Luciano had sent most of them, and she only responded with a text.
I’m fine. He hasn’t hurt me at all.

Her phone was instantly ringing, Luciano was waiting to hear something.

“Where are you?” Luciano asked anxiously. The situation with Amber made him a little more paranoid over the years.

“I don’t know,” she answered honestly.

“Damn, tell me he didn’t blindfold you or toss you in a trunk.”

“He didn’t. It was just too dark to see.” Bianca wasn’t going to tell him that it was because Nikolai had kissed and discombobulated her.

“Is he there? Yes or no answers will be fine.”

“No, he’s not. I don’t know where he went.”

“Has he told you what he wants with you?”

“Ummm…”

“Tell me.”

“He wants me to be his.”

“That’s what he made it seem like. Amber agrees that there was something going on between you two when she ran up to you.”

“Will you tell me what happened and why you owe him?”

“I owe him more than one favor, but I won’t tell you.”

“Well, aren’t you unfortunate that you don’t have any more sisters to let him take?”

“I don’t want anyone else,” Nikolai said as he entered the room slowly. He walked right up to her and grabbed the phone.

“Luciano, we need to talk, but not now,” Rykov said into the phone.

“She wants to know what happened. I can’t tell her. It’s like reliving it every time. If you tell her, it may help you with her.”

“That’s bullshit. Why would you try to help me?” Nikolai didn’t trust Luciano. No reason in particular, really, but he was skeptical of most.

“Because my wife says that you’re a good guy, and that you look at my sister the way I look at my wife.”

“That’s very true. Good night.” Nikolai hung up the phone and turned back to Bianca who was staring at the window.

“Bianca…I’m keeping this for now,” he said as he wiggled the cell phone in front of her. “If you want to talk to your brother, I’ll give you a phone to use, but I don’t want your Santini calling you.”

“Tell me what happened.”

“With what?”

“My brother. If you want me, I need you to tell me what they owe you for.”

“You’re not going to like what you hear, but if I tell you, you’d better be ready to be fucked tonight.”

“If that’s what you want in exchange, okay.”

Nikolai wanted to spank her for her words.
She’s not as sweet as I thought she was,
he thought sadly.

“I’ll tell you, but I’m not going to trade sex for information. The idea that you would trade for it…”

“What? Let me guess…disappoints you?” Bianca interrupted.

“A little.”

“Once I tell you, you may be upset with yourself,” he said

“Let me deal with it,” she replied.

“Your brother and his men killed some of my guys because of some supposed drug deals going down in his territory. We had a meeting to call a truce before shit got crazy. I’d been here as you know, with an alias. I didn’t need the problems. As your brother was leaving the meeting, he was attacked and was kidnapped. We ran out and helped his guy on the ground. Then I made the call to your father. Some of my men and I, along with your father and his men, went looking for them. They also had Amber there. Unfortunately, we weren’t fast enough to save her from being violated.” Nikolai paused as he saw the distraught look in her eyes.

“We took care of the kidnappers and got help for them. That’s it. Now you know.” Bianca started to cry.

“It was Enzo, wasn’t it?”

“Yes, it was. How did you figure it out?”

“I’d asked about him one day when I hadn’t seen him around. I was asked to never mention him again,” she whimpered with streams of tears coming down her face.

“Poor Amber,” she whispered to herself.

“I’ll leave you to sleep.” He walked up to Bianca and kissed her on her forehead and left the room.

Chapter 4

Nikolai didn’t sleep in the bedroom with Bianca last night. He wanted to sleep there, but it was too late after their meeting. He walked into the bedroom to see her sweetly sleeping in the bed, and he couldn’t stop from sporting a hard-on. Nikolai wanted to wake her up, but she’d probably be pissed about it. So, he left the room and returned back to the study and lay on the sofa, but he couldn’t sleep at all.

The next morning, they were on their way to the airport when Bianca spoke. “You were bullshitting me when you said that was our room last night. You were just trying to unnerve me.”

“No, I wasn’t. That is our room. I just didn’t want to wake you. Trust me—if I did come to bed last night, I wouldn’t have stopped with just eating you out. I would have collected on your offer.”

“You’re such an asshole.”

“Whatever, sweetheart.” He was getting tired, so once he boarded the plane, he left her in her seat and went into the bedroom on board. It didn’t take long for him to fall asleep and start dreaming of her. Sergei and the rest of his staff were on the lower level of the large plane, knowing the boss wanted his privacy with Miss Rossi.

Bianca felt awful about her trade comments only because he didn’t know the real reason why she was willing to give herself to him. She sat there alone for about ten minutes before Sergei came and sat down next to her.

“Miss Rossi, you’ll like where we’re going. There is a big kitchen where I can teach you some tricks.”

“Really? I always wanted to learn, but I was kind of babied. Wait, won’t Nikolai get mad at you?”

“Nikolai isn’t as bad as he seems. A little bit jealous, but nothing I can’t handle. Try and relax. We’ll be in Europe in about six hours.”

