“This is the second time you have had a flashback of a pimp. Is it you could be mistaken about what kind of work you did for him?” Storm asked.

Sobbing, she tried to pull her hands from Storm’s but not succeeding. “I just don’t know. Everything is coming back in little bits and pieces and it’s hard to try to put everything together, but I remember being in his office and him telling me that I had to entertain two men and that I had to make them happy. Then he tried to push himself on me before I could leave. I’m just so confused!”

Austin watched as Storm lifted her hands to his lips, kissing each of them. “This is confusing for all of us, sweetheart, but we’ll get through this and find out the truth. I promise.”

Austin wiped the tears from her cheeks before leaning forward and kissing her gently on the lips. “I agree with Storm, but for now, we need to get you dressed and fed. You need your strength and after this morning, I need some sustenance. You zapped my strength with your body and mouth.”

A giggle emerged from the lips that minutes ago were wrapped around his cock, and it warmed Austin’s heart to hear it. It sounded nice to hear her happy after what had transpired in the past couple of days, and he hoped he would hear more of it in the future. He hated that she looked confused and sad and that she was uncertain about anything in her life. He vowed that he and his cousins would do everything they could to help her find out who she really was.

Content to watch now that his desires had been quenched, at least for the time being, Austin watched as Storm helped her stand then took her in his arms before his head lowered to hers, capturing her lips beneath his. His hands moved down her back to her ass, caressed the rounded globes and then pulled away, nibbling her full bottom lip before releasing her. “Let’s get dressed.”

As if anticipating their impending need of clothes, Trey entered holding some clothes that upon seeing caused Austin and Storm to groan before breaking into big smiles. The latter men chuckled before leaving the room, leaving the door open. Trey, who had dressed while he was out of the room, handed the clothes to Lisa, who held them up to her body, one item at a time. The pants were too long and big for her body, but the sweater would at least fit as more of dress than top. If she had a belt, she could gather the material at her waist so it didn’t look so much like a sack on her petite body. Trey watched as her mind worked itself around the clothing situation. He wished they hadn’t given all their parents’ clothes to charity. His mother had been petite. Perhaps a few inches taller than Lisa, but her clothes would have fit. Now as it was, there was nothing left of clothing or personal effects, but it had taken some time. They had been gone a long time and there was no sense keeping any of it around. With a snap of his fingers, he had a thought and left the room quickly and returned as quick with a long black jewelry box.

“Try this,” he said, opening the box.

Confusion lit up her features as she looked at the box Trey held, but once she saw the content, a long chain necklace lying against the black velvet, she must have understood. Her eyes twinkled as she lifted the thirty-six-inch gold chain from its resting place, unhooked the clasp, and then wrapped it around the waist of the sweater, letting the unused portion dangle down. Turning to look up at him, Trey saw the hesitant smile. “There is just one thing missing.”

“What’s that, sweetheart?”

Almost too shy to say to a man, she whispered as if someone else would hear her. “Panties.”

Smiling, he moved his hand up to caress her cheek, saying, “I’m sorry for that, but as you can tell, our housekeeper is a bit bigger than you and her panties would just fall off of you, so for now, no panties. We’ll go shopping later this afternoon after our chores are done and get you some new clothes, though, you are welcome to prance around here naked all day if you wish.”

A blush bloomed on her cheeks with the last sentence. Trey watched the way her eyes twinkled at whatever her passing thought was and a sly smile appear on her lips. Damn she was sexy! Especially knowing she didn’t have anything on under the sweater and that they were going to take her shopping like that really had his cock twitching in his jeans.

Taking her by the hand he led her down the hall to the kitchen where he had already made breakfast. While he used his Bluetooth device, he was able to multi-task, prepare the meal, and still write down notes. Bacon, eggs, hash browns, and toast were piled high on plates and set on the table. Escorting her to a chair, he poured coffee into mugs at all four place settings and set the pot on the table so everyone could serve themselves seconds if needed. Storm and Austin came in a few moments later, both of them eyeing Lisa’s outfit.

“Well, look at you, darlin’,” Storm complimented, kissing the top of her head before moving around to the chair in front of the window. “You look very lovely this morning.”

Austin also kissed the top of her head but let his hand brush down a short length in her hair before taking his seat. “Yes, you do, but since you fill out our housekeeper’s clothes better than she does, we may have to fire her and hire you on in her place.”

The blush appeared again so she busied herself with taking a piece of toast from the plate. “Oh, no thanks. I’ll keep my job any day. It’s rewarding and I don’t think it is as stressful as taking care of you three men.”

As she buttered her slice of bread, it took her a moment to register the silence, and she looked up to find all three men watching her guardedly. “What? I enjoy my job.”

Austin’s hand came to rest on her forearm. “And what job is that, Lisa?”

Chapter Eight

“My job at the…” The thought was right there, but she couldn’t quite remember. They all knew she didn’t mean as a hooker, but that’s what her memories all led to, though there was something missing.

Tears filled her eyes as she tried so hard to finish her sentence but wasn’t able to. Releasing a sigh, Trey retrieved the notepad from the island top and set it down on the table.

He seemed to be nervous as he looked at his notes.

“Does the name Dwyer mean anything to you?”

Thinking, she shook her head negatively.

“All right,” he said. “How about the name Preston McMillian?”

Again, she shook her head.

“I am a deputy with the local sheriff’s department. I’ve been on the phone trying to get a name on you or something since we brought you in yesterday. We’ve been working on towns within the area or at least the state, or possibly even a tourist, but there wasn’t anything.”

Storm and Austin served up the food while Trey was explaining.

