Cabin at the March 2012 BlogHer Conference in New York City, Kate made the rounds visiting various exhibitors and collecting lots of freebies. Kate the millionaire was apparently in desperate need of some guacamole dip, so she grifted some free “Wholly Guacamole” product from their booth. After Kate returned home from the conference, she did what any appreciative guacamole lover would do with the free guacamole she had scored.

In a unique and innovative marketing move, Kate thought it would be amusing to dump “Wholly Guacamole” guacamole over her daughter Leah’s head and take a picture of Leah smiling cutely for the camera. Kate then tweeted the photo to the world. Most significantly, she also tweeted it to @eatwholly, who no doubt must have been overcome with joy to see their product being used in such a “wholly” unappetizing and wasteful way. Kate is always looking for new and exciting ways to exploit her children to bring attention to herself. Maybe Kate actually thought this stunt would cause Wholly Guacamole to consider hiring her as a spokeswoman. The exploitation of the Gosselin children has come to this.

BELLA, BOOKS AND PANHANDLE

Kate does not hesitate to lure her Twitter “friends” into her seemingly endless “not mediocre” money-making schemes. They are so enamored of her, they make easy marks for her begging and scamming.

On July 10, 2012, Kate started subtly selling vegan/candy/energy/protein bars just by mentioning that she likes them and that she eats them all the time. Smart bloggers at

quickly sniffed out via the Bella Bar website that this was nothing more than a way for Kate to make a quick and easy buck. And there would be absolutely nothing wrong with that if only Kate would just be upfront with her fans and tell them that this is a way for her to make a few bucks, instead of pretending that she just randomly fell in love with Bella Bars and felt compelled to tell her fans how much she loves them. Maybe Kate should have paced herself a bit and not tweeted four consecutive tweets about Bella Bars in a matter of minutes. How quickly a big “star” has fallen.

Some people, even millionaires, are just addicted to free stuff and easy money. No matter how much they have, they will always want more and will do anything to get what they want, even if it means taking advantage of their loyal fans. And Kate’s loyal fans can’t buy those bars fast enough to help her line her pockets even further.

BIRDS OF A FEATHER

There is one particularly worrisome Kate fan who for years has tweeted, and continues to tweet, awful things about Jon, encouraging Kate to further alienate the children from their father. She tweets to Kate advising her to tell the children to keep things from Jon, and to tell them their father is “HER ENEMY.” She tells Kate to THREATEN them and punish them with the “SPOON.” In other words, this fan is telling Kate to smack the heck out of those kids if they dare speak to their father.

These are the people Kate surrounds herself with. And Kate never, NEVER, asks her fans who tweet terrible things about Jon to stop. But she is the first to cry “bully” when someone says something critical about her.

Here are just some of the

Those episodes, officially titled “RV Trip” and “RV Breakdown,” tell an illuminating story about the final relationship between Kate and TLC. I am recapping these episodes in detail because so much happened that explains why TLC, Ashley Turner and Jamie Cole Ayers had finally had enough of Kate Gosselin.

Anyone truly interested in the Gosselin story will take the time to watch these episodes. They clearly illustrate and epitomize why TLC had finally decided to part ways with Kate for good. TLC did not attempt to hide, disguise, excuse or sugarcoat Kate’s entitled, demanding, lying, sadistic and narcissistic behavior, as they had done so often in the past.

In the first of the RV episodes, Kate was shown tearing the tags off all the brand new clothes she was given for the trip. Kate always demanded new clothes for everyone whenever they filmed an episode. She seemed very annoyed that she had to remove the tags by herself, though. Usually a production assistant did that tedious work (you know, the normal, everyday mom things) for her.

When she was outside packing her SUV, she yelled at Mady for not helping her quickly enough and scolded her in an irritated tone, saying, “You should know by now whenever you’re helping me you should be running at all times!”

The crew loaded everything into the RVs in her front yard except for one or two bags so they could get footage of Kate working hard packing up the RVs. Now packing a vehicle is a task that normal people do every single day in preparing for a trip, but Kate couldn’t even handle that job without drama. She made it look so hard and exhausting. She struggled by herself to push a couple of bags into the outside storage compartment of one of the RVs, got frustrated and snapped at the film crew saying, “At some point we’re going to have to stop playing ‘we’re filming a TV show’ and really work because I’m really done!” She was standing there all flustered, with her hands on her head acting like the typical lazy, demanding, put-upon Kate Gosselin we have seen so often. It’s interesting that her comment about filming a TV show wasn’t edited out.

After this dramatic display of poor, overworked Kate packing up the RVs, something strange and entirely non-RV-trip-like happened. Kate and her children and security guards and babysitters set off on the “dream” RV trip two days later by getting on an airplane and jetting off to South Dakota to meet up with their packed RVs. I wonder if their luggage at least enjoyed the road trip.

They flew to South Dakota on an RV vacation because it is a fake reality show, and they had already scripted which scenes they were going to be filming out west. TLC didn’t want to waste anyone’s precious time by having them actually driving to their destination in an RV while on an RV trip.

One of the scripted “scenes” in this realist of reality shows that they had planned ahead of time was “Kate drives the RV.” Kate said, “I actually wanted to try to drive for the first part of the trip to see what it would be like if I took this on myself. (She actually drove less than a mile, just for fake filming.) Here are some highlights from the RV trip. Ours has always been the realist reality show.

At a rest stop, Kate and the kids were playing by the water in what looked like mud. They were throwing it at each other and having a grand old “spontaneous” time. Then Kate yelled, “That could be totally sewage, you do realize!” She then said, “It smells like sewage so I wouldn’t say put it on her face!” so of course Kate was shown with the sewage or mud or whatever it was splattered on her own face. Kate continued, “Oh my word, this is so raunchy! It’s in Mady’s mouth. It’s probably not good. It’s sewage!” while laughing and having a good time.
