It only took him a few awkward thrusts to get the hang of it. One of Eli's hands fell to his hip to help guide him as Eli pushed his hips up and off the bed into him a few times.

Their bodies rocked together as naturally as any movement within a minute, Kevin's heart already pounding with exertion. He had to brace himself carefully on his forearms, his knees spread on the bed as he straddled Eli.

Eli leaned up to catch his lips and encourage him to lower his head. When he did, Eli's lips pressed against his as the billionaire swallowed each and every of his quiet moans. In truth, Kevin hadn't even been aware of his quiet, whined sounds of pleasure until he found himself breathing them out against Eli's lips.

His head already spun, his muscles burning, but he pushed himself down and onto that cock until he was fucking himself on the whole length, their balls slapping in just enough of a pleasurable sting. It felt unbelievably erotic to be riding Eli as hard as he could, his hole greedily taking every inch of length he fed it.

“Fucking
gorgeous
,” Eli whispered as he pulled his lips back just a little to let them pant into each other's mouths with the exertion. Their bodies were hot against each other's, Kevin's chest starting to rub against Eli's as he draped himself down across him.

“Nnngh, fuck,” Kevin managed, his voice broken with pleasure. “You feel so good...!” No way could he conjure the words to express how intensely the cock satisfied his yearning for Eli's body, how Eli's hands running across his bare back and side and thigh felt just right, how his throbbing cock brushing against Eli's stomach ached for more stimulation...

“You feel perfect, baby,” Eli moaned, still pushing his hips up into Kevin to help halve his workload. His cheeks were flushed, his hair all out of place and eyes glassy as he stared at Kevin.

Kevin pressed his head to Eli's shoulder, trying to collect himself. His hearing aids squeaked at the close contact, but all sound was far away from him now. He was so fucking
close
already, but he wanted to have Eli's thick manhood in him and Eli's hands all over him and Eli's body below him
forever
...

Then, Eli raised his hand to bring down sharply against Kevin's ass once, twice, three times – and then rapid-fire, until Kevin lost count. Both sides of his ass, on either side of his cock, making Kevin clench and shudder and stutter in his rhythm as he tried desperately to keep thrusting and hold out. Heat flooded him almost unbearably, and he needed just a little more direct stimulation.

“Come on, baby, it's okay,” Eli whispered, rubbing the sensitive, stinging skin. “You can come.”

“Don't wanna... yet...” Kevin was panting for breath, already nearly at the edge of his physical limits. He was in good shape, but this was a whole new set of muscles for him. “Oh, fuck...” His body was tight, the muscles of his thighs trembling and his chest burning with heat. His cock was intensely throbbing with each and every brush against Eli's stomach.

One of Eli's hands reached between them to grip his cock and Kevin just about lost it, groaning at the top of his lungs at how fucking
sensitive
it was. Heat – pleasurable, but nearly unbearable – sizzled through every inch of him until even his nipples and the skin of his neck burned with the desire for climax.

Eli gave several quick, tight strokes, then slapped Kevin's ass three times, hard, making his entire body lurch and jolt as his very core tingled with fiery
need
.

Kevin clenched tightly around Eli's cock and shuddered, quickly bracing himself with his hands as he rocked back onto that cock and forward into Eli's hand. His load spilled in quick, hot bursts of ecstasy across Eli's hand and stomach.

He could think of nothing except Eli: the way Eli was watching him with wide eyes and flushed cheeks, the feeling of Eli's throbbing, thrusting cock in him, the heat of Eli's hands making his skin burn and sting and ache for more pleasure...

“Oh, god,” he whispered, nearly collapsing against Eli. “Oh, god, fuck me...”

Eli didn't wait for a second invitation. He gripped Kevin's hips tightly and braced himself on the bed, then thrust his hips up in a quick, skilled,
hard
rhythm to push that gorgeous cock into him.

Eli took no time at all to come. Kevin wasn't even overstimulated when Eli's cock jerked and shuddered up into him and Eli pulled him as tight as he could against his body, his hips involuntarily riding out the orgasm by pushing deeper and deeper inside. “Y-Yes...!”

“That's it, gorgeous,” Kevin praised, raising his cheek just enough that he could see the expression of utter bliss on Eli's face. Eli tumbled into the blackness and ecstasy of orgasm with parted lips and sharp, deep gasps of breath while his hips thrust up into Kevin.

