Well fuck me sideways, looks like I’m not the only one who has been waiting for our first time together.

“You heard my girl, let’s get this party started!” I kiss Lucy.

Chapter 13

Lucy

The taxi ride took too long. Rafe kept touching and kissing me, my hands, wrists, my face and my neck, oh god my neck. Every time his sweet hot lips touched my neck I melted more into him. He knew what effect he was having on me because he kept chuckling at my response. The receptionist was typing away on her computer looking for our check-in details while Rafe was looking around the hotel lobby.

“Rafe, are you sure about being here? It looks expensive.” I know he has money, so do I, but still. The hotel looks like it cost a small fortune for just one night. The receptionist frowned at me but quickly looked away when we had eye contact. Rafe pulls away just in time for the receptionist to find his name.

“There you go, Mr Phoenix. I see that there has been a mistake in the booking. I will just amend that for you now,” she starts typing with a smug look on her face. Why do I feel she is up to something? Ok, I have to find out what she is doing.

“Excuse me, what’s wrong with the booking?” I ask as Rafe turns back to us. His hand is on the small of my back, rubbing circles with his thumb.

“The booking was for a queen bed, not two singles but it’s all fixed now. So you’re in room...” What the hell, total bitch alert.

“I’m sorry, what did you do?” Rafe asks her.

“I altered your booking, Mr Phoenix. I didn’t think you would want a share a bed with your sister. I mean, what if you want some company?” She smiles such a fake ass smile at Rafe, I want to jump over this desk and give a high five to the face with her desk chair.

I feel Rafe tense beside me and he pulls me closer. “Who the fuck do you think you are? I booked that room especially for the queen bed and the view. I booked th
at room so I could spend some quality time with my wife. Now if I was you, I would change the booking back and get the manager out here right fucking now.” Oh angry Rafe is also freaking hot Rafe. Shut the front door, did Rafe just call me his wife? Oh my god, surely that should scare the shit out of me but oddly it settles well in me. Lucy Phoenix sounds pretty damn good. I quickly tuck my left hand into my jacket pocket so she wouldn’t see that I wasn’t wearing a ring.

She splutters her reply “Oh...um...I’m so s-sorry, Mr Phoenix. I just thought that she was your sister. My mistake, I will get the manager this minute.” She scurries off to find the night manager. Rafe turns to me and lifts my chin with his finger so that I’m looking up at him. He smiles a sweet Phoenix smile and leans down to kiss me, so soft it’s barely a kiss at all.

“I’m so sorry, Snowflake. She had no right doing what she did. I will make this right ok, baby?” I nod and smile back at him. I pull him back to me and kiss him more deeply, his grip around my waist tightens and I can feel his dick getting hard again. Oh god, what will sex with Rafe be like? I have only had sex with two other people before. Dallas as you know, and Brian who was just after the first time I broke up with Dallas, but stupidly went back to him. Someone clears their throat and I pull away from Rafe to look at the guy standing there next to Miss Bitch-inist.

“Excuse me, Mr and Mrs Phoenix, I must apologize for Miss Green here. She was out of order making assumptions the way she did.” He looks at
me, “I’m sorry, Mrs Phoenix. Please except our apologies and I will comp your room this evening and any room service you wish to order. Miss Green, that is all.” He dismisses her. He taps away on the keyboard and hands us a key card, “Please enjoy your stay and again, I’m deeply sorry for the inconvenience.”

“Thank you, what time do you stop room service?” Rafe asks the manager.

“We have a twenty-four hour kitchen, Mr Phoenix. You can order whenever you’re ready.” He smiles at us as Rafe pulls me towards the bank of elevators. While we are waiting the lift to meet us at the ground floor, Rafe nuzzles my neck, licking and sucking. God, he is turning me on, these elevators need to hurry the hell up. The door dings, indicating the elevator has arrived. Without stopping his onslaught on my neck, Rafe pulls me into the elevator and pins me against the wall. He smothers my body with his and damn if he doesn’t smell freaking amazing, fresh off the stage all sweaty and smelling all manly. I reach up and run my fingers through Rafe’s jet black hair it’s just long enough for me to tug a little, which earns me the most sexy growl ever. I lick the shell of his ear and he shivers in my arms.

