"Well, what do you think?" he asked.

"I think we could get married in a cardboard box in a dark alley and it would still be perfect." She stepped to him and hugged him. "I love you."

He rested his arms on her shoulders and rested his chin on top of her head. She loved it when he did that. "Trinity, love, why do I get the feeling something is wrong?"

She sighed. "There's nothing wrong. I promise." Tilting her head to look up at him, she said, "I'm just thinking about everything we have to do, and it's a little overwhelming."

"We can hire a wedding planner. The last thing I want to do is put any undue stress on you or the baby."

It was flattering how concerned he always was about her and the baby. It had been so long, too long, since anyone had cared about her the way Laszlo did. "Thanks, but I want to do this, you and me, together."

He smiled. "Whatever you want, love, it's yours. All you have to do is ask."

"Oh yeah?" she said with a smile. Trinity playfully walked her fingers up his chest. "What if I say I want you?"

Laszlo cocked a brow. "Here?"

"You said no one knew about this place, right?"

He laughed. "You're insatiable." His mouth was already working along her jaw and down her neck, showering her with hot kisses.

"Maybe if you weren't so great in bed…" Her words trailed off into a soft moan.

"So it's my fault?"

"Mmm hmm," she said as he removed her shirt and cupped her breast. Trinity arched into him, his warm hand a delicious contrast to her cool skin. A soft chuckle was preceded by the feel of Laszlo's hot mouth closing around her nipple. His teeth nipping at the hardened peak, sent rasping flares of pleasure through her body. God, a single touch could set her ablaze.

"That's because you're so damn sexy." Laszlo dragged his fingers up her thigh, lifting her skirt as he did. His hand squeezed her ass, and then he lifted her, pressing his erection against her aching sex for too brief a moment before setting her on the railing of the gazebo. "And hot. God, I love how hot you always are for me." He stepped between her spread legs and massaged the apex of her thighs with his thumbs while kissing her. Then he moved his mouth back to her nipple.

Trinity's head fell back to her shoulders, and she gripped the edge of the railing for support. "I need you, Laszlo. I need you right now, so bad." She fumbled with his zipper until she felt the hard length of his cock. He sucked in a breath and crushed her mouth with a dominating kiss, the same type of kiss he always gave her when they were about to have wild sex. She stroked his cock, making his harder until he just couldn't take it anymore. Laszlo bunched her skirt around her waist and yanked on her panties hard enough that they tore. He adjusted so that her ass was on the edge of the already narrow railing, and thrust into her. She dug her fingers into his shoulders and held on as Laszlo buried his cock deep inside of her.

"This what you need, love? Hmm?" He scraped his teeth down her neck and back up again before catching her earlobe, and nipping at it.

"Yes," she cried, unable to believe she was on the verge of orgasm already. She rocked her hips toward him as best she could.

"Tell me. I want to hear you say it. Tell me what you need, what you want."

"I want your cock," she panted, trying to stave off her orgasm for just a little bit longer. "I need…oh God…I need you, all of you."

"Fuck, Trin," he groaned, his hips pistoning at a steady pace. "Feel how hard you make me?"

All she could do was moan and nod. She tightened around his swelling cock, and then they both came. Trinity slumped forward, rested her head on his shoulder, and playfully squeezed his ass. "Did you really have to rip my panties?"

Laszlo laughed. "I'll buy you more." He eased out of her, and they both groaned from the sudden lack of contact.

"Thank you for indulging me."

"Don't ever thank me for being with you, Trin. I love you. It's my pleasure to indulge you and spoil you." He winked.

She smiled. Oh, he was definitely spoiling her. "It's going to be hard not looking at this spot and thinking about this during the ceremony."

"I agree," he said as he helped her down off the railing. After they both made themselves presentable, Laszlo took her hand and led her toward the car. From the look in his eyes, she knew he wasn't taking her straight home.

CHAPTER FIVE

Laszlo draped his arm across his forehead and fought to catch his breath. It felt like he'd just run a marathon, twice, without stopping for water or to rest. His entire body was covered in sweat. Christ, he couldn't remember the last time he'd had so much sex in one day. He took a quick mental tally: once in the shower this morning, once in the gazebo, once in the pool after dinner, and twice since they'd gone to bed a few hours ago. Oh, and the blow job she'd given him in the car.
Fuck that had been so hot.
If he wasn't completely and totally drained, thinking about it would no doubt make his dick hard. He really did love how much Trinity wanted him, how high her sex drive was, and how she never turned him away—he'd never been able to find a woman who enjoyed sex as much as he did—but damn, she was going to kill him if she kept up at this pace.

He reached over and caressed her leg. She was lying on her stomach, her arms extended above her head, her face pointed at him. "You okay?"

