“Taurus.”

He turned her so she was facing him, straddling his hips. She could feel him pressing against her soft feminine folds, wanting entrance. She was desperate to give that to him.

“Take me,” he demanded. This was the first time in his life that he asked a female to take his body—ever. He felt almost vulnerable.

She watched his face as she lowered herself down. His cock filled her and damn if it didn’t feel good. She used his shoulders to balance herself and started to move up and down on his shaft. Her head tilted back and she lost herself in the feelings. He let her set the pace and she chose a slow rhythm.

“Maya.”

Something in his voice that carried an aching need called out to her. She responded by increasing her tempo and grinding herself down on him.  It felt so good, so good. “Taurus…so good.”

She felt the familiar build up in her body. Increasing more and more until finally, everything seemed to just burst from her very soul. She screamed her release. He was everything to her, every want—every desire.

Taurus gripped her hips tighter and thrust up faster and harder. Water splashed over the side of the tub but neither of them were aware or even cared. Taurus thrust one last time and his seed shot out of him and straight into her womb.

His mouth latched onto her nipple suckling it. He loved this female and though he still feared saying the words, he would make sure that she knew it in other ways. “Mine!”

Chapter Nineteen

The Next Day

“Was the package delivered?” a male’s voice asked over the phone.

“Yes. Unfortunately, she called in the IDJ. I think we should just pull out,” a male said, holding the phone to his ear and sitting on a bed.

“How many agents?”

“Three that I can see.”

“Is that all? Are they removing her from the ship?”

“It doesn’t look like it. The IDJ agents are guarding the suite she’s in.” The man ran his hand through his hair. He didn’t like how things were turning out. They were supposed to just scare the woman and make her leave. Now, three IDJ agents were here and he was trapped on board the GCFA ship because of the damn lockdown!

“Stay where you are and wait for your opportunity. This woman has become a serious threat to us and needs to be eliminated.”

“That was not part of the plan.”

“You will do this, or it will be your life in jeopardy. Do you understand?”

Damn it!
“Yes, I understand. But the woman is heavily guarded and that monkey fighter is always by her side.”

“Be patient, I have my contacts getting me information on the security changes that were made. I will contact you with those details and then you can make your move.”

He had a bad feeling about all this. However, his own life was on the line now. “I will await your call.”

*****

“Stop growling at the IDJ officers.” Maya was frustrated with Taurus’s behavior. For some reason he really did not like them. Especially the blond one, Officer Jenkins.

“If he doesn’t stop looking at you I will knock him on his ass.” He didn’t keep it down either. He spoke loud enough for the officer in question to hear.

“Taurus!”

They had been walking down to the banquet room for breakfast. He stopped walking and pulled Maya into his arms. His hand held the back of her head so she was forced to look into his eyes.

“He follows your every move with lust in his eyes.” When she shook her head in denial, he stopped her from saying anything. “I can smell his arousal when you walk into the room. That male wants what is mine and I won’t have it!” He kissed her hard before releasing her and continuing their walk with her hand in his.

Maya was stunned. It wasn’t the idea of the IDJ officer was attracted to her that shocked her. She still didn’t believe that. But what shocked her was Taurus calling her his. It was the first time that he said anything like that in public. She heard him call her his when they made love. She thought he might just be carried away with the moment. For him to say it with others around to witness it seemed to solidify it more for her.

The banquet room was buzzing with people and conversations. The moment she entered though, everyone went quiet. She blushed. The good thing about having been a ring girl was that she did learn how to deal with people staring at her. She held her head up high and her shoulders back. She plastered on a smile from ear to ear.

“Are you okay?” Taurus looked at her strangely.

“Sure. Why?”

“You are smiling kind of like a crazy person.”

“I am not!” She hit him in the chest, but it was only a light tap. She giggled when he tried to copy her show-time smile. “Okay, it’s a little bit over the top. I admit it.”

He leaned down and kissed her quickly on the lips. She gasped. This was a very public display and Taurus was a very private person. Her heart was racing.
What did it mean?

