Suzanne slid forward and sucked the smooth head between her lips, his salty, musky flavor filling her mouth.

His palm cupped the back of her head as his hips flexed. He groaned. Suzanne drew him deeper into her mouth, twirling her tongue around the iron hard shaft. She could feel the pounding of his pulse through the thin, silky skin.

She gently massaged his testicles, the short, crinkly hair rasping against her fingers. When she raised her eyes to his face, she loved seeing the passion and love blazing in his bright blue eyes.

His cheekbones stood out against the taut skin of his face, a flush crept up his neck. Suzanne slid her lips down his shaft until the plump crown pressed against the back of her throat.

Brandon cursed, and then surprised her by taking a step back.

“Wait, babe. Your mouth feels too fucking good and I want to be inside of you when I come.”

His husky words set fire to the blood in her veins. The already sensitized folds of her pussy tingled at the thought of Brandon’s thick cock filling her, stretching her. She loved the feeling of his hard flesh gliding in and out of her, skin on skin, and the way he pulsed within her as he came… just the thought of it made desire curl low in her abdomen. They’d long ago had the safety and birth control conversation, and had done away with condoms as soon as they knew they were both clean.

“Well then…” Suzanne slid back on the bed, balancing on her elbows and spreading her legs wide. His sheets were soft under the soles of her feet. She rubbed them back and forth, shivering at the slight tickle. She smiled up at Brandon, beckoning him with one hand before reaching down to slide her fingers up and down her slick folds.

Her heart pounded in her chest as Brandon prowled onto the mattress, his eyes intent on her hand where it moved between her thighs.

She leaned back. The heat from his body covered her like a blanket as he eased over her. He lowered his head to press his mouth to hers. She could taste herself on his lips and it made her belly tighten, thinking about the way he’d made love to her with his tongue and mouth.

“I love you.” Brandon murmured the words against her cheek as his hands roamed her body, caressing her hips, belly and breasts.

Suzanne wrapped her legs around his hips and reached between them to guide his cock to her entrance. As he slid deep into her, she gave him the words back. “I love you.”

Pleasure poured through her with each slow, driving thrust.

She clutched at him, arching her back and rocking her hips to meet him. Her inner walls clenched around his shaft, making Brandon groan low in his throat. One big hand rose to tangle in her riotous curls as he crushed her mouth with his. His tongue was insistent, flicking and gliding in counterpoint to his pumping hips.

“Ahh, God, babe! I love the way you feel wrapped around me.”

Suzanne tightened her legs, pulling him closer, crying out as he buried his cock to the root inside her. She ran her hands down his back, loving the feel of his flexing muscles moving beneath his smooth, sweat-slicked skin as he plunged into her, and then withdrew. His uneven breath was a warm puff against her lips in between drugging kisses.

Brandon twisted his hips, rubbing the head of his cock over her g-spot and sending sparks of deliciousness along her nerve endings. Her clit pulsed. Her fingernails dug into the taut muscles of his ass.

“Bran!” The tightening coil of pleasure made her spine arch and her toes curl as her orgasm washed through her in shivering pulses.

The satin walls of her pussy rippled around his shaft, making Brandon curse. She felt that heated pulse as he came, filling her with the warm silkiness of his seed. Aftershocks flashed through her as Brandon buried himself deep a final time with a guttural growl.

For several long minutes, they lay together quietly; the only sound the uneven panting as they regained their breath. Suzanne swore she could feel the pounding of his heart in time with her own.

“I could definitely stand for thirty more years of that.” He chuckled, dropping a soft kiss on her lips.

Suzanne giggled. “At least.”

Warm, tickling kisses skated along her shoulders, waking her from a fuzzy dream involving a home for orphan integers. Suzanne’s lips curled into a smile as the smoky scent of Brandon’s skin enveloped her. He rolled her onto her back, his lips soft on hers.

She opened her eyes to see his gorgeous face grinning down at her. “Good morning.”

“Morning. Hungry?” His blond brows rose as his fingers toyed with her hair. She knew it had to be crazy, but she didn’t care. Waking up to Brandon was too amazing to worry about bedhead.

