Rhubarb and Apple Dump Cake

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 50 minutes

Ingredients:

1 x 21 oz. (595 g) can of apple pie filling

5 cups of diced rhubarb 

1 x 18.25 oz. (500 g) box of yellow cake mix

7 oz. (145 g) of walnuts, chopped

¾ of a cup of melted butter

 

Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 C).
  • Grease 9x13 inch baking pan lightly.
  • Add the apple pie filling with the diced rhubarb, and now sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the mix.
  • Now sprinkle crushed walnuts over the top.
  • Drizzle melted butter evenly over the top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 C) for 40-50 minutes or until the dump cake is a rich golden brown.

 

Serve With:

A dollop of ice cream or fresh whipped cream

 

Blueberry and Lemon Dump Cake

Servings: 8

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:

1 x 21 oz. (595 g) can of blueberry pie filling

2 x 8 oz. (450 g) cans crushed pineapple 

1 x 18.25 oz. (500 g) box of yellow lemon cake mix

¾ of a cup of melted butter

 

Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 C).
  • Grease 9x13 inch baking pan lightly.
  • Add the blueberry pie filling, on top, layer the crushed pineapple, and now sprinkle the dry lemon cake mix evenly over pineapple.
  • Drizzle melted butter evenly over the top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 C) for 45 minutes or until the dump cake is a rich golden brown.

 

Serve With:

A dollop of ice cream or fresh whipped cream

 

Very Mixed Berry Dump Cake

Servings: 8

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

1 x 21 oz. (595 g) can of apple pie filling

1 x 15 oz. (425 g) can of apricots, with some juice 

1 x 18.25 oz. (500 g) box of white or yellow cake mix

6 oz. (175 g) of walnuts, chopped

¾ of a cup of melted butter

 

Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 C).
  • Grease 9x13 inch baking pan lightly.
  • Add the cherry pie filling, on top, layer the apricots with some juice/syrup, and now sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over apricots.
  • Now sprinkle crushed walnuts over the top.
  • Drizzle melted butter evenly over the top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 C) for 35-40 minutes or until the dump cake is a rich golden brown.

 

Serve With:

A dollop of ice cream or fresh whipped cream

 

Orange and Pineapple Dump Cake

Servings: 8

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

1 x 8 oz. (225 g) of orange preserves

1 x 12 oz. (340 g) can of pineapple, with juice 

1 x 18.25 oz. (500 g) box of white or yellow cake mix

1 cup of shredded coconut

¾ of a cup of melted butter

 

Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 C).
  • Grease 9x13 inch baking pan lightly.
  • Add the pineapple with juice and preserves and mix. Now sprinkle the dry orange cake mix evenly over preserves and pineapple.
  • Now sprinkle shredded coconut over the top.
  • Drizzle melted butter evenly over the top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 C) for 35-40 minutes or until the dump cake is a rich golden brown.

 

Serve With:

A dollop of ice cream or fresh whipped cream

 

Sweet Strawberry Dump Cake

Ingredients:

1 lb. of fresh, sliced strawberries or 1 x 21 oz. (595 g) can of strawberry pie filling 

1 x 18.25 oz. (500 g) box of white cake mix

¾ of a cup of melted butter

 

Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 C).
  • Grease 9x13 inch baking pan lightly.
  • Add the fresh strawberries or pie mix, now sprinkle the dry white cake mix evenly over the strawberries.
  • Drizzle melted butter evenly over the top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 C) for 35-40 minutes or until the dump cake is a rich golden brown.

 

Serve With:

A dollop of ice cream or fresh whipped cream

Raspberry & White Chocolate Dump Cake

1 x 21 oz. (595 g) can of raspberry pie filling

1 x 8 oz. (225 g) can crushed pineapple with juice 

1 x 18.25 oz. (500 g) box of white or yellow cake mix

1 cup of white chocolate buttons

¾ of a cup of melted butter

 

Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 C).
  • Grease 9x13 inch baking pan lightly.
  • Add the raspberry pie filling and pineapple and mix, on top sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over apricots.
  • Now add white chocolate buttons evenly spaced over the top.
  • Drizzle melted butter evenly over the top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 C) for 35-40 minutes or until the dump cake is a rich golden brown.

Apricot and Apple Dump Cake