"Mmm hmm," she said, and then yawned.

Rolling onto his side, he planted a soft kiss on her forehead. "I'm going to go take a shower."

"I'll probably be right here when you get back."

"Probably?" He cocked a brow and grinned. "Do I have to drag you into the shower with me?"

Trinity laughed. "No. I might have to go downstairs for some food though," she said, and then added, "If I can find the energy to move."

It was his turn to laugh. "How about I give you a back rub when I get back?"

She propped herself up on her elbows. "Really?"

Laszlo tucked a strand of hair behind her ear and smiled. Every single time he looked at her beautiful face, looked into those big, gray eyes of hers, he was overcome with so much love it choked him. "Yeah, really," he said. God he couldn't wait to marry her, to vow in front of everyone that he would love her forever.

"What's with that look?"

"Nothing." He clutched her chin between his thumb and forefinger and kissed her softly. "I love you."

She smiled. "Love you, too."

He gave her another kiss, and then got out of bed. Setting the water to a comfortable temperature, Laszlo stepped beneath the stream and let it course over his body like a waterfall. It was boring showering alone, he thought as he grabbed the soap and lathered up. His mind played through the events of the day. He'd been worried that Trinity wouldn't like the park, or the gazebo, but her reaction to it was exactly what he'd hoped for. From there he'd taken her to a little café on the outskirts of town. They'd talked about the wedding all through lunch. Seeing Trinity smile so much made him happier than he could've imagined. Her excitement was contagious. Never in his life had he wanted to make someone else so happy. It had always been about him—what he wanted, who he wanted, when he wanted, how he wanted—until Trinity. Now it was all about her. And he wouldn't want it any other way.

Together they had decided to use the naturalness of the park to their advantage. The colors would be those found in the surrounding apple blossom trees, and the flowers would be a combination of apple blossoms, roses, and carnations. He'd suggested having swans brought in to swim in the pond. Trinity had loved the idea. Laszlo smiled, turned off the water, and stepped out of the shower. He wrapped a towel around his waist, deciding to let the rest of him air dry. Hopefully that would cool him off a little. When he came out of the bathroom, he expected to see Trinity asleep on the bed. But she wasn't. Maybe she'd found the energy to go down and get something to eat. And then he heard her voice.

"What the hell are you doing here?" Trinity said.

He strained to hear a response, but there was none. Or maybe whoever it was, wasn't speaking loud enough for him to hear. Taking the stairs two at a time, he stopped at the bottom of them and listened.

"Where's Lasz?" Natasha said in her typical uppity tone of voice.

"It's almost midnight, Natasha. I'm sure whatever business you have with him can wait until tomorrow."

Laszlo felt like a tool for standing there eavesdropping, but he knew Trinity had an issue with Natasha. It was glaringly obvious each time he would mention Natasha's name. Trinity would get defensive and angry, but refused to tell him why. Well, now might be his chance to find out. How could he pass up an opportunity like this?

"No, it can't wait." Natasha walked further into the foyer. "Now, where is he?"

He heard the door slam, and then Trinity say, "He's in the shower. And before you ask, no, you can't go up and talk to him. I'll go get him."

Shit.
He had to get back upstairs before Trinity caught him lurking. Laszlo turned to make his escape when the sound of Natasha's voice stopped him.

"Don't bother," Natasha said. "I'll wait for him. It'll give us a chance to talk."

"What could we possibly have to talk about?" Trinity asked.

"Laszlo's reputation directly impacts the company. It's my job to make sure his…personal decisions
don't adversely affect the profitability of the stock. I take my job very seriously, Trinity, and I'll do whatever is necessary to make sure Laszlo continues to be successful."

His heart rate spiked at the sudden jolt of adrenaline that shot through his body. He'd known Natasha long enough to know that she'd just given Trinity a veiled threat. What the fuck was wrong with Natasha? Where did sh
e get off talking to his fiancé like that?

"For your information, Natasha, I love Laszlo with all of my heart, and I would never do anything to jeopardize him, his relationship, his reputation, or his company."

"We'll see about that."

Laszlo wanted to barge out there and give Natasha a piece of his mind, and then fire her, but he didn't want to let on that he'd heard. Not yet, anyway. He went half way back up the stairs, and then called, "Trin, love, are you down here?"

"In the living room," she answered.

He walked up to Trinity, put his arm around her, and kissed her on the cheek. Then he turned his attention to Natasha, who was openly scowling at them. "What're you doing here so late?"

"I just got an advanced copy of tomorrow's edition of Business Weekly, and you once again made the front cover." Natasha reached into her bag and pulled out the magazine. "The headline reads: 'Billionaire Laszlo Cstary, Turning Over a New Leaf or Hiding a Mistake?'"

