Chapter 7

It feels like a really long time until Natasha comes back, and when a bright light doesn’t shine into the dark room it confirms how long she has been gone. I can’t see her properly either, but that’s not due to the darkness of the room. I don’t want to look at the men, in fact I pretend to be asleep to avoid any confrontation. I listen to the clinking of her chains being locked back together and when the locking of the door is heard I finally open my eyes again.

“Natasha?” I ask.

“I’m ok.” She speaks quietly. “Just talk quietly for now.”

“Is that why you were taken away?” I ask again. “Because we were talking?”

“No.” She whispers. “I wasn’t chosen yesterday so I was expecting it.”

She wasn’t chosen? So that means there are more girls than just the two of us being kept in these conditions. There’s an eerie silence, a lot different from earlier.

“Are you sure you’re ok?” I dare to ask her.

“I’m used to it.” She replies and I hear the pain in her voice as she shifts her body weight. “How did it go?”

“Fine,” I lie.

“Fine?” She asks. “Come on Lauren, I know you’re lying.”

“It was scary.” I confess. “The president was ok, but I don’t like Strike.”

“Strike.” She sounds surprised. “You met him?”

“Yeah. He’s not a great guy is he?” I sniffle.

“Oh fuck, Lauren. I didn’t think Demon would give you to Strike on your first day.” She sounds really upset.

“No, he didn’t.” I tell her everything that has happened since I last saw her and I hear her crying.

“Oh god I am so sorry, Lauren. On your first day, that’s just fucked up.” She carries on explaining how she feels bad for me but I stop her.

“Natasha, I’m going to be ok. I’m just glad I have you here.” I say honestly.

“Whatever the Prez says, you do.” She advises. “You need to take this warning seriously, Lauren. If you even step out of line the slightest bit, you could find yourself living a hard life.”

“Like what we both just went through?” I ask.

Natasha laughs. “Yours maybe, but sadly even with red handprints covering my body my punishment was a soft one.”

“Really?” I asked shocked with hearing she’s covered in red handprints.

“Really.” She confirms. “I’ve had a lot worse.”

“Like what?” I ask, feeling a little brave.

“Well, they have certain rooms here for whatever they fancy. Today I went to the whip room, but this time they decided to use their hands rather than the whips. Last week I was hung upside down while Strike fucked me.” She takes a deep breath. “It all depends on the man. They all have different needs and fantasies. Strike as you might have figured out is one of the worst, and Demon.”

“Demon?” I ask, sounding a little more shocked than I should.

“Yeah.” Natasha answers. “He likes knives when he’s fucking. Be careful with him Lauren, he’s a charmer but he is dangerous. How do you think he became the club president in the first place?”

“True.” I agree.

“He didn’t get Demon as his club name for nothing, the man is evil. But what you also need to watch out for is if he gets a little attached to you.”

“What?” I giggle.

“No, it’s not funny, Lauren. If Demon gets even the slightest bit attached, put him off. I mean it, the man is insane. Every woman he gets fond of ends up dead, because he got a little too excited with his knife. Don’t become that girl Lauren, do as he says but don’t be perfect.” She warns me.

“What happens to them?” I ask her.

“They become his go to girl. Nobody else is allowed to hurt them, but they can fuck her. They become his obsession and he wears them out. The girls are on the front line to his inner monster. He’s a cruel man so try not to stand out.” She sounds a little sad and I hear a slight whimper.

“Natasha?” I ask, concerned for her.

“No I’m fine.” She tries to assure me.

“Have you shared this room with another girl before me?” I have a horrible feeling I already know the answer.

“Yes.” She whispers. “She became Demon’s obsession and died from a deep wound to her neck.”

“Oh god I am so sorry!” I try to apologize as many times as I can until Natasha tells me to stop.

We spend the rest of the night comforting each other, and seeing as we are restricted due to our chains that’s only by holding hands.

Chapter 8

When I open my eyes, the first thing that comes to mind is the number fourteen. It’s the number of days I’ve been here. I’ve been here for two fucking weeks. I sigh heavily, trying to be as quiet as possible because I don’t want to wake Natasha. I can hear her softly snoring, poor girl, she had a tough day yesterday and I had to fucking watch!