He is simply sex on legs. I really don’t want to but I know that if I don’t stop him, he isn’t going to stop himself and we are going to go way too far in the intimate department right here in the elevator. The elevator in which I have only now seen has a security camera in the corner.

I whisper into Rafe’s ear, “Rafe, baby, we need to stop. They have cameras in here and I don’t fancy us being watched while you molest me.” He lets out a big sigh and pulls back so that I can see his perfect green eyes. “I would love to continue, baby, but we should save it for the privacy of our room,” I wink at him. He smiles at me and kisses the tip of my nose.

“Ok, Snowflake, I think I can wait a few more minutes until we are in a more private setting. But be warned, I have waited too many years to have you beneath me. We have years to make up for so be prepared for a night of total seduction and Phoenix loving.” I raise an eyebrow at him and he shrugs, “Hey, blame Reeve. It’s his saying, works every damn time too.” He winks at me as we reach our floor. The doors open to reveal a rather hot
rocker guy standing there staring at us..... no one moves. The air thickens around us; I don’t know the guy but it’s clear that Rafe does. I go to step forward but Rafe tightens his hold on my waist. I look up at him but hear a snigger coming from the guy in front of us.

“Phoenix,” the guy says with a nod.

“Trey,” Rafe answers back with a slight gruff to his voice. So they do know each other then, and not in a good way.

“You still fucking groupies, Rafe? The last time I saw you, you we
re balls deep in some hot blonds tight little pu...” Rafe cuts him off with an angry growl.

“Shut the fuck up, Trey. That was months ago and you know it. Don’t try and mess with me because you know that I will always win, as history has proven.” What the fuck does that mean? Who the hell is this dude? I need to ease some of the bad energy because it’s killing my mojo and my mojo is freaking horny.

“Hi, I’m Lucy, Rafe’s girlfriend. Nice to meet you, Trey, but we really need to get going.” I pull Rafe away from Trey and the elevator but this guy just doesn’t know when to shut up.

“Rafe
Phoenix has a girlfriend? Just one? Not fucking likely, baby. None of the boys settle down. They just like to screw everyone else’s girlfriends, isn’t that right, Rafe?” He smirks at Rafe, “Go on, tell Lucy how you fucked my girlfriend after a gig one night. What, cat got your tongue, Phoenix?” Rafe steps forward but I hold his leather jacket tight and start pulling him away. God he is strong, it’s like I’m pulling a ten ton truck. Rafe still hasn’t taken his eyes off Trey and he is trying to stand his ground. Fuck this.

“Listen, Trey. I don’t know who the hell you are or what you're trying to do here but the Rafe you know is gone, ok? I’m here now and I intend to stay for a very long time, so shut the fuck up or I will let him go and then what are you gonna do? Huh?” Rafe finally snaps out of his anger induced haze and lets me pull him towards out room. I hear the elevator door ding so I know without looking back that Trey left the floor that we are on. I take the key card out of Rafe’s back pocket and find out room. We are in room three-nineteen. I slide the card into the lock and the door opens. I pull Rafe inside, who still hasn’t said anything about what Trey has just said.

I switch the lights on and the room is simply divine. There are high ceilings and huge windows with glass doors that lead out onto a balcony. The furniture is cream and wood trimmed. There is art on the walls with very tasteful decorations around the room and it was very modern but homely, if that makes sense. I turn around to see Rafe standing just inside the door; he hasn’t moved since I stepped away from him. Why? He is looking down at the floor with his hands in his back pockets of his jeans. Why do I get the feeling that what Trey said has affected him more then I can imagine?

“Rafe, what’s wrong?” He doesn’t look up at me, he just completely ignores me. My heart sinks into my stomach. “Rafe?” Again, I get nothing from him. My insecurities come rushing back from that summer. I nod to myself and head for the door, so much for having a nice weekend with my new boyfriend when said boyfriend can’t or won’t even look at me. I walk past Rafe but he still doesn’t move. I don’t think my heart can sink anymore than is already has until he speaks.

“I’m sorry, Lucy.” Lucy? Not Snowflake, not even Baby. Even though I’m hurting anger bubbles up inside me and I can’t stop it from escaping. Dallas made me feel like crap and I will not let Rafe or anyone else make me feel like that again.