“Oh, fuck, Kevin...” Eli panted when his thrusts slowed, then slowed a little more until they stopped. He kept Kevin clutched tight, his arm wrapped around Kevin's lower and upper back as he rolled his head back against the pillow and his cock slipped out of him.

Once he caught his breath again, his body starting to cool down, Kevin chuckled quietly and reached up to push his molds back into place so he could hear a little better. Everything had been tinny for the past minute, but he'd hardly noticed until now.

“Mm?” Eli murmured, his lips finding Kevin's neck and kissing a few times. With his sound restored, Eli's voice was deep and sensual again.

“People usually suck at crab-walking, but that's a whole new level of balance...”

“Did I impress you?” Eli chuckled deeply, slowly rolling them until Kevin lay on his side next to him. Kevin opened his eyes and shifted slightly to find a more comfortable position to lie in. He could still feel Eli's cock deep inside, and he ached at the empty feeling.

“Mmhmm.” Kevin reached out to rub his palm along Eli's cheek, brushing his hair back and off his forehead. “The power in those hips... mmm.”

“Waterskiing gives you great leg muscles.”

“I'll remember that,” Kevin laughed. “I don't do any kind of water sports.”

“You don't? Because of the hearing aids?”

Kevin blushed and nodded. “It just... I can't hear instructors without them, so I can't really learn.”

“I'll teach you,” Eli immediately told him. “I'll show you on land and then... mime, if I have to. If you want to learn, that is.”

“Thank you.” Kevin smiled at his earnest words and leaned in to press a few little kisses to his lips before remembering he'd just sucked his cock.

When he drew back, Eli pressed forward to kiss him back. Apparently, he didn't care. “We can't spend the evenings together, but we can spend mornings after breakfast and sometimes afternoons... when you're not doing prep...”

Kevin nodded. “Speaking of which...”

Eli groaned. “Really?”

“No, first, we can have breakfast,” Kevin laughed quietly. “I'll cook you breakfast.”

The disappointment instantly gone, Eli grinned at him. “Oh, that'd be great.”

“Mmm...” Kevin eased himself up carefully, sitting up as Eli's hand reluctantly slid off his thigh. “Lemme go start it, then.” He stood up, wobbling, then shook his head. “Actually, I'll clean up first.”

Eli chuckled deeply and scooted over to grab tissues and wipe himself down as Kevin stood up to go to the bathroom. When Kevin returned, Eli was dressed again and had neatly organized Kevin's clothes into a pile for him.

“Thanks,” Kevin chuckled, acutely aware of Eli watching him get dressed. Even though they'd just been pressed so tightly together, the chemistry still crackled between them. “Enjoying the show?”

“Very much so.”

Kevin grinned as he buttoned up the last few buttons of his shirt and leaned in to press a long, lazy kiss to Eli's lips. Then, he pulled away and pocketed his phone, wallet and keys from the bedside table before opening the bedroom door.

Just as he reached the kitchen, his phone rang, so he paused and leaned on the kitchen counter to answer without even checking caller ID.

“Hello?”

“Hey, Kevin? It's Rube.”

“Oh, hi. What's up?” For a moment, Kevin's heart skipped a beat and he nearly gasped. He quickly glanced at the clock before relaxing – he hadn't missed the meeting. If their sex and cuddling afterwards had lasted
that
long, it might have been a problem.

“Are you free for an earlier meeting?”

“Yeah, let me check with Troy--”

“Not Troy,” Rube emphasized, his voice calm and slow. “Just you. Bill and I need to see you. There's a disciplinary action pending against you.”

Kevin's grip on the phone weakened for a moment. He looked at Eli, whose expression grew instantly worried. Eli moved closer and Kevin shook his head. He couldn't exactly hand him off, or Rube would know exactly what he'd just been doing. “I... why?” he asked, his voice quiet.

“I think that's best discussed in person. Can you meet us in twenty minutes in the business room at La Sol?”

“Yes, sir,” Kevin murmured.

“We'll see you then.”

As he hung up, Kevin stared at Eli. He hardly had the breath to explain what had just happened, and he wasn't entirely sure of it himself until he said it out loud. “They want to see me – Rube and Bill. For disciplinary action.”

Chapter 25
Eli

“Everything will be fine,” Eli murmured in the most reassuring tone he could manage. He walked close to Kevin, but not quite touching him just yet. He wished he could take his hand and kiss him in the street to help him calm down, but... he couldn't. Not
quite
yet.

He swore to himself that by tonight, he would.

