The pack would make damned sure she would never feel alone again.

* * * *

Eve came awake slowly, her mind not ready to wake up. Warmth surrounded her, had her sinking lower under the covers. She could smell Noah there. Untamed and primal. She opened her eyes and looked at the bedside table but didn’t see her clock. Nothing looked right. She opened her eyes wider, and panic surged up to her throat and almost choked her. Nothing looked right. It wasn’t her room, her bed. In the next instant, the memory of the hours before came rushing back to her. She could feel her face heat as she sat up. She glanced over and noticed she was alone. The impression of a head on the pillow next to hers told her that Noah hadn’t been gone that long.

With a deep breath, she looked around. She was embarrassed to admit that she hadn’t paid much attention to it the night before. It was hard to do since she had a man bent on ravishing her. For a moment, she held that thought to her chest. Never before had a man taken her like that. Truth was there had only been one time before this, and it just didn’t rate with what she had shared with Noah. With him, he had acted as if he would die if he didn’t have her. The first and second time. She closed her eyes. The man was a sensual creature, and she didn’t think she would ever get enough of him. She had never thought herself very sexual, but Noah had proven her wrong. More than once.

She swung her legs over the edge of the bed and winced. She was a bit sore between her legs. After what she had been doing most of the night, it made sense. She glanced around. The room was massive. It was bigger than most of her cabin. Wooden floors with a few scattered rugs, a sitting area with a wood burning fireplace, and a bank of windows that looked out on the valley. Damn, there were no curtains. Granted, it was still dark, but she wasn’t bold enough to walk through the room naked. It would be her luck that the minister from town would walk by. She glanced around and couldn’t find her clothes. But she did find a long-sleeve T-shirt she had seen Noah wear before. It was old, worn, and soft as a baby’s bottom. And he had left it there for her to wear. She smiled over the sweetness and tugged it over her head. She located her panties, slipped them on, and then looked back at the bed.

She hadn’t realized how big the thing was before. It could easily fit four or five people on it. Odd, she had never seen something so big before and had paid no attention to it when she had been on it. Well, most of the time, she was busy or asleep.

Her face heated again. When had she started thinking of sex every five seconds? Easy to answer that question, it was when she met Noah. The man had turned her into a nympho. Speaking of the man, she needed to find him. She hesitated at the door, wondering about the other men in the family. True, the shirt hit her close to her knees, so she figured it covered all her important parts. But she wasn’t used to being in the company of so many men. What would they think if they saw her dressed this way? It was a sure bet they already knew she’d been to bed with Noah.

Realizing she had no way to know what the heck was going on unless she found Noah, she decided to search for the man. As she walked down the hall, she took in the things she had noticed the night before. Pictures lined the walls, filled with intimate snapshots of the cousins. God, they were all so cute. Max mugging for the camera. Shane with a solemn smile. Each shot was intimate, special, real. They were closer than any family she had witnessed, but she chalked it up to she grew up with a warped family. She was seen more as a project than a child.

She pushed the thought away as she neared the kitchen. The low voices told her that Noah wasn’t by himself. Quietly, she crept closer, thinking she might be able to gain his attention without the others seeing.

“So, the others went out for a run?” Noah asked.

“We all did. There was no way we could hang out with what was going on,” Ethan remarked. “You know what it would have been like if we had stayed around.”

A grunt was the only sound she heard from Noah. The cousins communicated in a system of grunts that she found somewhat rude. But apparently it didn’t bother anyone else.

“And when are you going to explain what really is going on here?” Ethan asked.

There was a beat of silence. “I’m not particularly sure.”

“You can’t keep her from us,” Ethan said. “It isn’t fair.”

“It’s easy,” Jason said. “You just say, ‘Hey, we share women.’ Not hard. You would think she would have heard by now.”

“What do you mean?” Noah asked, his voice sharp.

“You know people in town talk. They always pay attention to what we do. They’ve been watching us since she arrived. It was as if they all knew,” Ethan said.

“I am not sure she’s ready to be shared.”

“Ah, Noah, you’re just trying to kill us here. There is no way we can stay around at all if you two are going at it. And it’s damned cold outside right now,” Jason said.

Noah snorted. “Suck it up.”

“I don’t want to wait.” That came from Ethan. “I know you’re the Alpha, but we share. I understood you having her first, but damn, we’ve waited all these months.”

Her mind was whirling with the discussion. They were talking about sharing her as if they were talking about the latest snowstorm brewing. It must be an everyday occurrence to them, or at least that is the way they treated it. She knew they were a close family, but she had no idea just how close. Eve would have never guessed they would be
this
close.

“I didn’t say you couldn’t find someone else,” Noah said.

Someone, she guessed Jason, made a sound of disgust. “You knew as soon as we met her there would be no one else.”

“Why don’t we just talk to her? I know she would understand,” Ethan said, his voice calm, normal. Heck, he could have been suggesting they ask her to go for a walk. It was embarrassing. They were standing around discussing sharing her in some sort of sexual way as if they did it all the time. Of course, they might. From the beginning, she had known they were all very sensual. From their looks to the way they dealt with her and other women, she knew they were not a group of men that would suppress their sexual urges. Still, talking about her wasn’t very nice. Deciding if and when they would approach her about some sort of sexual escapade was the final straw.

