Intentional Abduction – Eve Langlais passion, and a strangled moan escaped her. He kept pumping his fingers into her, the walls of her sex clamping down on them in shuddering waves, his own hips thrusting in time to her ripples. The moment proved so erotic, he almost spent himself. More astonishing, he never wanted it to end.

It came to him, as she lay heaving in his arms, her released arms twined around his waist in a hug, that no matter what, he could never let her go.
And I real y don’t give a frukx if
that’s not the Zonian way.

It took a few moments for the tremors in her body to subside and as she calmed, her reasoning returned. Opening her eyes took an effort, but the fist Aylia swung at Jaro came up without a problem to hit him on the side of the face.

“How dare you!” she almost yelled, livid at his actions, yet even more angry with herself for allowing and enjoying it.

“Dare what? Make you come all over my fingers?

Forgive me then for giving you immense pleasure.” He didn’t appear in the least contrite. Actually, he appeared smug.

“We are in public. That crossed the line,” she hissed.

“Then you shouldn’t have tried to unarm me,” he stated, bracing his legs apart and crossing his arms across his 127

Intentional Abduction – Eve Langlais chest. However, it was the cocky grin that made her lose control enough to dive on him, relying on her nails for damage.

Jaro rebuffed her attack easily. He always did, to her shame. Her teacher would have beaten her for her weakness.

“Behave, or I’ll strip your clothes from you and take you in full view of everyone.”

“You wouldn’t dare.”

His eyes glittered, the glow that always seemed to signal his arousal lighting them. He yanked her hard against him, grinding his groin with its prominent bulge against her.

“Try me.”

Before she could retort, he slapped a hand to his neck, and then turned with a roar. “Frukxing bastards. I’ll kill you all.”

Incomprehension made her gape as he sank to his knees, before her. “Run,” he gasped, even as he continued to slump in a boneless heap on the ground, his eyes rolling back in his head.

Run? Like she’d do something so cowardly. However, unarmed and alone against the approaching pair of whorehouse assassins, recognizable by their outfits so similar to the one Jaro wore but in a shade of blue, along with a half dozen armed guards, she realized she didn’t stand a chance.

She hesitated for a moment before she took to her heels 128

Intentional Abduction – Eve Langlais running, all the while cursing her lack of weapon.
This would
have never happened if he’d given me at least a dagger or a pistol to
defend myself with.

The thin slippers she wore made each slap of her feet on the ground vibrate up her calf, but she dared not hesitate.

Pursuit seemed likely, yet the further she ran, dodging through the traffic that she emerged into when she reached the end of the alley, a quick glance over her shoulder showed that she remained alone.

So I wasn’t their target.
Slowing her steps, she pondered her next move even as she drew her cloak tight about her in concealment.

It occurred to her for a brief moment that she could take the opportunity to escape, but she squashed the thought because she could already hear her teacher’s taunts.
“You
didn’t escape, someone rescued you—by accident. Weakling.”
So what was a Zonian warrior with too much pride to do? Get her bloody seed generator back, of course.

First, though, she needed to arm herself, and maybe find some reinforcements. Lucky for her, she knew just the two idiots to help her with that. Finding the ship proved easy, making it there without discovery, while intact, a tad more difficult. Although, the few miscreants who attempted to appropriate her learned, to their deadly dismay, that small—

and extremely annoyed—didn’t equal helpless. Her untoward 129

Intentional Abduction – Eve Langlais encounters at least had the benefit of arming her, if with poor quality weapons.

Stalking up the docking tube leading to the ship, she alternated between annoyance with herself for not using the opportunity to escape, fear that Jaro might already be dead, and anger that she even cared.

The ship’s control panel wouldn’t acknowledge her and give her entrance so she began slamming on the solid portal with the butt of the gun she’d acquired.

When pounding didn’t work, she added yelling. “Let me in you overgrown, bumbling purple idiots.” The door slid open and the warrior with shocking white hair narrowly avoided her next knocking attempt.

“Hey, what in the frukx are you doing here? Alone?” His brother jostled him aside, a frown on his face.

“Where’s Jaro?”

“Kidnapped. Possibly dead. I’m not too sure. There were too many whorehouse assasins and enforcers converging for me to stay and find out.”

