My darling wife and her boys being funny.

Our big smiling family.

I got this haircut to audition for a role as a bad guy in a short film. I didn’t even get the role and had to walk around for two weeks looking like I was going to rob people.

I love fixing up the house I bought for my mum, but this is a lesson in how not to dress when you’re using an angle grinder. Pyjama pants and sunglasses in lieu of safety glasses are a definite no-no.

Me and the boys on the river. (L to r) Leon, Luc and Xavier.

Mum and Luc on the river. At four years old Luc is already steering.

My boys. My greatest joy.

Teaching Xavier how to be funny. Starting with the basics.

Khoa, Mini Anh and Big Anh. See how Mini Anh looks more like Khoa than he does me.

I went to visit OLR Primary where ‘Mini Anh’ goes to school. The following week this article came out, and some readers thought there was a misprint on the caption: ‘Comedian Anh Do with his brother Anh…’ Ha! My dad is good at lots of things, but not so good at coming up with new names for his sons. (Courtesy of

Mum and me feeding goats in a Vietnamese Zoo. Goats in every country are the same… always hungry.

I took Suzie and Xavier back to Vietnam for a holiday. Here we’re standing at the entrance to one of the famous Cu Chi tunnels.
