"Okay," she said. He could hear the uncertainty in her voice. "You're kind of scaring me. Is everything all right?"

"It will be," he said with a lot more conviction than he truly felt. Laszlo took her hand, led her inside, and straight up to their bedroom. Once inside, he closed and locked the door. He plopped down on the edge of the bed and dropped his head into his hands. His ultimate fear was losing Trinity, and now, because of Natasha, that fear has the potential to become a reality.

Trinity kneeled in front of him. "Hey," she said softly. "Whatever it is, you can tell me."

He slowly lifted his head. "You know I love you right?" His hands framed her face. "I need to know, Trin. Please, tell me that you know I love you."

"Yeah, of course, I know."

Taking a deep breath, Laszlo recounted his conversation with Natasha. He told Trinity every gritty detail, including Natasha begging him not to get married. The look that flashed behind her eyes as he told his story tore at his heart. He hated having to tell her the horrible things Natasha had said. When he finished, he sighed heavily and hung his head.

Trinity remained silent, which grated on his nerves. He wanted to know what she was thinking. And then she threw her arms around his neck and hugged him. "Thank you," she whispered.

He could tell by the hitch in her voice that she was crying. Laszlo hugged her tight and buried his face in her hair, finding solace in the familiar scent. "For what," he asked after a moment.

"For firing Natasha and getting her out of our lives."

Laszlo held her out at arms-length and studied her face. "I would do anything for you, love. Anything," he said. "Why does that still surprise you?"

"It doesn't," she said, chewing on her bottom lip. "It's just…I know how important Natasha was to you and the company. I'm sure it wasn't easy to let her go. And, well, maybe in the grand scheme of things, she wasn't so wrong…"

"Stop it." Calm down, he told himself. Yelling at Trinity wouldn't accomplish anything. He took another deep breath. "I told you before, Natasha always wanted more from me. She wanted what I'm giving you…love, marriage, kids. She's pissed because I turned her down. And now she's lashing out. I'm sure getting fired didn't help her mood either."

"I know." She grinned. "I'm sure it's not easy losing a man like you."

Laszlo cracked a smile. "Seriously, Trin, I'm worried about what she might try. She's sneaky and I wouldn't put it past her to play dirty, spreading rumors, starting trouble."

"Please stop worrying. I know better than to believe anything that woman says. I had her pegged as trouble from the moment I laid eyes on her." She placed her hand on his cheek and he leaned into her touch.  "Nothing is going to come between us, Laszlo. I won't let it."

God, she was amazing.
He'd brought this down on them, and here she was reassuring him. He grabbed her face and crushed her mouth with a hard kiss. She eagerly welcomed his kiss and his tongue. He wasted no time removing their clothes and laying her down on the bed. His eyes feasted on her naked body. His lips closed around her nipple and she whimpered. Her fingers bunched in his hair. He tugged her nipple between his teeth and drew out before taking it fully back into his mouth. His tongue swirled around it before he moved on to the other one. Christ, if he kept doing that he was going to come. It was unbelievable how good she tasted, how hard her nipple was.

"Lasz."

He made his way back to her mouth. "God, I love the sound of my name on your lips."

She smiled. "And I just love your lips," she said with a giggle. Laszlo chuckled and brushed his lips back and forth over her. She playfully tried to bite at them. "You're such a tease."

"Oh, love, I promise you there will be no teasing tonight." He once again kneeled between her legs and began a slow onslaught of kisses on her body, beginning with her mouth and working his way down. He kissed her stomach and belly button.  He kissed her inner thigh, first one then the other. He slipped a finger into the side of her panties, his finger grazing my lips. She jerked at the unexpected sensation, to which he answered by planting a firm kiss against her panties causing her to moan. "I've been waiting all day for this."

"Me too."

He slid a finger into her and she cried his name. "You're so wet, Trin." With his free hand he moved her panties to the side and his tongue found her clit, licking it and sucking it until it was swollen. "Mmm, so good," he murmured, licking up one side of her folds and down the other, his finger stroking the delicate inner walls of her pussy. "You taste so fucking good."

"Laszlo," she panted, bunching her fingers in his hair and squeezing her thighs around his head so tight he thought he was going to suffocate.