“Starved.” Her belly rumbled even as she said the word. Brandon chuckled.

“Good.” He hopped off the bed then, and turned to the bedside table.

Suzanne pushed herself up to a sitting position as the scent of coffee and spices wafted toward her. Her eyes widened as Brandon set a tray across her lap.

“What’s all this?”

He grinned at her. “Breakfast. Mexican omelette, toast, and coffee.” He slid into the bed beside her and reached for his own tray.

She took a bite of the delicious food, humming in appreciation. “Mmmm.”

“I thought we could go for a walk down to the park before I have to head to the station.”

“That sounds great.” She sipped her coffee, watching his beautiful lips move as he chewed his food.

Once they were finished with the scrumptious food, Suzanne jumped in the shower and threw on a pair of jeans and a simple emerald cotton, scoop-necked blouse. She was just sliding on a pair of strappy sandals when Brandon came up behind her and wrapped his arms around her waist.

He pressed his mouth against her throat in a sweet, hot kiss before murmuring in her ear. “Just one more thing…”

Suzanne turned her head, her brows lifting. “Oh?”

He held up a small white box in front of her. Suzanne’s heart fluttered against her ribs. Her fingers shook as she reached for the box. She raised her eyes to his face. He was grinning, his eyes intensely blue.

“Bran?” Her voice wobbled. He always did this, getting her little random, thoughtful gifts. He couldn’t afford much, but they were always meaningful, and she loved them more than any expensive, pointless bauble.

When she opened the box’s lid, the tiny silver figurine took a second to identify. She lifted it with trembling fingers and realized it was attached to a fine chain. Brandon kissed the top of her head.

“When I saw it, I was reminded of our first date. The view from the HighLine.”

The small, silver statue of Lady Liberty made her smile. “I remember. Help me put it on?” Brandon’s big fingers were surprisingly deft as he lifted the necklace around her neck. Once it was fastened, he kissed her on the nape.

“I’m glad you agreed to go out with me that second time.”

“You mean the first time. Remember, you didn’t exactly ask before that, Mr. Cocky.” She grinned broadly at him, twining her fingers through his as they headed out of the apartment for their walk.

Brandon rolled his eyes, but he was chuckling. “I wasn’t being cocky, I was being observant.”

The day was warm and the sky was almost as bright as Brandon’s eyes as they strolled down the street toward the small park on the corner. Suzanne gave his hand a squeeze.

“Is that so?”

He lifted her hand to his lips and kissed it. “I was right, wasn’t I? We did have a good time. Still are, in fact.”

She couldn’t control the wide smile that stretched her lips. “Yeah, we are.”

Brandon pulled her in close, wrapping his arm around her shoulders. She loved the heavy weight of it, and slid her arm around his waist.

Up ahead at the park, Suzanne caught sight of Sarah sitting on one of the many benches, her silver-white hair tucked up in a bun, her smiling face turned toward where a few of the neighborhood children were playing on some of the playground equipment.

Reggie sat close beside her, his slightly slumped form obscured behind the newspaper his nose was buried in. Without lifting his gaze from the paper, the old man reached over to his wife. As Suzanne watched, he took her hand and laid it against his leg, patting it affectionately.

Sarah turned her beaming smile on Reggie and leaned over to press a sweet, loving kiss to the wrinkled skin of his cheek.

The sight was so touching, so telling of the couple’s deep affection, that Suzanne felt tears sting her eyes. When she lifted her gaze to Brandon’s, she found him equally as affected. His blue eyes blazed with emotion.

Suzanne could read so much in his expression. Love, hope, happiness. She read their future together, one that stretched fifty or sixty or more years before them, just like Reggie and Sarah’s.

His head bent. She met him halfway, pressing her lips to his. Just like that first time, and every time since, she could feel everything he felt for her when he kissed her.

Sweet heat slid through her veins as Brandon held her close.

After a long, deep, passionate kiss, they drew apart and continued toward the park, and their future. Suzanne knew that no matter what it held, they’d face it together.