“I told him not to go alone,” mumbled the light-haired one.

“Oh please, Brax. Since when does Jaro need anyone holding his hand? I’ll bet
someone
distracted him else we both know no one would have gotten the drop on him.” Two pairs of clear eyes fixed on her with accusation.

Intentional Abduction – Eve Langlais Aylia couldn’t prevent the hot color from creeping into her face. “It doesn’t matter how it happened. We need to get him back.”

“Well obviously, we do, but since when do you care about our cousin?”

“I don’t, but it seems only right in case I am carrying his child that I save his sorry purple carcass. I might still have use of him if his seed doesn’t take.”

“Hot blazing comet, you are so meant for each other,” the one called Brax snorted. “Hey Xarn, are you up for a little rescue mission followed by some fireworks.”

“Fire what?” she asked with a creased brow.

“Explosions of a kind,” Xarn replied. “It’s what’s going to probably happen when we attempt to save Jaro who prides himself on never needing saving, and might result in our early demise when he sees we let you come along to help.”

“I can see now why he feels an urge to beat you,” she growled.

“Because he loves us,” Xarn beamed with pointed teeth.

Brax managed to cuff his brother before she did, wiping his idiotic grin.

“Enough games. I need weapons, a way to locate Jaro, and you idiots to act as a distraction while I extract him, 131

Intentional Abduction – Eve Langlais if he’s still alive. Oh and some dark clothing to hide the blood.”

“Like I said, made for each other,” Brax snorted with a smile.

Oddly enough, instead of hurting him for his statement, Aylia found herself imbued with an odd warmth.
I
wonder what it would be like to stay at his side instead of returning
home once pregnant.
A part of her wanted to ignore her Zonian upbringing to find out.

She gave herself a mental slap.

Intentional Abduction – Eve Langlais
Chapter Twelve

It didn’t take her long to arm herself once Brax and Xarn led her to her weapons because, of course, they’d first tried to shove her into a room and lock her in. It didn’t work.

Xarn still shot her dirty looks as he cupped his groin, a weakness in their build that Aylia was not above exploiting.

They’d caught her unawares once before, and because of their familial link with Jaro, she’d gone easy on them, but with him in danger, she couldn’t afford to waste time. Worry for her purple warrior gnawed at her along with the stomach-clenching fear she would arrive too late.

It baffled her. She couldn’t imagine Pantariste or any of her tribal sisters caring if the fathers of their babes got hurt, and yet, despite herself, she couldn’t stem the emotions that swirled inside her. Un-Zonianlike feelings that seemed like a betrayal of all she’d learned from the tribe who adopted her, and yet, she couldn’t stop herself from caring what happened to him.

Ignoring her inner turmoil, she concentrated on locating Jaro, and for once, the purple idiots related to him proved useful. It seemed Brax could manipulate computers and he hacked into the central one for the city they found themselves docked in. Flicking through camera feeds, he 133

Intentional Abduction – Eve Langlais discovered footage of Jaro being unceremoniously carried by a pair of brothel guards and surrounded by at least a dozen more of the brutes along with a pair of the specialized assassins. She took careful note of the building they brought him to, one of dozens in the city, her keen gaze zoning in on the security at the front.

“We need a way to get in,” she mused aloud. “Are all its entrances so well guarded?”

“It’s a whorehouse. Of course they’ve left no cracks for cheap pricks to get in. Lucky for you, we have a plan.” She didn’t like their idea—no way was she marching up to a whorehouse naked and demanding an audition, to their disappointment. Besides, she had a better plan and hers involved violence and bloodshed, always a better solution.

While Brax and Xarn accosted the two main entrances and their guards—drunk and belligerent, not a hard role for them to act—she snuck to the kitchen entrance. With her pistol set to stun, she shot the workers standing outside, sucking on tubes that spat swirls of smoke. An odd pastime, that, for some reason, many aliens enjoyed.

