Lizeth went to answer the door as it seemed someone was knocking.  Once she got to the door, she noticed a letter on the ground. When she opened the door, no one was there. She bent down to get the letter only to see that it was blank.  She closed the door to find Sam standing directly behind her with a gun in her face.

“Not that easy bitch!” she said and pulled the trigger.  Her body went into shock and she started to scream out.

“Noooo…Nooooo!” Lizeth screamed.

“Lizeth wake up babe, wake up,” Darrius said. Lizeth opened her eyes to see Darrius lying next to her.

“Baby you were having a nightmare,” he said.

“I was dreaming?” Lizeth said.

“Yes,” Darrius nodded.

“But it felt so real.  I saw Sam and she had a gun,” Lizeth insisted.

“Sam is gone baby, she is not our problem anymore,” Darrius said, kissing her on her forehead.

“You’re right, it was just a dream,” Lizeth said as she drifted back to sleep in Darrius’ arms.

Meanwhile at the hospital: A class of potential doctors and nurses were being escorted around the hospital learning about various patients.

“She has been in a coma for a long time now, we are not sure if she will ever come out,” a male voice said.

“Sir, why are her hands chained up to the railing of the bed?” a female student asked.

“Good question.  Well in this young lady’s case, whose name we will not say due to HIPPA laws, she was considered a real threat to herself and others,” he explained.

“Why a threat?” another student asked.

“Well she suffers from multiple personalities and anger issues.  She is very cunning and is someone you would keep a close eye on.  As you can see, there is an officer stationed at her door,” he said. The entire class looked scared and interested at the same time.

“Well let’s continue on our rounds,” he said as he moved the class down the hall. However, not everyone left the room.  A young woman stayed behind because she wanted to know the name of the mystery woman in the bed.  Once everyone was out the room she went over to the bed and read her name on her wrist bracelet.

“Samantha Carr you don’t look so scary,” she said. She turned to leave the room but she heard a noise, and when she turned back around the bed was empty.

“Oh God!” Her legs became noodles.  She was afraid. She turned to run out of the room but was stopped by an awakened Samantha Carr.

“Please don’t hurt me,” she pleaded. Sam did not say anything she just let the hospital door close.

“What is your name?” Sam asked.

“Gabby Williams,” she answered.

“That’s a nice name Gabby,” Sam said with a devilish grin on her face.

“Are you going to kill me?” Gabby asked. Sam just looked at her as if she was taking photos of her face with her eyes. Gabby backed up and Sam walked towards her.

“I want your face,” Sam said.

“What?” Gabby said, now more afraid.

“Yes, I think it will fit just fine,” Sam said, pulling a scalpel from behind her back. Gabby tried to run but Sam quickly knocked her out.

Sam put Gabby in the shower in her room, tied her up, gagged her mouth and gave her a shot of anesthesia to keep her unconscious. When nightfall came and they did the routine bed check on her, she laid there as if she was still in the coma.

“She’s fine, I think you can leave for the night officer.  She has been sleep for six months, still no change,” A nurse said to the officer posted outside her door.

“You’re right, I will call my lieutenant,” he agreed.

After the officer left and the nurse went back to her station, Sam got Gabby out of the shower and put her in a wheelchair. Sam looked out into the hall and it was clear.  She knew the layout of the hospital because she had awakened from her coma three months earlier and each night she would go about the hospital unnoticed.

Sam took Gabby all the way down to the morgue where she had hidden some things prior to coming down here. She placed Gabby on to the metal table and began taking off her clothes.  She went through her purse and took her cell phone as well. After she did that, she studied her body before she started to cut the skin from her face off.

Once it was off she put it in some solution to get it clean, and then matched it up to her own face until it lined up correctly. She applied the needed stuff to make sure it would not move and once complete, she looked into the mirror and was pleased with her work.

“Hi, I am Gabby Williams,” Sam said, sounding exactly like Gabby. She changed into Gabby’s clothes and picked up her purse.  She turned on the furnace and threw her hospital gown and her bracelet in the fire. She hit the latch on the metal table that made Gabby slide into the furnace. Sam smiled and cleaned up her mess by burning any evidence. She walked up to the same floor she was on to test her work. Once she got around to the nurse’s station, the nurse looked at her strangely.

“Hey you,” the nurse said. Sam stopped as she had her scalpel ready. She turned to face the nurse.

“Yes?” Sam answered.

“Your class left hours ago, you have to sign out here,” the nurse said.

“You’re right, I do apologize.” Sam signed her name Gabby Williams. She walked towards the door to freedom until the nurse called to her again.

“Hey Gabby,” the nurse called out.

Sam’s heart sunk in her chest.  She thought for sure she was caught.

“Yes?” Sam answered.

“You might need to get your face looked at, it’s bleeding,” she said. Sam kept walking.

“Oh it’s not my face,” she said with a smile as she walked out of the hospital.
