The last time he
was in this room was the day after he’d attended a wedding of one his
employees. He had been disturbed by what love, money and power meant to him and
what his life had become. He felt he’d become a monster that the high and
mighty of his society plotted death upon. He’d also felt that the dark side had
consumed him and it was only when he was inside a woman that he felt somewhat
untainted, yet he couldn’t love a woman.

That was until
Sierra came along. Only she was able to take away parts of his hate. It is only
in this room that he is able to explore the deep and dark thoughts of his mind.

He takes a seat
in the middle of the room on a custom-made chair that looks like a throne. The
chair is made from the finest black leather money can buy; all the edges are of
pure solid gold. His body is limp and he leans with his head on the side of the
throne. Slowly he takes a sip from the cognac in his hand. He smiles eerily to
himself. Thoughts of Sierra torment his mind as he looks at the dark paintings
in the red room.

“To be, or not
to be?” he asks himself with fire brewing in his icy-blue eyes. He smiles
eerily once more as he drinks all of the cognac in the glass. Chad closes his
eyes and calmly takes in the sensation of the alcohol. He opens his eyes and
they are dark with a distinct coldness inside them.

“To be, or not
to be is the question, King Perry of New York,” he says to himself once more,
laughing sadistically as he smashes the glass on the most expensive painting in
the room. The room is unable to steady his thoughts like it had before. Today
the room does not calm him; instead, it only heightens his thoughts about
Sierra.

He feels like
she will be the first and only woman to break his heart. She has consumed,
possessed and obsessed him. She’d become his drug and he fears that his
addiction to her will lead him to a darker place than he is already in.

From the first
day he met her, Chad knew she was dangerous. From the precarious twinkle in her
eyes and her sexy voice, he knew she was dangerous. Someone that he should stay
away from, but she reminded him of himself; someone that is drawn to danger
just the way she was drawn to him, even though he is the most dangerous man she
will ever meet.

Her will to get
what she desired intrigued him. Never had a woman pursued him to a car park
before, but she did. Never had a woman made him want to seek revenge on her
behalf before, but she did. Never had a woman possessed him with jealously
before, but now she has.

He takes a
picture she’d given him from his gown pocket and squeezes it tightly as if he’s
scared that someone will steal her from him. Unable to clear his thoughts, he
exits the gallery and makes his way to his rooftop.

Chad calls
Sierra. Since he arrived earlier in the day he has not called her. Something
someone had said in a restaurant in London has plagued his mind about her. He’d
been having dinner with a wealthy British investor, with a group of women on
the table next to his, when a blonde-haired young lady mentioned something
about a woman named Sierra and a past fling she had with another man. However,
he wasn’t sure whether it was about his Sierra. But it has since tormented his
thoughts.

The phone rings
a few times before she picks up. He does not even say hello.

“Is there any
other man that you need to tell me about apart from Tom?” His voice lacks
emotion but has a cold tone to it.

“No, no, baby,
there is no one else. Tom is the only one I have been with.”

He hears the
uncertainty in her voice. “Is everything alright, my love? I have missed you so
much.”

“Yes, I am fine.
I am tired. Goodnight, Sierra,” he says calmly and hangs up the phone on her.

Chad decides to forget the news
he’d heard in London about Sierra, after several unanswered calls from her for
two days straight. He knows she misses him and it kills him inside to punish
her for something he doesn’t even know to be true. She’d told him it was only
Tom she’d been with and he has finally decided to believe her and not question
her anymore. He calls her; hearing the need in her voice for him is weakening
to his senses.

“Baby, I have
missed you so much. Whatever it is that you think I’ve done I am sorry. I love
you, baby, please don’t neglect me again. I need you, Chad,” she says, crying
to him over the phone.

“Tell me how
much you have missed me, princess.”

“I felt like I
could not breathe without you, that’s how much I missed you, babe.”

He hears her
voice, sounding almost suffocated as if she actually could not breathe without
him.

“I’m here now,
baby, just breathe. I don’t want you to cry anymore as I will never leave once
you promise that I’m all you need. Say my name, princess.”

“Chad, Chad,” she
says, as if he is making love to her. The potency of her need and desire for
him turns him on and he calmly touches his manhood as she tells him the things
she wants to do to him.

“Tell me that
I’m the only man you will ever need, Sierra. Tell it to me, princess. I want
you to need me and nobody else, my queen,” he says with calm but deafening
command in his voice. “Tell me that you will never make love to another man again.
Tell me I’m the only man that makes you feel the way you do. Tell me baby, tell
me.”

“You’re the only
man I will ever need, baby,” she whispers softly, and he hears her touching her
wetness across the phone line as her breathing gets louder and heavier.

“That’s it baby,
touch yourself. Make yourself believe that it’s me touching you, licking you as
you cum in my mouth. Imagine my shame as I do something that I have never done,
nor will I ever do to another woman apart from you.” He hears Sierra moan loudly
as he talks dirty on the phone. “Finger yourself faster, baby. I want to hear
the noises your womanhood makes when you pleasure yourself.”

She moans and
screams as he continues to drive her wild.

“Would you like
my cock inside you?”

“Yes! Yes, baby
I do,” she whimpers.

“Then try to
fist yourself.” He knows that she will not be able to, nor does he want her to
be able to, but he loves the painful noises she makes as she tries to do as he
says. His manhood is throbbing, but he refrains from touching himself as he
allows her erotic noises to pleasure his mind.

“Do not cum,
baby.”

“But I can’t hold
it in,” she moans softly.