Drawing the hood of her heavy cloak around her, she kept her head down and made her way to the main corridor, which at this time of day, stood empty, the pleasures of the flesh mostly taking place during the dark time of the planetary cycle. Any other time, she would have paused to peer around 134

Intentional Abduction – Eve Langlais at her first bordello, gaped at the soaring ceilings gilded in jewels and other riches, stroked the polished wooden walls and brocade-covered furniture, however, she needed to locate Jaro quickly before they discovered her presence and raised the alarm.

Exactly how she would escape with Jaro once she found him still eluded her, but she trusted, between the pair of them, they’d find a solution—or die trying.
Pantariste always
says the greatest honor is to die in battle.
Personally, she’d prefer to make it to a ripe old age first before she tested that theory.

And I wouldn’t mind a few more pleasure bouts with my purple warrior.

It occurred to her after several units of wandering, that she didn’t have the slightest clue where to look for Jaro, and the longer she took, the more likely she’d end up exposed. She’d almost run into some servants a few times at this point and couldn’t count on her luck to last forever.

Then, as if some celestial spirit heard her plea, she heard the rumble of his voice coming from a curtain drawn across an archway.

But how to slip inside without being seen?

The whisper of slippered feet saw her moving to hide behind an ornate statue of an alien sporting more cocks than she owned orifices—disturbing to say the least. Peering over the pedestal edge, she saw a servant pushing a hover cart laden with silver domed dishes. He stopped before the 135

Intentional Abduction – Eve Langlais covered entrance. Straightening his tunic first, the red-skinned, uni-eyed tri-ped drew the curtain back and entered the room.

“I’ve brought refreshments as requested.” As he spoke to the inhabitants of the room, Aylia scurried to the cart and ducked under its draping cloth. Luckily, only napkins shared the shelf with her underneath, and she held herself huddled, breath indrawn for the servant to guide the serving tray into the room.

“Bring them in.” The feminine voice held a thread of steel, and oddly reminded her of Pantariste with her no nonsense attitude.

The cart hummed softly as it drifted over the floor, moving for what seemed like an eternity before halting. Aylia held her breath as she listened for clues that would help her identify the number of enemy in the room and Jaro’s location.

The metallic ring of a dome lifted from a platter and preceded a pungent aroma that penetrated even the fabric that hid her.

“Can I tempt you with some Kigar pastries?” the steely voice of before asked.

“I really need to leave,” Jaro replied, his tone terse.

She recognized his moods enough to know he sounded unhappy. Aylia wondered what he’d suffered while she 136

Intentional Abduction – Eve Langlais wasted time arming herself and planning his escape with his cousins.

“But, we’ve yet to begin. Naughty Jaro. As soon as I’d heard you docked, I couldn’t believe you didn’t immediately come to me. You should know better than to try and evade me.”

Aylia’s brow creased at the subtle threatening tone.

She still couldn’t discern exact numbers in the room, the clanking of dishes and rustling of fabrics possibly misleading.

Did she dare try and peek through the fabric on the cart, or would such a motion bring attention to her hiding spot?

“I had other business, Wrexlia, business which your guards took me from.”

“Yes, I heard about the slave you were cavorting with in the alley.” The female’s voice implied clear disgust. “Really, I thought you had more class than that. Why play in the streets with an unwilling barbarian when you can have all this? Come to me, Jaro, and let me remind you why I am the only female you need riding your cock.”
Excuse me?
Aylia’s eyes widened as rage suffused her.

She didn’t bother checking first; she just sprang from her hiding spot, knives extended, startling the naked female with three breasts hovering over Jaro—
my male
.

It took her a stunned moment to take the scene in.

Dressed in a tiny loincloth, his muscles oiled, his hair 137

Intentional Abduction – Eve Langlais groomed, and surrounded by way too many naked whores, not counting the one glaring at Aylia, Jaro grinned at her.

“Come to ride my rod too, have you?”

“Guards!” screamed the steely-voiced female.

Annoyed, and perhaps a tad jealous even if she wouldn’t admit it, Aylia flung her hood back. “I thought you were kidnapped and in need of rescue.” He shrugged. “I was abducted by a bevy of beauties who were irate that I was keeping them waiting for their pleasure. What can I say? My prowess extends from battle to the bedroom, as you should well know. Or have you already forgotten the alley?” His wink and words brought to mind some of the things he’d done to her. And done to—to these sluts!
