His breath teased her as he chuckled against her heated core, and her groan soon turned into moaning when his tongue began to swirl her into ecstasy.

It wasn’t until a few breathless hours later that they became well sated, with both of their needs for each other fulfilled.

Wow.” Tyler whispered making Jenna laugh because she felt the same way.

She cuddled up to Tyler and drifted off into a restless night, only to awaken early the next morning. She took the peaceful time to watch the sunrise from the front porch with coffee in hand.

I wondered where you were.” Tyler joined her. “What are you doing out here?”

“I watched the sunrise.” She stretched before getting up. “I’d better go make Jayden some breakfast.”

“Already taken care of, the cereal is in his bowl, and he’s settled into watching his morning shows.”

“I am really going to miss having you home.” She smiled, wishing they had more time before it really got hectic.

So what’s on the agenda for today?”

“School started a few days ago, and we need get Jayden registered.” She pouted. “You won’t be the only one leaving me on Monday.”

He laughed all the way back into the house, making Jenna smile at the sound of him.

Jayden was just as Tyler said, sitting comfortably in front of the television, eating his cereal. They stood admiring him for a few minutes.

Kindergarten already, where did the time go?” Tyler murmured.

“Well, we could always have more.”

They’d never really discussed having more children before. Deep down Jenna knew that because of what happened with Jayden’s birth, Tyler had been afraid to. He turned speechless, his shock over the idea evident in his expression.

Well, we don’t have to decide right this second,” she assured him. “It’s just an option we could think about sometime in the future, unless you’ve already decided that you’re satisfied with only Jayden.” Examining his expression closely, she hated to think that his mind was closed to the idea.

“I’ve never really thought about it before,” he admitted. “Why don’t we wait and see? If it happens, it happens, and if it doesn’t,” he shrugged, “then at least we’ll have fun trying.”

Their week together had flown by. Sunday night Jayden was sleeping, and Jenna had just finished appreciating Tyler some more. “So what are you going to do with yourself while we’re both gone?”

“A few hours to myself, I honestly don’t have a clue, but I’m sure I’ll figure something out. Maybe I can get a part time job.” Now that was a scary thought; she hadn’t worked since she became pregnant with Jayden. “Are you still opposed to the office lunches we used to have?” She raised a brow, challenging him to answer to her boldness.

The truth was she’d loved their wilder days, and his desk at work did create exciting memories. Just the thought of being caught had set her adrenaline blazing.

“I’m not sure. I’ll figure out how hectic things are going to be, and I’ll definitely get back to you.” He lowered his head to give her a quick peck. Smiling sleepily, she had to at least give him points for his honesty. Tyler had put a stop to their lunches a couple years earlier. He claimed he got busier and expressed his concern about appropriateness. What Jenna thought was exciting, Tyler seemed to think too risky, and she’d let it go.

The next morning Tyler was gone before Jayden woke her up. A note was left by the coffee maker.

Jenna,

I’m thinking about you already so don’t make any plans. It’s my first day back, but I’ve already decided not to overdo things today.

I love you,

XOXO

Tyler

The note had been the highlight of her day. Later that morning Jayden was officially a student at Oakdale Academy, the same Monday Tyler headed back to work. How depressing, but the prospect of another child was something to look forward to. Still, she hadn’t had free time in so long, what was she going to do with herself? Dropping Jayden off at school had been emotional. She sobbed the whole way back. Her baby was growing up, and it was hard to come to terms with.

Twenty minutes later the door bell sounded.

“Hello, beautiful.”

Her jaw dropped as Tyler lifted her in his arms. “What are you doing here? It’s your first day back.”

I left you a note to expect me, didn’t I? I talked them into taking it easy on me this week.” He laughed. “I actually lied a little, telling them I was still worried about you. I’ve made arrangements to go to work in the morning and have my afternoons with you.”

“Wow.” She was shocked speechless. Tyler loved his job, and it wasn’t often that he surprised her like that. He just wasn’t a spur of the moment type of guy.

“No, Jenna, not yet.” He moved towards the stairs. Once secure in the confines of their bedroom, he said, “Wow, usually comes after we do this.”

His kiss was passionate as he kicked the door shut. That day was not about taking his time with her. It was filled with hardness, lust, and a whole lot of pleasure.

Chapter Eight

The honeymoon phase didn’t last very long. As suspected Tyler became very absorbed in his work. In no time it was down to the barely ever seeing him again routine that really sucked. Jayden adored school, and she absorbed as much time with him as possible while he was home to fill the void.

She’d just dropped Jayden off when Sam came knocking. “Hey, stranger, do you have time for a visit?”

She hadn’t seen Sam since the day she’d come home from the hospital and she missed her. “Of course hun, come in.”

I’ve been waiting to show these to you. What do you think?”

Jenna eyed the photo albums that Sam handed over and smiled. “Are these your Ireland pictures?”