“Sit here while I get you something to eat. Do you have a preference?” Taurus sat her down.

“I’ll eat anything. Except, nothing greasy. I feel jittery and don’t want to chance getting sick during practice.”

Taurus walked off to get their food from the buffet tables. The two IDJ officers stood close by. The dark haired Officer Browning left to go get something to eat leaving Officer Jenkins behind with her. She could feel the male’s eyes on her. It was an uncomfortable feeling.

“How are you doing?” Coco came over and sat down with her.

“I’m fine, really.”

“They announced to all the GCFA staff that a stalker has targeted you and may still be on board. The ship’s on lockdown while they go suite to suite and investigate.”

“That pretty much covers it,” Maya said, not looking at her friend.

“There’s more right?” Coco asked.

“I can’t discuss it yet.”

Coco placed her hand over Maya’s and squeezed her hand in comfort. “You don’t have to tell me anymore. I just want to make sure that you are okay.”

“Thanks, Coco.”

“So who’s the hunky guys standing around drooling over you?” Coco asked while looking the blonde IDJ officer up and down.

The male enjoyed being perused and puffed out his chest a little. He gave Maya a wink. And it just so happened to be the moment that Taurus returned with their food. He slammed the tray down on the table and went after the IDJ officer.

“You don’t flirt with her! You don’t talk to her unless it has to do with her protection. And if you ever decide to touch her—I will cut off every protruding member on your body. She is mine and I will not tolerate another male near her who tries to take her from me! Do you understand?” Taurus was right up in the male’s face that was turning a dull shade of white.

Maya stood and went over to place herself in between the two males. She lifted her hand and touched his chest.  “Taurus, it’s okay.” He growled in response. He wasn’t really listening to her. She needed to get his attention off the officer.

She cupped his cheek. “Baby, I am one hundred percent yours. No one is going to take me from you.”

He finally looked down into her eyes. He was surprised and then a smile slowly spread across his face making him even more handsome. He pulled her into his arms and kissed her hard in front of everyone. Maya responded, wrapping her arms around his neck. They both had just declared themselves in front of witnesses. But she didn’t care about any of that. All she wanted was Taurus.

“Enough with all the kissy face stuff. I think we all know that she belongs to you, Taurus. You’ve slapped your manly balls out for everyone to see. Now sit down, eat your food, and let the rest of us have a break from all this touchy feely crap,” Zara’s sarcastic voice seemed to cut the tension in the room. Other people started laughing and making their little joking remarks.

When Taurus released her, he looked more in control than he had a few moments ago. They walked hand in hand back to their table and sat down.

Coco was still there and she mouthed the words to Maya.
WOW
. Maya gave her a secret smile. It was official, they were a couple. She should be embarrassed, but she wasn’t. It was probably one of the happiest days of her life. She wanted to thank Zara for breaking the tension, but the tall woman busied herself with getting her breakfast and sitting in the corner away from everyone.

Trig walked in with Rachel and Rage who went to get their food immediately. Trig went over to his two IDJ officers and then they both left. Trig then came over to their table and pulled up a chair. He looked over at Coco who was smiling at him in a very friendly way.

“My name is Special Agent Trig Roberts.” He gave her a sexy smile as he reached out to shake her hand.

Coco took his hand and held onto it longer than necessary. “It is wonderful to meet you, Special Agent—”

“Please, call me Trig.”

“…Trig. I hope to see a lot more of you.”

“Oh, you can count on it.”

Zara stood suddenly, almost making her chair fall backwards. She stomped out of the room grumbling. Maya noticed Trig watching Zara as she walked away. Something was up with the two of them.

“Will the officers be back to go with me to my practice?” Maya asked as she took a sip of her drink.

“Not for a couple of hours. I’ll be going with you to your dress rehearsal, but your photo shoot and commercial will need to be rescheduled for later this evening. I am going to need for you to accompany us to the orphanage that you were at.”