"Don't!" He draped his arm over her stomach to hold her down and braced his wide shoulders between her thighs to hold them open. Laszlo wanted her to be at his mercy, to fuck her with his tongue until she came for him. He needed it so bad, he needed to have that level of closeness with her, to know that she was truly his, and that nothing he'd told her would cause her to leave him.

Moments later he felt it, felt her tightening walls, felt her orgasm building
, her giving into it. Laszlo was relentless, his tongue and finger working in unison to bring her the ultimate pleasure, coaxing the orgasm from her body until she was reduced to a sweaty, writhing mess, clutching the blankets as the tremors eased. Laszlo pulled his finger from her and kissed her thighs before removing her now wet panties. The scent of her arousal made his cock harder than it already was. It was painful before. Now it was downright unbearable. He had to get inside of her. Kneeling between her legs, he grabbed her hips and pulled her down toward him so that her ass was on his knees and hers thighs on his. Clutching the base of his cock he pressed the head into her pussy. They moaned simultaneously. "Fuck," he groaned. He loved feeling her body stretch for him, welcoming him.

"Oh God," she whimpered as he gave one final shove, burying his cock all the way in her, and then he stilled. If he moved too fast or too much, he was going to come, and he refused to come just yet.

"Come here." He pulled Trinity's upper body toward him so that she was sitting on him. They were chest to chest and her legs were wrapped around his back. And then he began to move, slow and easy at first; then harder.
God, her pussy felt good.
If he had his way, he'd stay buried inside of her forever.

She dug her fingernails into his shoulders so hard he'd be surprised if she didn't draw blood. "Yeah, yeah, yeah…" she chanted.

"Yeah, Trin, that's it, love. Ride my cock." He nipped at her bottom lip.

"Laszlo!" She screamed his name like she normally did when she was about to orgasm, but she wasn't ready to do that again.

"What do you want, love? Hmm? All you have to do is ask."

"You…more…deeper…"

Oh, hell yeah! The deeper he could get in her, the better. He guided her down onto the bed so she was flat on her back again; then he took her feet and propped her ankles on his shoulders. His cock slid into her pussy with ease as he put his hands on either side of her head and leaned over her, pushing her knees to her shoulders. She screamed again and he kissed her hard on the lips. "That better?" His thrusts were hard and fast. He watched as her tits jiggled from the force of it. "Huh? Is this what you wanted?"

"Yes!"

"Ah, fuck, Trin, I'm gonna come."
Son of a bitch! She just felt too good, she always felt too good.
It was impossible to last as long as he wanted to, especially when she was coming.

His cock swelled inside, and then he jerked several times as he came hot and hard. She was him, screaming through her orgasm, crying his name. He put her legs back down onto the bed and kissed her softly.

"Oh my God," she said with a chuckle.

He laughed. "Have I told you lately how happy I am that you're going to be my wife?"

"I’m guessing you're about as happy as I am."

Laszlo peppered her shoulder with kisses, content to just hold her for the rest of tonight, and every other night for the rest of his life. Trinity was home to him; with her is where he belonged. That was one fact he was absolutely certain of.

CHAPTER NINE

Trinity spun around in front of the mirror for what felt like the hundredth time. She just couldn’t help it. She'd never felt like a princess before. But that's exactly how she felt right now as she continually smoothed her hands down her wedding dress. She reached up and fingered the diamond necklace Laszlo gave her last night. She was excited and nervous all at the same time. Today was the day she would marry the man of her dreams, the man who had made all of her dreams come true.

"Hey, it's time. Are you ready?" Frank asked, sticking his head inside the dressing tent they had set up.

She turned and smiled at him. That was another thing—her brother had agreed to give her away. It was the perfect day. Nothing could ruin it. "Yes," she said, taking his proffered arm and walking with him.

They reached the start of the aisle runner and Trinity swore her heart stopped beating. All eyes were on her, and hers were on Laszlo. He stood at the altar, smiling, his eyes sparkling, looking like a walking, talking Greek God in his tuxedo. And he was there, waiting to marry her. Tears pooled in her eyes. That's the last thing she needed right now. Crying would make her makeup run and her face all blotchy. She did her best to hold them back as Frank escorted her toward her waiting groom.

Walking down that aisle was the longest walk of her life. It was also the most important. She didn't notice anyone else, nor did she pay attention to any of the decorations. She'd seen them when she'd arrived. Besides, there were more important things to focus on—such as her sexy groom.