“Save it, Rafe.” I open the door w
hen I feel his hand on my wrist I snatch it back and turn to look at him. “What, Rafe?”

He sighs deeply and answers me “I’m sorry that you had to witness that with Trey. He is a fucking prick.” He closes his eyes and turns away from me, “but he is also right. I did sleep with his girlfriend and yes, I knew they were together.” I can’t contain the gasp that slips from my mouth. Rafe spins around to face me, regret and sadness covering his beautiful face. Why would he do that? Granted it was before me, but this hurts like hell.

“Why?” That’s all I can manage to say.

“I was a dick, pure and simple. Trey is in another rock band and they are doing amazing. They are looking at getting signed pretty soon. The winter after you left I was still reeling that you had gone. Now, before you jump down my throat I’m not blaming you, ok? Inside Noise was invited to a Christmas festival and it was huge for us so we went. We met a ton of epic bands and Trey’s band was one but for some reason he took an instant dislike to me. Every time I was with a girl he would pass comment on my whoring ways and the girl would leave. That pissed me off so one night after we got off stage and I saw Trey and his girlfriend fighting, I saw an opening to get back at him and I took it. She was into it just as much as me, baby I promise. I regretted it right after but she wanted to rub it in Trey’s face.” He sighs and comes over to stand in front of me.

“I should never have done it but I can’t take that back. Please tell me you don’t hate me or are thinking of leaving me?” I lean into his chest and try to hold the tears back.

I speak to his chest, “Rafe,
that guy back then wasn’t my Rafe. You are mine, not that asshole. I’m not going anywhere, ever. I don’t like what you did to Trey. I know what it feels like to be cheated on...”

He cuts me off, “I know,
that’s why I hated that you found out like that. I was more careful after that night; I never slept with a girl if she was in a relationship. By fuck I know all too well how fucked up that shit can get,” he breaths out and shakes his head. What does he mean he knows all too well?

“Why did you bring me here, Rafe?” I smirk at him, we need to get back in the mood. His past belongs in the past, not right here with us now. It serves no purpose here. It will not define our future.

“I want to make love to you for the first time, Snowflake. I wanted to make it special.” I step back and remove my jacket and toe off my shoes. I grab hold of his wrists and pull him towards the bed and push him down so that he is sitting on the edge.

I lift the hem of my cami and pull it over my head and drop it on the floor. My shorts quickly follow. I stand in front of my boyfriend, Rafe Phoenix and I’m not ashamed of my body like I was with Dallas. I’m wearing a pale blue lace bra and matching boy short panties. Rafe leans forward grasping my hips and pulls me so that I standing between his legs. He leans forward slightly and kisses my stomach. My eyes fill up with tears; he is kissing me there for Shane, my baby boy. It affects us both, even though Rafe wasn’t the father. I hold his face in my hands and kiss him. I slowly run my tongue across his lips and he gives me the open invite to enter. I reach for his t-shirt and pull it over his head and it joins my clothes on the floor.

“Lay back, baby,” I tell him and he complies. I lean onto him and kiss his chest then his abs, one by one. Dear God this man... there are no words to describe his perfection. I slowly pop each button on his jeans and just as slowly pull them down, along with his black boxers. I inch them down inch by inch until something catching my eye that stops me dead in my tracks, and I freeze. Rafe lifts himself up onto his elbows and he has the look of worry all over his face. I pull his jeans and boxers down another inch and my body tightens. My body heats up and I know I’m turning beet red.

I finally find my voice “Rafe...?” I look back at him and look down at my hand.

Right on his right hip bone is a tattoo, but not just any tattoo. No, this tattoo is for me.

Rafe has had an all-black snowflake made out of musical notes with a bold ‘L’ in the middle tattooed on him, which makes my heart melt big time.

I rub my thumb across it and Rafe shivers. “You like it, Snowflake?” He smiles shyly. Rafe doesn’t do shy so this must mean something to him. I'm sure I see a small blush run up his neck, just touching his cheeks.

“Is it really for me? Why? When? Why?” Shit I’m shocked that I can’t get the words out but also it makes me feel extremely happy by this, is that weird?