After Demon saw what state I was in, and Strike paying me a visit, I’ve only just healed. Demon had the courtesy to get a doctor in here to look at me, but he didn’t look like any doctor I’ve seen before. The dude had a long beard, a leather vest and a shit load of tattoos but he helped me. He gave me some tablets for the pain, and sent me on my way but he also made it clear that I have no intercourse for two weeks otherwise I will be no use to anyone.

So yesterday, I had the pleasure of watching four men torture Natasha while she was tied and spread open on a table. They whipped, cut and beat her and she didn’t shed a single tear until we were alone in our room. I really admire her for that. I don’t think I could have done the same.

I’m staring into space when Natasha finally wakes up. I think her body needed the healing process. Maybe Demon should get the doctor for her too? Last time I saw her, she wasn’t looking so good.

“Stop looking at me.” She moans.

“How did you know that I was looking at you?” I smile.

“Because I can feel you staring,” She tiredly laughs. “It feels like a creepy stalker stare.”

I laugh along with her, trying to be as quiet as possible so the guards outside don’t overhear.

“I was just thinking about what you told me when I first got here.” I think over the conversation of us comparing our pasts.

“And what did I say?” She asks.

“About your past, you know the guy and the girl you were worrying about.” She doesn’t answer because this is a sore subject. “You said he was in a band right? Black Inferno?”

“Yep,” She answers. “Why?”

“I heard about it from a friend.” Actually it was a friend of my sisters, but we don’t need specifics. “He said that the man, Mason, and his girlfriend were ok, it was all over the news too. Didn’t you hear about it?”

I hear her chains rattle and she comes closer. “They’re ok?” She asks urgently.

“Yeah, the other guy wasn’t though.” I think back to the news coverage.

“Who?” She asks with the same urgency.

“The one who was trying to hurt them, the one you must have spoken to. I can’t remember his name.” I try to think.

“Joe.” She answers with absolutely no emotion. “Good.”

I begin to hear quiet sobs and I reach over to touch her hand. “Natasha, are you ok?”

“Yeah. I’m just glad I didn’t end up hurting that girl and her baby.” She squeezes my hand. “Thank you for telling me.”

“I should have remembered sooner.” I feel annoyed with myself. When she brought it up not long after I arrived here, I recognized the names she mentioned but after Demon walked in the room and put a stop to the conversation, I never knew the right time to bring it back up again.

“So how have you enjoyed your first two weeks?” She asks me.

“Oh I don’t know, I think I need to put in a complaint about the cleanliness around this place.” I joke and Natasha quietly giggles. I’m so glad I have her here with me. Natasha has truly been a god send to me in this gruesome new life of mine.

“I’m glad I have you with me.” Natasha speaks my own thoughts. “I hated being in this room alone.”

“I would too.” I admit. “Natasha, if you don’t mind me asking, how did you get here? Was it that Joe guy?”

“The one and only,” She answers. “After giving over Mason and his girlfriend, he beat me and gave me to his friends to play with. The next morning two men showed up and brought me to this warehouse. God it was awful Lauren, so many girls were there, all of them kidnapped. That’s when I first saw Demon, and he bought me like I was some sort of house furniture.”

“Oh my god that’s horrible.” A lot worse than my story. “I’m so sorry.” I feel like shit for asking now, my mouth gets me into so much trouble.

“No, I know about your story and now you know mine.” She pats my hand and then we fall into our comfortable silence.

Chapter 9

That afternoon, I’m woken up by loud music above us.

“Shit.” Natasha groans.

“What?” I ask but I don’t get my answer. The door is swung open, and there stands Demon with Twist, Chopper and Trip standing behind him.

“Hello, ladies.” Demon greets. “Tonight we are going to have some fun!”

Demon and Twist untie me while the other two see to Natasha. Both of us stay quiet trying to not get into trouble. We’re guided down the hallway and then into a room I haven’t been to before. When I see the block of showers in front of me, I almost start to dance. I look around to Natasha, expecting her to be as happy as I am but she doesn’t look happy at all.

“Get cleaned up.” Demon orders and with our ankles still chained, we slowly make our way over to the showers.

Natasha goes to the furthest one and I follow, she nags down hard on the button and water splashes over her, washing away the thick layer of dirt. I do the same and sigh from the feeling of hot, soothing water on my tired body.

“Don’t be too happy.” Natasha whispers.