Bianca sat back and tried to relax, but only twenty minutes in, she heard manly shouts coming from the room on the plane. Outside the door she could hear Nikolai shout “No” in his sleep. Forgetting any embarrassment or anger, she entered the room and climbed onto the bed.

Nikolai woke when she climbed in and looked at her, confused, and mumbled, “You’re okay?”

“Yes, I am. It’s you I’m concerned about. Do you always have nightmares?” she asked as she wiped the sweat from his brow.

“No. It just started about six weeks ago,” he answered.

“Do you want to tell me about it?”

“No…I can’t.”

“Can’t or won’t?”

“Both,” he snarled.

“Fine, but can I have my phone?”

“No,” he said in the even tone that warned her not to push him.

“Can I lay here with you?”

“I’d like that.” Nikolai smiled and wrapped his arms around her.

Bianca couldn’t fall asleep last night, so it was easy for her to fall asleep in his arms. Nikolai had slept well until the nightmare destroyed his sleep. When she came to lay down with him, he knew she was safe.

As tired as he was, he couldn’t waste this opportunity to watch her. He just lay there and admired her natural beauty. It upset him that she wanted her phone, but it didn’t matter because she wanted to rest with him.

Twenty minutes later, he’d had enough. Laying down with her without possessing her was driving him insane. He bent down and kissed her lips lightly. She murmured his name in her sleep and smiled. He walked out to the seating area and opened up his laptop to get some work done. The stewardess kept coming out to ask him if he needed anything and he knew what her ass was up to, but he wasn’t interested. Dumb broad was pissing him off, but he wondered if it would work to his advantage. He could hear Bianca getting up, so he asked the broad a question.

Bianca rested until the plane was about to land. When she woke up, she felt irrationally upset that he wasn’t there. She walked out into the seating area, and he was there talking to a beautiful Russian stewardess who seemed to need to touch him with every word. They were speaking in Russian, so Bianca hadn’t a clue as to what they were saying and jealousy consumed her. Her hatred for this attractive broad grew with every touch to his arm.

“I don’t mean to interrupt this, but Nikolai, I don’t have any clothes to wear. Are you going to force me to go without clean clothes along with my phone?” she hissed. Bianca didn’t try to hide her anger and huffed into a seat and buckled it. She refused to look at him, so he continued to speak with the stewardess.

“I already told you that if you want to talk to your family, then I will let you use one of mine.”

“I don’t want to talk to
them
,” she said suggestively, trying to pay him back for making her feel like a jealous fool. With a snap of the fingers, the stewardess fled.

Nikolai growled and jumped up out of his seat and grabbed her by the throat. “I told you if you wanted him dead, mention him again.”

“I...didn’t, you ass. Let me go so you can finish talking to your putana.”

“You listen well. If you are trying to piss me off, you’re doing a hell of a job. Once we land, I have some things to do and you’ll be a good little girl.”

“Drop dead, you stupid dick.”

“That’s not nice, dorogaya moya.”

“Well, you’re not nice either, so get over it.”

Nikolai didn’t know what was up her ass all of the sudden until he grabbed his laptop and looked up the “putana.” W
hore?

Interesting.
The slutty attendant returned and slid her number into his suit coat. He only allowed it because he wanted to see Bianca’s face, and yes, he was right on the money. She was jealous.

They arrived at the villa and were greeted by several of his men, including Petrov.

“I wasn’t aware that you were bringing company to the villa, Nikolai.”

“I wasn’t aware that I needed your approval first.”

“That is not what I meant. This is Bianca Rossi.”

“I know damn well who she is, Petrov. I don’t need you to tell me who she is. I’ve had a rough flight. Just let us rest.”

Bianca looked back and forth between the guys, and she realized that even though she was mad at Nikolai, she didn’t like the look of the other guy.

“Bianca, come.” He walked her to the bedroom that he’d slept in.

Once they walked into the room, she asked him, “Can I ask you something?”

“Anything.”

Bianca moved closer and whispered in his ear, “Do you trust him?”

Nikolai looked at her in confusion. “Who?”

“The guy that we just ran into. What did you call him...Petrov?”

“Yes. What did you think of Angelo?”

“Why are you asking about my brother’s goon? This isn’t tit for tat.”

“Just answer me.”

“I didn’t trust him, just like Amber. That’s why I sent him off when I was getting my weddi…” Bianca realized her mistake and continued. “I didn’t want him to hear anything I said to Amber. Why?”

“Because you were right. He sold you out to me that day. When I left you at the park, I was meeting him to get access to your family.”

Bianca freaked and cried out, “OMG! I’ve got to tell Luciano.”

“Don’t worry, my love. I took care of him already.”

“Is that why you went back in?”

“Yes. Trust is essential.”

“If you say that, then you’re a hypocrite besides a playboy.”

“Ha. This is about the broad on the plane. She’s nothing.”

“She’s nothing. Is that what I have to endure? You screwing everybody, but they are nothing. I bet you wouldn’t like it if the tables were turned.”

