James took a deep breath and made himself comfortable on his side, allowing Corey to go back in for a second try.

Aside from a small jump on his part, he was somehow able to force his body to remain still, even when the tickling commenced.  Then Corey’s finger was inside him, and it didn’t tickle anymore.

“You all right?” he asked.

“Yeah, put in another.”

The first finger didn’t burn, but the  second one did, and suddenly  James had a whole new appreciation for the men who had allowed him to take them roughly. He certainly wouldn’t be able to do that

now.

Corey spat in his hand again, lubing his fingers all the more for the third finger. James was clutching at Corey’s bedsheets now.

That fucking hurt! Christ, he was an alpha wolf for God’s sake!  He was young―for a werewolf―and strong, he should be able to

handle this better than he was.

After what seemed like an eternity, and only after the burning had simmered down with help from Corey’s reassuring words, kisses, and time, Corey positioned his cockhead at James’s asshole and pressed in.

The burning returned full force. Now, however, it felt more like the fiery pain that came from touching pure silver.

“Christ, I can’t do this.” It killed him to have to say that. Corey wasn’t even all the way inside him yet. He’d stopped to give James time to adjust.

“Yes, you can. It’s supposed to hurt. Give it a minute. You’re so tight.”

That last bit was said on a moan, and Corey’s forehead fell against  James’s back. James could sense the way the other man was struggling to keep from ramming into him.

James never appreciated a man’s self-control more than he did

now.

Corey was right. After a minute or so, something inside him gave way and loosened, allowing Corey to thrust his hips and cock until he was all the way inside, and James felt his pubic hairs against his

backside.

Corey moaned and shivered, his arms wrapping around James’s chest in a tight embrace as he finally lost control and began to move.

The sounds of his mate behind him, enjoying himself, and the new sensation of that cock within him, hard, quickly moving, touching everything, brought James’s dick back to life.

The burn was still there, but this felt really nice. He liked it. He could enjoy this.

He pressed back against Corey’s moving hips in a  clumsy attempt at participating, still trying to figure out how to go about everything in this new position. Then Corey’s prick brushed against something inside him that made him see white spots and moan out loud. He spoke something out loud, but even he couldn’t say what exactly it

had been that he said.

“There it is,” Corey said. Or maybe James just thought he’d heard  the other man speak. He couldn’t hear anything now as Corey hit that  spot again and again, curling his arm around James’s stomach, trying  to pull their lower bodies tighter together.

James took his cock in hand and jerked himself, humping against  his hand and Corey’s pumping hips. They were completely out of  sync with each other, moving in an ungraceful, sloppy pattern, and  James didn’t at all care if they somehow got back into a proper  rhythm with each other. This wild movement, this uncaring,  animalistic need to mate and fuck was exactly what James needed. It  was perfect. It was so, so good.

His mouth grabbed onto Corey’s pillow, biting down hard enough  to puncture the cotton and get to the soft feathers inside as he came on  a yell.

Corey kept right on going, milking out James’s pleasure until it  was nearly painful again before his body finally stiffened, and he  released a muffled cry against James’s back.

They lay like that for several minutes, catching their breath, Corey  cuddling and nuzzling against James’s neck.

James, well, he still felt like James. He still felt like an alpha,  despite having handed over his control for someone else to take. He  didn’t feel any less a master of himself or his pack.

Yeah, this was fine. Everything was fine.

Though he would have preferred to stay within the warm bubble  he and Corey had created for themselves, that proved to be impossible  as the sticky and now-cold fluids James had released onto his stomach  and the bedsheets made themselves more prominent.

They separated, carefully, and then used the tissue box to clean  away as much as they could from themselves and the sheets before  returning to their previous embrace.

“How, uh—” Corey stopped himself. James wanted to laugh.

His mate wanted to ask him how the sex had been without

sounding full of himself for asking how the sex had been.

He nudged the other man, feeling playful. “You were great.”

Corey blew out a sigh, and James could feel the other man’s smile  as he snuggled against James’s back.

“I love you,” Corey said with a sigh.

James would never tire of hearing that. He was going to keep on  hearing it for the rest of their lives, too. He trailed his fingertips over  Corey’s arm. “I love you, too.”

He waited precisely thirty seconds before shifting around. “All  right, turn over. It’s my turn.”