“When you had the flashback in the tub about your pimp, I called in some favors from the State Police. You have been identified as Lisa Dwyer. You live in Denver and work for a man named Preston McMillan. I don’t know what is going on with this information, but it does indicate you are a prostitute, which I know for a fact you are not.”

Standing, she turned her back on the trio and made her feet take a couple of steps, her feet feeling as heavy as her heart felt at the moment. She didn’t remember any of this, but Trey had the proof, which was her record. After Trey’s exclamation of her being a virgin, she had hoped against hope that her memory had been playing tricks on her, but she knew now it wasn’t. Her head began to try to process this news, and what was she going to do now?

“Denver? How did I get up here? You have proof that I work for this guy? What do I do now? Do I go back there?”

She stopped babbling when all three answered in unison to the last question, “No!”

Turning, tears still in her eyes, though it warmed her heart to know they didn’t want her to go back to her old life, she said, “I can’t stay here.”

Stepping up to her, Trey put his arm around her shoulders and guided her back to her chair. He didn’t force her to sit but let his hand gently guide her back to her seat where he insisted she sit, which her body accepted. Kneeling next to her, he took her hand in his free hand. “I have already told you that I will get to the bottom of this. You are not who you think you are or what the files say. I feel it in my heart and in my gut. You will stay here with us for however long it takes to figure things out.”

“Trey’s right, little one,” Austin began, placing his hand back on her forearm. “We already promised to protect you and that we will do no matter what. Even if you were a prostitute before, which I know for a fact you weren’t, you are not going back to that life. It isn’t safe for you.”

“Hell,” Storm put in, “if we have to change your name we will. If you’ll let us, we will keep you on here on the ranch, and you don’t have to deal with the outside world at all.”

Surprise lit her face. “You mean I would stay here like a fugitive?”

All three men laughed as if they thought she had watched too many westerns and dramas. Trey stood, accepting a plate of food that Austin had filled, and placed it in front of her. “No. You would not be a fugitive. As far as we can tell, you are not on the lamb from the law but from someone else who wants to hurt you.”

“Like I said, you are welcome to stay here as long as you want,” Storm said with a grin. “You make us all very happy and we don’t mind having you around.”

Trying to hide her smile by taking a bite of bacon, she said, “What about your housekeeper? I’m sure she would be shocked to find out you are harboring a hooker in your home.”

“I want to ask you one question before we put this subject to rest,” Austin said, going serious. When she nodded, he continued, “Do you feel like a prostitute?”

Thinking about the question and what she had experienced when Trey made love to her earlier, she shook her head.

“Then, I want you to stop referring to yourself as one. We have gone beyond being friends and protectors here. We are claiming you as our woman and we are not going to let anything happen to you. Do you understand me?” Austin spoke with authority.

His tone frightened her as well as sent a thrill to her pussy. She couldn’t let them get hurt if someone was trying to hurt her but she didn’t want to leave them either. For the first time in a long time she felt she belonged somewhere, though she didn’t know why. Also, she didn’t understand why she responded to Austin’s forcefulness since it seemed to thrill her to give up control to him and his words seemed to go straight to her pussy and her nipples, causing them to pebble. Even now, she shifted in her chair to help relieve the throbbing between the folds between her legs.

Nodding, though keeping her head down and looking at her plate, she said, “Yes. I understand.”

“When I ask you a question, Lisa, you are to look at me when you answer. Communication is important in any relationship, and we need to be able to read your eyes, not just hear the words come from your lips.”

Looking directly at the darker man, she took in a deep breath, “Yes, sir.”

Austin leaned over, captured her chin with his hand, and lowered his mouth to hers. The kiss was gentle, not what she had expected from him, which surprised her. After a few pecks, he pulled away, let go of her, and picked up his fork. “Let’s eat. We have things to do today.”

They all dug in. Lisa was surprised at how hungry she was after she helped herself to another helping of eggs and hash browns. After they finished, she and Trey cleaned up the kitchen and he pulled the casserole out of the freezer for supper later that night.

* * * *

Pushing clothes aside on a clothing rack in a super store in Kalispell, all three men looked for items that their woman would look good in. Jeans, skirts, tank tops, and blouses filled the shopping cart. When they found something they liked, they just threw it in. They didn’t even ask if she liked it. Trey picked out bras and panties for her, proud of his selections of lingerie. They let her go to the shoe section and pick out what she wanted. Boots were the order of the day for living on the ranch. Two different pairs of cowboy boots, one in black and one in pink and white, were chosen while leather booties in black were added to the collection. Sneakers were also chosen so she would have something to wear in the house.

When she insisted that there were too many items in the cart, Storm told her not to worry about it and to just let them spoil her. She giggled and gave in, knowing that it was a losing battle to argue with them. The lack of nightwear concerned her but Austin made her blush when he told her that she wasn’t to wear anything to bed.

Sundries were the next on the list as she would need her own shampoo and conditioner for moisturizing and frizz-control, along with body soap and lotions. Hair accessories were added to the basket that was so piled up she feared they would need to get a second one. She wasn’t sure when her monthly would arrive so she picked up some items for that to be prepared.

Making their way over to the grocery section they picked up food items that would be needed since there was another mouth to feed. Snacks were selected and she insisted they get plenty of ice cream as that was her downfall at night while she was relaxing. Wine and beer was added to the bottom of the cart so they didn’t have to come back here for a while.

Heading toward the checkout stand, Austin accidently ran into a shopping cart that emerged from a side aisle. The tall woman pushing the basket stopped abruptly as she was the one at fault but wouldn’t admit it. “Watch it, you fucking moron!”
