WITH THIS KISS
by Heather Thurmeier

When the bride asks them to play along during the pre-wedding festivities, they’re tricked into participating in a kiss that will allegedly bring them eternal love. Good thing they don’t believe in fairytales or legends, and no amount of magic could spark desire between them again... Suddenly, Jenna and Max can’t keep their hands off of each other, but if they give in to their rekindling feelings, are they having a “What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas” moment, or was there some truth to that magical kiss?

THE WEDDING GUESTS
by Sarah Wynde

Realtor Meredith Mulcahey has given up on love. Between her job’s long hours and her responsibilities at home, she doesn’t have the time, energy or freedom it would take to find the right guy. But when she attends Akira’s and Zane’s wedding, unexpected guests could change her life forever. Will it be for better or for worse?

Foreword

My favorite part of any romance is the moment hero and heroine realize they can’t live without each other. It’s a magical split second of pure awareness and true love. As Billy Crystal’s character, Harry Burns, says in
When Harry Met Sally
, “When you realize you want to spend the rest of your life with somebody, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible.”

Too often in romance fiction, however, “soon as possible” means we receive only a glimpse of what happens after the hero and heroine profess their love, that other magical moment, the wedding! Late in 2014, I decided I wanted to give weddings their storytelling due. I also like my romance with a lush dollop of magic, be it real or metaphorical, and thus
Magical Weddings
was conceptualized. Six months later, I am grateful to have fourteen gifted authors, including the amazing Leigh Michaels, join me on this delicious exploration of nuptials and enchantment.

Enjoy!
