During the years I have been interested in this strange phenomenon, and as I collected the information now in this book, I have met many others with similar interests. Barry Greenwood and Larry Fawcett certainly did that with the publication of "Clear Intent," a book I still recommend highly.

In the beginning, and throughout the 1980's, I had a great deal of assistance from Tommy Blann in submitting FOIA requests and studying documents to glean every bit of information we could.
