg had a perfect view of the Mississippi River. They stood along the shore, gazing at the water and different casino boats as they floated along the waterfront. With his arms wrapped around Unique, Bigg softly whispered into her ear, “I love you.”
You would have thought that Unique would answer back with “I love you” as well, but she didn't. To admit that she loved Bigg was a big thing for her, and Unique wasn't sure if she was ready to do that just yet. Admitting to Bigg that she loved him would be letting her guard down, and Unique knew that once she did this, she would be opening herself up to heartbreak.
Love is forbidden,
is what she continued to tell herself.
You cannot love him. I know you don't want to end up like your mother
, is what her inner voice kept on saying.
“Unique, did you hear me?”
“I heard you,” she turned around and replied. Face-to-face, they gazed into each other's eyes. Once Unique took a glimpse into Bigg's light brown eyes, she knew she couldn't deny him. No matter how much she tried to tell herself that she didn't love him, she did.
“I love you too, Bigg,” Unique whispered back, feeling like she was losing a piece of herself in the process.
As if he could read her mind, Big assured, “I promise I'm not gon' let you down.”