His ex, Tom, was sneaking around Ember Isle to try to buy the fucking island for his new secret boyfriend or fling. He seemingly hadn't bothered to tell any of their mutual friends that their relationship was over yet. Since Tom was an A-list actor, Eli had been
trying
to respect his career by not outing him to everyone until his manager released a statement on it.

Weeks later, Tom had still been silent on the matter, letting everyone assume Eli was taking a vacation while Tom worked and conducted business.

That had left Eli hiding his new relationship with this beautiful, sweet, driven man, and... He wasn't going to let Tom taint his new relationship for another day. He'd had enough chances to come clean.

He gritted his teeth, bringing his thoughts back to the present moment, and the fear he knew Kevin was feeling about the unexpected disciplinary meeting with Bill – the island's owner – and Rube – the mentor for all drinking establishments on the island, and a former business partner of Eli's.

“I just wonder who told on us,” Kevin breathed out for about the fifth time since they'd set out to walk into town for Kevin's meeting at La Sol.

“We don't know that it's about us dating,” Eli told him, his voice soothing. He knew Kevin reacted well to the deep warmth of his voice. Even when Kevin's hearing aids were out, he could seemingly clearly hear him, and Eli was glad for it. Kevin deserved to hear all the compliments Eli wanted to murmur to him throughout the night.

God, he'd utterly fallen for this man already. He was going to smack Bill upside the head if he was about to try to get Kevin into trouble for dating him. But Bill had apparently made it clear that it was a closed-door meeting; Kevin's best friend and business partner Troy hadn't even been invited.

“Here we are,” Eli finally announced unnecessarily as they arrived at La Sol, the restaurant that seemed to host most of Bill's business meetings. “It'll be all right,” he added quietly. “No matter what happens, I'll look after you.”

Kevin's eyes widened as he glanced quickly up to Eli, reading his expression.

Eli was serious; he would hardly notice the amount of money it would take to set Kevin up in business in the heart of any American city when they flew back to the mainland at the end of the summer. A guy who worked ten-hour shifts, slept for six, and then got up to prep for the next day deserved to make it.

“I can't let you--” Kevin started.

Eli risked raising a finger to press gently against Kevin's lips, before dropping his hand and glancing around. Of the few people walking between restaurants or heading down the street towards the beach that sleepy Sunday morning, nobody was looking straight at them.

Kevin went quiet, licking his lips and shoving his hands into his pockets as he shifted from foot to foot, glancing down.

“I'd
like
to,” Eli told him, his voice extra-quiet. He was careful to enunciate clearly. “If you'd let me, I will. If it's my fault that something bad happens in that meeting, it's only fair I make up for my mistakes.”

“I'm sure it won't be your fault,” Kevin answered, but he was giving in – those beautiful brown eyes raised to meet Eli's again and he was smiling.

“We'll talk about it if we have to afterwards,” Eli assured him. “I just wanted to establish that upfront, so you can't turn me away later.”

“Sneaky,” Kevin laughed under his breath. “Okay, I've gotta get in there...”

“Good luck. You'll be fine,” Eli assured him yet again and reached out to squeeze his shoulder affectionately. His fingers trailed slowly when he drew his hand away.

“Thanks, Eli,” Kevin answered. His eyes said everything he couldn't in public.

“I've... got certain business to take care of,” Eli told him. “Just call me when you're out of there, hm?”

“Is this what you told me about?”

The night before, Eli had promised that he was going to take care of Tom. He nodded silently, smiling at the way Kevin's face lit up with pleasure before he tried to hide it.

“All right,” Kevin answered, raising a hand slightly and turning to head into the restaurant. As the door swung shut, the palm fronds on the door fluttered, and Eli half-smiled. Somehow, he felt like he should be at Kevin's side, even though he'd never been involved in Kevin's business before.

He had the horrible feeling this meeting wasn't about some failing in Kevin's business, Sweet Nothings; Troy wasn't going to be there. Someone had it out for the two of them and had tried to get Kevin in trouble for dating Eli, he would stake money on it. Worse yet, he had an idea who it was... and the man was living on his luxury yacht in the island's harbor, avoiding Eli.

Fuck that.

At a brisk stride, Eli turned to walk down the street towards the ferry dock and the speedboat rental office. He was going to sort this out.

***

“There you are.”

Eli's eyes narrowed. Even since leaving Kevin at the restaurant and driving his rented speedboat out to the yacht, then climbing aboard on the guest ladder, his righteous indignation had been growing. Tom had the fucking nerve to come here, of all places, to destroy his little safe place where he'd been healing and moving on with his life, but he'd dealt with it... until Tom interfered with his new boyfriend's business.

