You’re halfway through your pregnancy now—and the top of your uterus will hit your belly button sometime around the 20th week. By the end of this month, your uterus will be about an inch above your belly button. By this point, there is no hiding the fact that you’re pregnant.
Physically
More energy
Fetal movement (probably by the end of the month)
Increasing vaginal discharge
Achiness in the lower abdomen and along the sides (from stretching of the ligaments supporting the uterus)
Constipation
Heartburn, indigestion, flatulence, bloating
Occasional headaches, faintness, or dizziness
Backache
Nasal congestion and occasional nosebleeds; ear stuffiness
Sensitive gums that may bleed when you brush
