Copies of all annual reports, manifests, or other documents relating to hazardous waste or pesticide management during the reporting period.

Copies of the workplace safety and health programs currently in place, with particular emphasis on chemical handling practices.

Taxes

Copies of all federal, state, local, and foreign tax returns during the reporting period and for all open years.

Copies of state sales tax returns during the reporting period and for all open periods.

Copies of any audit and revenue agency reports.

Copies of any tax settlement documents for the reporting period.