“Why not?” I ask and eye the men watching us from behind.

“They’re only cleaning us up so we look appealing for the party.” She turns and rinses her hair and when she turns back around she continues. “They have them sometimes, a lot of men and with few girls. It’s tough, so be prepared.”

Her warning words repeat in my head and I start to shake.

“Girl!” He barks. I know he’s talking to me because he calls Natasha by her club name, Silver and I haven’t been given one yet. “Get showered now!”

I snap out of it and get myself cleaned but Natasha’s words don’t leave my head. No wonder she wasn’t pleased at the sound of the music and then this.  Once we look clean enough, Demon throws a towel around each of us and we follow him again to another room. Whilst we walk I feel strange wrapped in the towel, I haven’t had any sort of cover up since I arrived here two weeks ago. That’s not to say I don’t like it, I’m enjoying this towel so fucking much.

When we enter another room, it looks like we’ve suddenly entered the backstage of a bunch of strippers. Mirrors line the wall with stools in front and makeup is laid out on the tables.

“Tracy!” Demon shouts and out from another door walks a woman. This woman is a bitch and I know because I am one myself. She struts towards us in her six inch heels, swaying her arse and her long red hair. It’s obviously dyed, because nobody is born with hair the colour of blood. She wears a fake smile when she sees Natasha and me, but I see the heat in her eyes as she looks at Demon.

“Hello, Demon.” She purrs.

“Tracy, I want you to get these two ready for tonight. I want them looking their best, you hear me?” He asks her, totally ignoring the fact that Tracy would like nothing more than to drag him back to where she appeared from and fuck him into next week.

She looks at Natasha and me with obvious annoyance and then nods to Demon. “Of course.”

Without another word, Demon turns to leave but Chopper stays behind. Our guard, while we are being beautified I’m guessing, it seems like wherever you go there’s a member of the club watching.

“Prez wants them ready in an hour.” Chopper lets Tracy know and she turns with a huff.

When she returns she holds out two black pieces of material in my face. “Your top and skirt.”

As soon as she has thrown them in my face, she turns to do exactly the same to Natasha. She struts off, leaving us alone with Chopper while we dress. I don’t worry about him as I drop my towel and pull the tiny black top over my head. I wouldn’t call it a top, it’s so tight that having no bra isn’t an option and it’s so small it might as well be called a bra rather than a top. The skirt is even worse! It’s so tight that it hugs my bottom well, but it’s so short it could be classed as a thick belt. I look at myself in one of the mirrors and my eyes widen. “You can see my ass checks.”

Natasha rolls her eyes. “Would you prefer to be naked?”

“True.” I admit, although I don’t see the point if everything is on show anyway!

After approving our outfits, Tracy sits us down and brings in another girl who doesn’t talk at all. Not that I’m up for conversation as they both dry our hair and then plaster our faces in make-up. After being naked for two weeks, dirty and make-up free, this all feels wrong.

“There,” Tracy smiles. “You look decent enough now.”

Natasha and I exchange a look and hide our giggles. This woman cracks me up, is she for real?

Chopper approaches Tracy, and a true smile appears on her face. She disappears with him, taking the silent girl with her and finally, I’m alone with Natasha.

“What the fuck?” I ask and look at myself in the mirror. I don’t feel like me.

“You need to prepare yourself.” Natasha advises. “Be on your best behaviour, no matter what happens. There’s going to be a lot of men out there and they will all want you. They will be drunk, say shit to you and touch you. Let them do what they want and make them happy. If they’re happy, Demon is happy and that means you don’t get a punishment. They get short tempered and there might be a fight or two but stay calm and do what you got to do. Are you hearing me, Lauren?” I don’t say anything, I just nod. “Ok,” Natasha takes a deep breath to compose herself. “Just go with it and ignore your better judgement.”

A few seconds later, Demon returns and he grins widely when he sees Natasha and me waiting for him. Chopper reappears with Tracy and I see the anger in Demon’s eyes. Gladly that anger is not aimed at me. Demon embraces me and then Natasha, praising us. “Girls, you look delicious.”

I don’t like the fact that I am being described as
‘delicious’.
I stay quiet, smile at him and follow as he leads us to the main event. My legs are shaking so much I think I might fall and my heart is beating so hard I’m afraid that it’s going to rip out of my chest.