Irritated with the piggish behavior, she decided she’d had enough. With anger brushing away her embarrassment, she stepped into the kitchen. The scene was homey, three men sitting around, sharing coffee and conversation. Except the fact their conversation was about sharing her in bed.

“And just what the hell do you think I will understand?”

Three heads whipped around as if they hadn’t even thought she would be there. Of course, they hadn’t. Noah’s gaze zeroed in on her immediately, but she ignored him to glare at the other two men. Ethan looked worried, but Jason looked satisfied.

Noah rose from where he was sitting and came forward with a smile on his face. “Hey, babe. I thought you would sleep a little longer.”

“I’m an early riser.” She couldn’t help the snappish tone. She was annoyed and, well, aroused. And that was the worst of it. The thought that three men wanted her, wanted to share her, was turning her on. That added to the humiliation. What woman in her right mind would want that? Before the night before, she hadn’t thought any of them would be interested, let alone three of them.

Noah glanced at his brother and his cousin, but they were just looking at her. Their gazes had darkened. It was then she remembered what she was wearing. Well, hell. Her body heated, her breasts suddenly aching to be touched. They could probably tell she was aroused. In fact, she noticed that both of their noses flared as if trying to catch her scent.

“I want to know why you feel it important to discuss me.”

Noah’s jaw flexed. His irritation rolled off him in hard waves, lashing out at her. He didn’t like to explain himself. As the oldest and, as Jason had said, the Alpha, he probably never had to. Too bad.

“Why don’t we go back to the room and discuss it in private?”

She settled her hands on her hips. If she returned to his room, there was a good chance that he would keep her from asking questions. There was a good chance he would use that particularly wicked mouth on her to render her senseless as he had the night before. She shoved those delicious thoughts aside.

“Because you felt the need to discuss sharing me with your brother and cousin. We can discuss it here in front of them.”

He drew in a deep breath, but Jason laughed. “God, I’m already in love.”

Ignoring his cousin’s evil glare, Jason stepped closer, his smile widening, causing his dimples to appear. “I do like a woman who can put a man in his place.”

She shot him a look. “Glare all you want, honey. It looks good on you.”

“Jason,” Noah growled in warning. His cousin winked at her. She felt her face flush. If she were truthful with herself, and she was most of the time, his cousin’s easy flirting had her blood pressure rising. Even now, she wanted to kiss that goofy smile off his face. What the hell was wrong with her? She had just been to bed with his cousin, and now she was lusting after him. She glanced at Ethan, who remained silent.

“You have anything to add?”

He didn’t say anything, as usual. He just shook his head, his gaze never leaving her. That did more to her than any amount of flirting. Her nipples tightened under the cotton fabric. Her pussy grew damp. She had to force herself not to press her legs together to relieve the tension gathered there.

“Eve.” Noah’s voice was gentle now. She turned to him and saw the apology there in his gaze. “I just didn’t say anything because I wasn’t sure if you would go for it.”

She sighed. “What is it you think I wouldn’t go for?”

“We want to share you.”

That was pretty straightforward.

“You three?”

He shook his head. “All of us.”

“All,” she gulped, “all six of you?”

He nodded. “You can think about it if you have to.”

Jason groaned, and she looked at him. “Sure, go ahead, think about it. Don’t mind me. I might just die from lack of blood to my brain.”

The comment had her gaze dropping to his crotch. His hardened cock was easy to see outlined against his jeans. Lordy.

“Eve.”

It took her a moment to look at Noah. “You can take all the time you want. But know that what we want to give you is pleasure. It will be our duty to give you every pleasure imaginable.”

Her body heated, lust and fear shooting through her blood. Even wearing the T-shirt, she was hot.

“Ah, she likes it, Noah.” This came from Jason. He had moved closer, so close she could feel his heat against her arm. She looked over his shoulder at Ethan and saw his gaze still on her, his need easy to read in his expression.

Jason moved behind her, and Noah stepped closer. Her body grew damp, her heart thumping so hard against her chest she was sure everyone in the kitchen could hear it.

“You don’t have to do anything you don’t want to,” Jason said as he nibbled on her ear. His heated breath feathered over her sensitive flesh, and she shivered. He crowded closer, slipping his hands over her hips. The touch sent a thousand little bursts of energy flowing through her blood. Noah bent his head and brushed his mouth over hers, tenderness easy to see in his gaze.

“What do you say, Eve?”

She swallowed and closed her eyes. Her head said
no way
. She shouldn’t want these men. There was something defective in her to want all of them at once. It was wicked, wanton, and exactly what her body was screaming for. Since the moment she met all of them, she had craved them. What was wrong with her?

“Eve?” Noah asked, his voice whispered against her flesh.

She opened her eyes and looked to her left. Ethan had approached and now waited for her answer. His quiet gaze was filled with heat. She couldn’t look away, didn’t want to. She could read the same question in his eyes that his brother had just asked.