He strode across the deck towards Tom.

The man's gorgeous square jaw was set in a smirk as he pushed his aviator shades up onto his forehead and spread his hands as if to welcome Eli to the boat. “There
you
are.”

“Drop the fucking act,” Eli spat. He could still vividly remember the last time they'd seen each other face-to-face – or rather, he'd caught Tom chest-to-back with his hot young costar from the movie he'd been filming last month.

Tom looked a little confused, those puppy eyes widening immediately. “I... Eli?” he softly asked.

It nearly worked; Eli felt guilt in the pit of his stomach for having been out of touch for the past few weeks before storming aboard his yacht. Then, he remembered: Tom had instructed his manager to treat Eli like a prying journalist, avoided him, and specifically avoided announcing the end of their engagement to the news just so he could try to get onto the island unnoticed somehow.

Eli didn't even have to think twice about it; he closed the space between them in a few quick strides, then swung his fist.

It connected solidly with the side of Tom's jaw, and he found himself reveling in the ugly pleasure of the hit as Tom stumbled back, then grabbed him by the shoulders to shove him backwards and off him.

“Leave Kevin the fuck alone,” Eli hissed.

“Oh? Is
that
his name?” Tom answered, his voice mild. It was worse than if he'd been aggressive or smarmy; he was acting like he didn't know or care who Eli's new beau was.

“You know damn well what you did, and I know, too.”

“Mmm, I'm not sure I do,” Tom admitted, frowning at him. “Look, I get why you're pissed--”

“Do you?” Eli demanded. “
Why
, then?” Tom had never been too good at figuring out what he'd done wrong. He'd just been good at elaborate apologies, but no apology was elaborate enough to make up for violating the sanctity of their universally-adored engagement. Everyone had loved the billionaire and the actor, so sweet in public together.

“I made a mistake, and I shouldn't have ever put myself in that position,” Tom answered, his voice rolling across each syllable as a smooth wave from the ocean far below the luxury yacht deck. “I should have made the announcement sooner, but... I don't think it's over.”

Eli nearly reeled. “
That's
what this is about? Yet you're here buying an island? I'm positive it's not just for you. You never liked this place that much.”

Tom sighed and shielded his eyes from the sun. Eli stalked around him to work off a little of his anger by pacing. Tom watched him walk back and forth. “You'll appreciate it when you see what I'm doing for you.”

“I don't care what you're doing for me. Go back to brainlessly fucking Jon,” Eli answered, no harsher than Tom deserved. “I'm going to tell all of our friends about the breakup. We're done. We don't have a fucking chance just because you can't admit that we're done,” he scoffed.

Tom folded his arms, levelly gazing back at Eli. His calmness was unnerving.

“And I'll tell them
why
we're over.”

“Because we made some mistakes? It's not too late to admit that and go back to the way things were--”

Eli laughed loudly. “
We
haven't made mistakes, you asshole. I told you when I kicked you out that night that we were over. That hasn't changed.”

Tom unfolded his arms and stepped forward, his voice soothing as he reached out to try to take Eli by the shoulder. “What would it take for you to come home?”

Eli twisted his body away so Tom couldn't touch him. “Don't you get it by now? I'm never coming home with you. We don't have a home anymore. My home is mine and yours is yours.” He leaned back against the bar, bumping his head hard against it as he tried to search for his last few scraps of patience.

Tom frowned, bracing his hand against the wall of the bar behind Eli's head. “But--”

“We. Are. Done.” Eli punctuated each word by reaching out to shake Tom's shoulder, his nails digging into his shoulder.

Tom hesitated for a few long moments, his eyes falling to Eli's lips for a few long moments.

If he even tries...
Eli just about saw red, his body tenser than it had been in weeks.

Then, Tom's eyes flickered back up to Eli's and he locked gazes with him. “You're going to change your mind.”

“Come back to the island with me. Our friends are having Sunday brunch in any given restaurant,” Eli told him, his voice low as he didn't flinch away from that intense green gaze. He tried to make his voice just slightly gentler. “If you don't, I'm going to go by myself and tell them.”

Tom was silent again, his gaze flickering from one of Eli's eyes to the others before a long, slow sigh escaped him and his shoulders sank. “Fine. But I'll take my own boat.”

Eli was shaking slightly from the intense physical closeness and intensity of the confrontation. He nodded once and strode off to the ladder that led down to his mooring.