“Control you
desire, baby. I am your master and I do not want you to cum.”

“Please, Chad,
please, master. Allow me to cum, please, baby,” she cries over the phone.

Hearing the
pleasure-filled pain in her voice causes the veins in his manhood to angrily
protrude in his flesh. He groans in passionate agony as he fights to control
his desire to touch himself.

“Fine, I will
allow you to cum on one condition. Tell me what I need to hear, tell me, baby,”
he says, with need in his voice.

“I only need
you, Chad Perry. You’re the only man that makes me feel the way I do. Only you
do I wish to ever touch me, my king! Now please make me cum, please.”

“Let it all out,
baby. Scream my name as your body shakes from my pleasure.” He hears the relief
in her voice as she screams, moaning out his name. “Yes, Sierra, say my name, say
it,” he whispers softly, and smiles to himself knowing that her desire for him
burns bright.

“Tell me that
you like the way I control you, tell me, baby, tell me.” His voice is soft and
deep, and he can sense that it causes her to almost have another orgasm.

“I love the way
you control me, baby,” she whimpers

The whole time he
does not touch himself. In his world he knows self-control is key, especially
for what might have the power to corrupt him; apart from money, he knows it is
Sierra that is the only one that might have such powers.

The words: “No,
no, baby, there is no one else. Tom is the only one I have been with,” resound
in his head, but he forces himself to sleep, with a feeling that something bad
is on the way.

CHAPTER 17

Sebastian is still in New York.
He has been watching the movements of Sierra all around the city. But the
person he’s been paying the most attention to is Chad Perry. He became obsessed
with Chad the day he realised that he was the one that Sierra was with, and
that was the day he arrived in New York. Since then he has made it his mission
to overthrow the king of Sierra’s heart.

He receives a
letter at the reception of his five-star hotel. There is a young blonde lady
looking at him but he brushes past her. The envelope is made of quality paper so
he knows it must hold something of importance. He watches over his shoulder and
quickly exits the building to read its contents.

He enters a
nearby bar and he becomes aware that someone is watching him. The man staring
at Sebastian is very well-dressed but looks suspicious. Sebastian is unable to
look at the contents of the letter as he fears who might see what he knows.
Perspiration forms on his face as he waits for the stranger to leave. His heart
beats violently while the sun shines viciously outside.

The stranger
suddenly leaves and Sebastian is finally able to read the contents of his
letter. The words are dark. A cold chill rises up his spine from his gut. The
heat disperses from his body as the chilling contents of the letter come alive
in his mind.

He angrily rips
the letter and its envelope into shreds and curses at the air. Banging the
glass on the table, it smashes into pieces, drawing blood from his flesh. He
wipes the blood away with a black tissue and watches as the blood disappears
into its blackness.

Leaving a twenty-dollar
bill, he exits the bar, and Sebastian briefly catches a glimpse of the stranger
as he quietly drives off into the sunshine.

Chad is in his office going
through files.

There is knock
on his door. Before he can answer, Sierra enters his office and she has a seductive
look in her eyes. She is wearing a sexy black jacket that stops just above her
knees. She’s wearing a pair of sexy black shoes with long gold heels and a gold
chain around her ankles.

“I’ve been a
very, very bad girl, boss,” she whispers erotically. “I need you to teach me a
hard lesson.” She winks seductively at him. Chad feels his body temperature
getting higher and he laughs at her confidence. He slowly loosens his tie and
breathes softly.

“Well, I guess
you need to come over here so I can teach you a hard, tough lesson,” he says in
a deep sexy baritone. He shuffles gently in his chair as she slowly walks
towards him. He runs his hands through his hair as her heels make a clicking
sound on the floor.

Chad throws the
papers from his desk onto the floor to make room for Sierra. All she has on is the
jacket as she shows him the rest of her body. He gasps at her brazen attitude.

“Are you crazy
woman? You mean to tell me you walked into my office like this? What if your
jacket came undone? I would fire any of those fools if they were to see your body.
You know that is only for me, you sexy, sexy thing.”

“I know, baby. That’s
why I kept it firmly tied under this big old jacket, bad boy.”

Chad rushes to
the door, making sure he locks it with the key.

“I hope you’re
ready for your punishment,” he whispers, as he walks towards her at his desk
and they get down to business.

After work, Sierra and Chad are
enjoying a romantic meal near Central Park when a stranger walks by. His eyes
are green, and if Chad had been a mind reader he would have felt the jealously
as well. As the stranger walks by, he glances at Sierra, who pays no attention
to him.

Chad remembers
the green eyes from earlier in the day when he was downstairs from his
apartment with Sierra. If only he could be sure that it was the same emerald
eyes, he would have got up and punched the taste out of the stranger’s mouth.
But because he’s not certain, he keeps his composure, but he makes sure he gives
the stranger a dirty look as he walks past. Sierra is oblivious to the tension
between her man and the other guy.

 “Did you see
the way that guy was staring at you? He looks like someone I’ve seen before.”

“Who are you
talking about, baby? I didn’t see anyone,” she says.

Chad’s blood
pumps with fury through his veins as he eats his food half-heartedly. He can’t
get the green-eyed monster that had so sheepishly looked at his woman out of
his mind and the recollection frustrates him. He wanted to punch his fucking
lights out. However, he doesn’t want to show his jealous side to Sierra. He’s
never had to show that side of himself, because he’s never been jealous of
another man before, as he’s never been in love with a woman to be so jealous of
another man. But he loves Sierra so he’s unable to control his emotions.