When they reached the end, Frank gave her a kiss on the cheek, and said, "You look great, sis, I'm happy for you," then took his spot standing next to Dean. Without her knowledge, Laszlo had asked Frank to be his groomsman. She was thrilled with the idea, and with how well they were getting along.

Laszlo kissed her hand. "You are so beautiful, love."

She couldn't contain her smile. "Thank you," she mouthed the words.

The justice of the peace cleared his throat, and the ceremony began. "We are gathered here today to join together Trinity Marie Collins and Laszlo James Cstary. As I understand it, you've both written your own vows?"

"Yes," they both said with a nod. They'd agreed to skip all the traditional wedding vows and just share the ones they'd written. Laszlo had said that he wanted their wedding to be special and not the same as everyone else's on the planet. It would be shorter, but she was okay with that.

The justice nodded at Laszlo, signaling he could go ahead. Laszlo took both of her hands into his and smiled. "Trinity, love, you came into my life when I least expected it and most needed it. In the short time we've known each other; you have given me more to live for than anyone I've ever met. You make me laugh, smile, love. You're the reason I want to get up in the mornings and the reason I can't wait to go to bed at night." He winked.

Trinity felt her face flush as the small crowd chuckled. Leave it to him to figure out a way to add sex to his vows.

Laszlo cleared his throat and continued. "It's no secret that I've always been all about me, what I want, what I need. But you, you make me want to change. Because of you, I'm a better person." He stopped long enough to get the ring from Dean and slide it on her finger. "I promise to spend every moment of every day for the rest of my life loving you. I promise to make you smile every day, to tell you I love you every night, and to never take you for granted. For as long as I live, I will love and cherish you."

So that's what it felt like to have a man profess his love and life to you. It was the best feeling in the world—better than any drug. Trinity's face was wet with tears and her lips trembled. Her hands shook and Laszlo gave them a reassuring squeeze. I love you, he mouthed.

"Trinity?" the justice said.

She nodded and wiped her face. Taking a deep breath, she tried to speak, but her voice failed her. She cleared her throat and tried again. "Laszlo." Her voice was shaky, but at least it was working now. "Every little girls dreams of finding their knight in shining armor, of being rescued by him, and finding that long lasting eternal love that you read about in fairytales. For so many years I truly believed I'd never find it, that I'd never get my happily ever after. And then I met you."

She paused and licked her lips, hoping to stave off another round of tears. "You saved me from myself, and in the process you've shown me what love is supposed to be. I never dreamed a man like you could possibly love a woman like me. But you do, and you do so thoroughly and completely that it makes me want to be just like you. Laszlo, I've loved you from the moment I met you and that love continues to grow stronger by the day. Just when I think I can't possibly love you anymore, I find myself loving you more." A sob escaped, despite her best efforts to hold them back, as she took the ring from Becky and slipped it onto Laszlo's finger. Her hands were shaking again – or still—she wasn't sure.  "My promise to you is to love you, cherish you, and honor you for as long as I live. I will spend every day falling more in love with you."

The sight of tears glistening in the corners of Laszlo's eyes only made her cry harder. He reached over and gently wiped the tears from her face.

"I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride."

Trinity was pretty sure Laszlo didn't wait for the justice to finish his line before he took her face into his hands and slanted his mouth over hers. His lips were soft and gentle, his tongue delicious and imploring. The gravity of this single kiss hit her like a ton of brick. This was their first kiss as husband and wife. She was married! Trinity grazed her fingers along the nape of his neck and savored the soft moan he made. Laszlo moved his hands from her face down to her back, pulling her tightly against him.

"I love you, Mrs. Trinity Cstary," he whispered, and then kissed her again.

God, that sounded fabulous. It was music to her ears. She was now officially Mrs. Cstary. Laszlo finally released her. His kisses left her dizzy, and she was thankful that he had a hold on her because if he didn't, she surely would've fallen over. He laced their fingers and together they turned around to face everyone.

The smile quickly faded from Trinity's face and she squeezed Laszlo's hand hard enough to make him wince. "Trin, love, what's wrong?"

She swallowed the bile rising in her throat and motioned with her eyes toward the man sitting in the back row: Congressman Jason Ross.

Then everything around her went black.