“They sure are. I’m thinking of using a few in my next exhibit.”

“I’ll bet.” Jenna opened them, admiring the sites. The Four Courts, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Merrion Square and the Mansion House came into view as she flipped through the pages. Jenna continued along, “Who are they?”

The last album was more of a personal nature with photos of Sam and two men, two very good looking men.

This here is Brady,” She pointed towards the breathtaking dark haired one. “He’s a distant cousin.” She shrugged, and then smiled when she pointed to the next. “And this gorgeous guy is his friend Caleb. I’m just sorry that I didn’t have more time with him. We really hit it off, but I unfortunately only met him a couple days before I left, so I didn’t have a chance to really test out the goods. If you know what I mean.”

Sam wiggled her brows, making Jenna giggle. “You’re a bad, bad girl, Sam, but I love it.”

It was ten o’clock, she was bored out of her mind, and still no Tyler in sight. He’d called earlier and told her not to wait up. Sighing heavily, she grabbed a book and got comfortable for the night.

She was standing in an open space that she didn’t recognize, turning around to figure out where she was. Moving forward, she could see a small cottage ahead and went to investigate.

Opening the door, she knew that someone was close by. It was a cozy little place with only one bedroom and a lit fireplace in the center of the far wall. Freshly cut flowers filled little vases set around the whole place to take her away with the aroma. She was barefoot and moved her toes on the soft surface beneath them. Rose petals were spread across in a tiny trail leading to the small room.

Hello,” she called out, but there was no answer. Moving forward, she followed the trail. Opening the door, she called out again. “Hello.”

The door shut behind her, and she heard someone chuckle. Arms wrapped around her from behind, and moved her hair from the nape of her neck, so that she could feel lips marking her there.

She gasped, startled with the erotic sensations those lips created heading to lower regions. Tyler chuckled, before he guided her to face him.

Kissing her eagerly, he moved her towards the bed, and she gave into him, giving into every single need. She closed her eyes enjoying the feel of him stroking inside of her, and then opened them to see someone she’d never expect. Her eyes widened when instead of Tyler making love to her, it was now Sam’s distant cousin Brady. The gorgeous dark haired, blue eyed hunk she couldn’t stop picturing since seeing his picture. “Oh, my God!”

Relax, love and enjoy the ride,” he taunted, giving a twist of his hips that made her moan. He pulled all the way out, and leisurely pumped himself back inside of her.

We shouldn’t be doing this,” she managed breathless. She was on the verge of coming, and tried to hold back. What she was doing was so wrong, but felt so good. Where the hell did Tyler go?

Let me love ye, darlin’. Ye deserve a grand time, and I want to show ye how grand I can be for ye.”

Jumping, Jenna sat up quickly in a cold sweat, and tried to catch her breath.

Sorry, I didn’t mean to scare you.”

Tyler was finally home, and she hadn’t expected him to be. Still excited from her recent dream she got up to straddle him, needing to get some release.

Are you all right?”

She nodded. “I guess I just missed you.” She kissed him then to initiate foreplay and Tyler eagerly joined in the fun.

She’d been restless that night, wondering why she’d dreamed about Brady to begin with. She’d never experienced that type of fantasy before and it felt weird. She woke up early and settled on watching Tyler in his peaceful slumber, slipping out of bed before he actually woke up.

“Good morning.” Tyler reached across her for the coffee pot when he joined her in the kitchen. “You look tired. Maybe you should try to get a little more sleep before Jayden wakes up.”

She rolled her eyes at his obvious hidden meaning. “Thanks,” she whispered sarcastically. “I just love when people say that. Telling someone they look tired is just a polite way of telling them that they look like shit.”

They both laughed. Okay, she would’ve been the first to admit she was testy after the sleep she had or lack thereof.

Don’t be silly. You look beautiful,” he whispered next to her ear. He placed a kiss on her cheek and sighed before stepping away.

“Sure, I do.” She rolled her eyes. “But I love you that much more for saying so.”

A few hours later, she’d just pulled in the driveway when Sam approached. Jayden was at school, and Jenna had hoped that she could take a nap. Didn’t look like that was going to happen. Instead Jenna smiled and waved. It was nice to see Sam again.

“Hey, neighbor. Okay, what’s the matter? You look horrible.”

Jenna laughed, leading Sam inside. Leave it to Sam to tell it like it is. Thinking of what she said to Tyler earlier, she defended herself. “I had a restless night. Give a girl a break, but it’s nothing that a lot of coffee won’t cure.”

“Or more sleep.” Sam grumbled. “You need to take care of yourself better than this.”

Jenna smiled and plopped heavily onto the couch. “Yes, Mom.”

So why so restless? Is anything wrong?”

Jenna laughed, knowing she was probably bright red. “I had a hot dream. It started off with Tyler making love to me. I closed my eyes enjoying the moment, only to open them again to have Tyler gone, and Brady pleasuring me.”