Taurus growled but didn’t say anything. She was grateful that he showed some kind of restraint. That was, until he spoke.

“I don’t want you to go back there, it’s not safe.”

“I’ll be surrounded by security the whole time.”

“Rachel will be coming with us as well. Maya will not be left alone.” Trig tried to reassure him.

“I want to come with you,” Taurus told Maya.

He looked at Trig, “I have early practice, but I will be going.”

Maya tried to protest, but he gave her a look that shut her up. Didn’t need to push him any further. It also warmed her heart that he was so concerned for her. How could she be upset with him?

“Okay.” She turned to Trig. “Will we be back in time for the events for tonight? Both Taurus and I have to work.”

“Yes, I don’t expect that we will be gone longer than a couple of hours.”

Taurus frowned.  “I think you should resign from your position of ring girl.” Taurus kept eating his food not understanding that his statement was causing a problem in their newly proclaimed relationship.

“I have a job, Taurus. I plan to do it.”

“You don’t need to work. I can take care of you.” He still remained clueless though people started to clear out of the room.

“I’ll be right outside,” Trig told her as he helped Coco stand and they both left.

“Taurus, I am keeping my job.” Something must have been in her voice because he glanced up at her finally. “I would never ask you to give up your position with the GCFA. It’s become a part of you. Funny enough, the position as ring girl instilled a confidence in me. I don’t want to give that up yet.”

“I just want to keep you safe.”

“I can’t live in a bubble. But I promise that I will take every safety precaution that I can.”

Taurus sighed. “I’m sorry.”

She knew what he was apologizing for. She moved to his lap and hugged him. “It will be okay.”

*****

“I have the information we’ve been waiting for. Are you ready to make your move?” a man’s voice asked over the phone line.

“Yes, but I don’t think it’s a good idea.” The man with the silver ring opened the closet to stare at the man that he had tied up and gagged. He had to break into a room and take the man hostage so he could hide from the IDJ. Now he was guilty of kidnapping.

“I don’t pay you to think. I pay you to do what I say,” the man on the phone said angrily.

What an ass. “I will be ready to go when I get the call.”

“That is what I want to hear.” The man hung up the phone.

This was bullshit! No way was he going to IDJ prison. No way
.

*****

Maya and Coco went to wardrobe. They had to do a full dress rehearsal before she and Taurus left with Trig and Rachel for the orphanage. The photo shoot coordinator wasn’t happy that she had to postpone her shoot until later, but they didn’t have a choice. Rachel followed her into wardrobe, hair, and makeup, everywhere that a male could not go. Trig, instead, waited outside in the hallway.

“Ready for our rehearsal?” Coco asked as she touched the hairdo the stylist had applied.

“Sure.” She wasn’t really. But she was grateful to have something else do to keep her mind occupied.

That was something she had misjudged about this job when she took it. She thought it would be a completely mindless couple of hours with a decent paycheck and good benefits.  It turned out to be a lot more than that. It took patience to sit through hours of wardrobe, hair, and makeup. Then rehearsals, which weren’t just about practicing how to walk across the cage mat. She had to do workouts to build up her stamina. She needed to be in top physical form to be able to work throughout the whole event. She was constantly taking pictures with fans and VIPs. She had to help keep the crowd revved up in between matches. There had been times she didn’t get to bed until three in the morning from having to make appearances at the after-parties.

Their coordinator was waiting for them in the training facility. “Stretches first. I want to make sure that our Split Girl can still do the split.”

Damn.
Maya was hoping she could move past the whole split thing. No such luck. She sighed and started her stretches. She had to fight herself not to search out Taurus. He was there training, too, but she didn’t want to distract him. And he would definitely distract her from her rehearsal. So she concentrated on her stretches.

“Fuck!” Taurus wasn’t paying attention to his practice match with Rage. He got distracted the moment Maya walked into the training facility. She was wearing the tiniest short shorts and fringe half top. Her breasts looked ready to pop out of her top and when she bent over to stretch, the shorts rode up way too high for his liking.