“Don’t ask for a spanking. I didn’t fuck the stewardess, and I’m not going to.” He pulled the card out of his pocket and shredded it. “I looked up that word you called her. So I let her play her game for your eyes.”

“Please. You let her touch you the whole time you were talking. If a man did that…”

“Are you trying to test me? You belong to me.”

“No, I don’t. I’m just your potential whore until you toss me aside.”

“You’re going to be my wife.”

“I’m not.”

“Yes, you are, woman.”

“You’re a manwhore. I want a loyal husband.”

“Loyal. Ha. Don’t make me laugh. Your supposed fiancé had a mistress. I know because my men got me proof.” He pulled out his phone and showed her several provocative pictures of Claudio and his whore, but it didn’t have the effect he wanted it to have on Bianca. She just shrugged her shoulders, which only annoyed him even more.

“You don’t care if your lover is unfaithful to you, but you are telling me that you would be pissed if I kept a mistress or two.”

“I’m not marrying you. Leave me alone.”

“I will. Your clothes are in that closet,” Nikolai said as he walked out the door in search of Sergei.

†††

“Sergei. Let’s go for a walk.” Sergei looked at Nikolai suspiciously. He’d had Bianca all alone three times now, but didn’t take advantage of the opportunity.

“What’s up?”

“Let’s wait until we’re farther down the road,” Nikolai whispered.

They had only gotten down the front steps when Petrov came out of the front door and stopped them. “Nikolai, where are you going?” Petrov asked when he saw them talking low to each other.

“I’ve got to talk to Sergei about something personal. We’ll be back. Please keep an eye on Bianca. Don’t let anything happen to her.”

“Of course,” Petrov said.

They had gone down a ramp to the rocky shore overlooking the beach. Nikolai looked around to make sure they weren’t followed.

“Nikolai, what gives?” Sergei asked his best friend. Nikolai had been volatile lately. A
nd the broad in the house was making it worse,
he thought.

“I just wanted to get away from her. She’s pissing me off. I had to leave before I fuck her in anger. She’s fucking with my head.” Sergei witnessed the incident on the plane, but stayed back. It was stupid, in his opinion, to test her feelings. He was bound to make her trust him less than she already did.

“What do you expect? You kidnapped her, threaten to kill her family and her fiancé.”

“I get that, but then I noticed how much she wants me.” Nikolai sighed in irritation.

“What’s wrong with that? If she’s willing to give you the pussy, take it.”

“Don’t talk about her like that. My issue is that she thinks I’d be a terrible, unfaithful husband, but she didn’t seem to let it bother her that her ex-fiancé was banging his whore.”

“That’s easy, bro. She really cares. If she loved him, she would be destroyed by his betrayal. You two aren’t even together, and she’s upset that you’ll be unfaithful. That says she has feelings for you. You never gave a fuck about any of the broads you were with before, but she comes into your life, and no man can breathe around her.”

“Yeah, but she keeps wanting her phone. I know it’s to contact her ex.”

“I don’t know about that. Just relax. You’re going to drive yourself nuts, even more than you already are.”

“Ha. Fuck you.” Nikolai relaxed with his best friend. They had known each other in Russia. Sergei came from an orphanage, and Nikolai befriended him one day. Since he’d been Nikolai’s friend, Sergei received all the perks including a paid trip to boarding school, something he would’ve never gotten from the orphanage. Ever since then, they’d been a team.

“Damn, you really need to get some if you’re offering your ass up to me. It’s sick, man.”

“Shut the fuck up and let’s get back. I don’t like leaving her ass too long. She might try to escape.”

“Can’t blame her with your grouchy ass.”

Petrov left the men and wanted to make sure that she was still where she was supposed to be. He didn’t need Nikolai on his ass about the girl. He didn’t understand what was so special about her. “Oh, excuse me, I thought you were Nikolai,” Bianca said in shock when Petrov walked into the bedroom.

“I’m just making sure you are well. Nikolai left to meet his…well never mind. He asked me to make sure you don’t leave.”

“Meet who?” Bianca tried not to sound upset, but it hurt.

“That is not for you to know. I’m sorry that he has brought you here for revenge against your family.”

“He is going to meet his lover, isn’t he?” Petrov knew Bianca was feeling hurt and used it to his advantage.

“I can’t say. Is there something you would like to see here?”

“Yes. My phone and the airport.”

“I don’t think it would be wise.”

“It’s not wise to test my family either, and they’ll be looking here for me soon,” Bianca hissed.

“Yes, but Nikolai is worse than your family. He murders for nothing, and you’re his prize.”

Petrov saw her resignation and, deciding to play her, added, “I can’t take you to the airport, but your phone is in his office. It’s down the hall to the left. I’m going to get some coffee. Please excuse me.” Petrov gave her opportunity to get her phone.

Bianca waited until he walked out the door, then she walked straight out of the room and into the spacious study to search for her phone. She’d found the desk unlocked, and her phone was right on top. She started it up and smiled brightly when she realized she still had a full battery.