"That's why you rushed over? To tell me that?" He laughed. "Really, Natasha, that could've waited until tomorrow."

She huffed. "Laszlo, I don't think you understand the accusations they're making." She flipped through the magazine until she found the page she wanted, and then she began to read. "It's no secret that Laszlo Cstary lives a life of luxury, often courting several women at once. Recently, however, in a rather impromptu press conference, he announced his engagement to Miss Trinity Collins, an unknown woman." Natasha paused and glanced at Laszlo, whose expression hadn't changed.

"I really don't see what the big deal is," he said.

"Oh, it gets better. 'In that same press conference, Mr. Cstary made reference to an unborn child and an attack on Miss Collins. So, the question begs to be asked, is this a new beginning for Mr. Cstary as a man, and Cstary Holdings as a multi-billion dollar corporation? Or is he putting up a major façade in an attempt to hide some wrong doing? And what implications will this have for the stockholders?'"

Okay, that just pissed him off. He knew his reputation was that of a billionaire playboy, but people changed. Why did everyone always assume the worst? Was it really that inconceivable that he'd fallen in love and wanted to settle down? He took a deep breath. "It's not that big of a deal," he said, not sure if he was trying to convince himself or Natasha. Maybe it was a bit of both.

"Well, we have to react, make a statement or something. These allegations are going to cause a stir with the board. They're going to demand answers."

Laszlo dragged a hand through his hair. Sometimes it really sucked being so wealthy and living in the public eye. He had to handle this with care. Other than the incident with Congressman Ross, which had been handled, he wasn't hiding anything. He couldn't upset the board, or his stockholders. Nor did he want to, but Natasha was right. They had to respond to that article before unnecessary panic erupted and nosy journalists looking to make a name for themselves starting snooping around.

"At least you've decided to wait to get married. Rushing it now would only fuel the rumors," Natasha said.

Beside him, Trinity tensed. He blew out a breath. "We're not waiting."

"What?" Natasha shouted. "But…I thought…" She looked back and forth between Laszlo and Trinity, her gaze finally settling on Laszlo. "We talked about this."

"Yes, we did, and then I talked to Trinity. We've decided not to wait. There's no reason we should."

"No reason?" Natasha angrily waved the magazine at him. "I think this is a pretty damn good reason!"

"I've heard enough," Trinity said. "I'm going to bed."

"Me too." Laszlo kept his arm around her waist, preventing her from leaving. He wanted her to know that he supported their decision, and that nothing Natasha could say would change that. "We'll finish this tomorrow, Natasha." There was a lot he wanted to say to her, but he wasn't going to say it in front of Trinity. "In the meantime, schedule an interview with whoever wrote that article, and I'll put the rumors to rest once and for all."

Natasha stood, a dumbfounded look gracing her face. "You're serious?"

"Yes, I'm very serious. Have a good night. We'll talk tomorrow." Laszlo nudged Trinity toward the stairs, leaving Natasha staring after them.
The nerve of that woman
, he thought. If she wasn’t the best at what she did, he would've fired her by now.

As soon as they were in the bedroom, Trinity spun around and faced him, a look of dread and anger on her face. "Why is she so determined to stop us from getting married?"

Whoa! There was so much vehemence in her voice. Natasha had really pushed Trinity's buttons tonight. "She doesn't want to stop it; she just wants us to wait. She's just worried about how it'll affect the company, that's all."

Trinity shook her head. "Why are you defending her?"

"I'm not defending her, Trin. I'm just—"

"Are you worried?" she shot back.

"Worried about what?"

"How this wedding, this pregnancy, is going to affect your company?"

The color drained from his face. She couldn't be serious. "Of course not," he said, stepping to her and pulling her into his arms. Laszlo hugged her for a moment, and then framed her face with his hands. He locked his gaze with her. "I. Love. You," he said firmly, each word a staccato. "I'd give up everything to be with you, Trin. Everything."

Her bottom lip trembled, and tears pooled in her eyes.
Great!
She was going to cry again. He hated seeing her cry. "I don't want you to have to give up everything for me."

He wiped her tears with his thumbs. "I know, love, and I won't have to. I promise. I'll take care of it, and we'll be just fine."

She nodded, and he leaned down, capturing her lips in a long, soft, languid kiss. He'd meant it when he said he'd give up everything to be with her. She was the most important thing in the world to him. Her and their baby is, and always would be, his first priority.

"I'm sorry," she muttered, dropping her forehead to his bare chest. "I hate being so emotional all the time."

"I kind of like it," he said, "it lets me know you care."

Trinity chuckled. "God, I can't wait
to marry you."

Laszlo held onto her and smiled. He couldn't wait either.
