She moved her mouth on him using her hands to help him slide in and out of her mouth. She sucked him slowly and then built up the speed and strength. Soon she had him fucking her mouth.
“Fuck, Shawna!” Her hot wet mouth wrapped around him, bringing him closer and closer to release.
Shawna knew he was close. She reached one of her hands down and gently squeezed his sac. Hot spicy semen shot into her mouth. She slurped every drop down. When he was done, she released him from her mouth and smiled up at his dazed and satisfied face.
“Time for a bath.” Shawna had him get in the tub first. Then she followed and sat between his thighs. She could feel his cock getting hard all over again. She loved that about him. He was always ready to take her.
Zen reached for the soap and lathered his hands. He then began to massage her shoulders, arms, and breasts. He loved her breasts. They were the perfect size fitting in his hands. He teased her nipples.
Shawna moaned with need. She was aroused from giving him head. She had never known women could find pleasure in that act. But with him she did. She was wet and aching. She couldn’t wait any longer. She turned around and straddled him.
“Let me get you ready first,” Zen told her.
She shook her head. “I am ready.” With that she sat down, plunging his hard manhood deep within her. “Oh yes.”
“God that’s good.” Zen threw his head back against the tub. No female had ever made him feel so out of control. No one but Shawna. He gripped her hips and increased the pace.
She rode him up and down. Her head tossed back and her long hair falling down and into the bath water. She felt the fire building within her and she ground herself against him over and over. “Yes! Yes!”
He bit her nipple. She screamed his name as she came. “Zen!”
“Shawna!” He found his release soon after. He wanted to bite her neck and leave his mark. Claim her as his mate so no one else could take her from him. Because he realized this was the only female in the world for him. He wouldn’t let her go.
They dried each other off and went to bed. Zen made love to her until they both passed out with satisfied exhaustion.
The suite doorbell was going off followed by a pounding at the door. Shawna struggled to sit up, but Zen just groaned and turned to his side not quite awake yet. Shawna threw on Zen’s oversized shirt and headed to the main living space. Who the hell was it and why were they being so annoying? She opened the door and felt the color drain at the sight that met her.
“It’s about time you opened the door. We have been standing out here for twenty minutes at least,” a shrill female’s voice complained.
“Mother?”
“Father?”
Shawna’s mother pushed her way into the suite, her husband followed behind her. They both glanced around the room judging that it was unacceptable. Her mother placed her wrap down on the sofa before sitting down.
“What are you guys doing here?” Shawna still stood at the open door. She was stunned.
“You haven’t been returning my calls. I wanted to see why you weren’t receiving my calls and to make sure you were okay,” her mother answered.
“I wasn’t receiving your calls because I purposely
blocked
your number, both of your numbers.” Shawna finally shut the door, realizing they weren't going to leave any time soon.
“Well that is unacceptable. You will unblock the numbers immediately.” Her mother pouted and gave her a hurt expression. Her father was texting on his phone no longer paying any attention to them. It was always like that growing up. Even if her father was in the same room, he was not really there. Why had he even come all this way?
“I will unblock the numbers if you guys go home now.” She was desperate to get rid of them before Zen woke.
“We just got here, Shawna. It's rude to not appreciate the effort your father and I made to come here and see you. Your father had to miss an important dinner meeting with an ambassador from the Gamma Region.”
“I’m sorry about that. Maybe you could leave and try to catch up with the ambassador on a different day.”
“Nonsense, your father bought an extra ticket and brought the ambassador with him. Now we have all the time we need to get you ready to come back home.”
All hope of them leaving vanished. She paled and took a seat on the chair across from the sofa. “I am not leaving so there is no reason for you to stay.”
Her mother ignored what she was saying. “We have so much we need to do. I have been making all the plans myself but the ladies club members have been asking me when you would come back to take the engagement photo layout for the Bridal Magazine.”
“I’m not engaged!” Was she having a nightmare? There was no way that in reality her mother came all this way to torture her like this.
“The engagement has already been announced but there were no photos and all the arrangements have to be finalized.”
“What engagement?” Zen’s deep growling voice asked from the other side of the room. Everyone turned to gape at him.
Zen woke to find Shawna gone. Her heard voices in the other room, a male and female’s voice. His first thought was that it was Rage and Rachel. He wasn’t going to let Rage talk Shawna out of being with him.
She was his! His mate!
He grabbed a robe thing laying on the nightstand and shrugged it on. He walked out to hear something about Shawna being engaged.
Shawna let go with a little almost hysterical giggle. Zen was wearing—or trying to wear—one of her black silk robes. On her it almost reached her calves. On Zen, it hit right above his knees showing off his toned, muscular, hairless legs. On top of his ridiculous look, he was furious.
Oh shit!
“Who is this man?” Her father finally looked up long enough to notice Zen.
“Zen, this is my mother, Shannon, and my father, Senator Jon Baker. Mother and Father, this is Zen my…boyfriend.” Shawna was nervous because she and Zen hadn’t yet defined their relationship. What if this was just a fling while she was doing his story?
“I am. So what is this engagement nonsense?” Zen asked, walking over to Shawna acting as if he didn’t notice that he was wearing a short flimsy robe.
“I’m not engaged,” Shawna reassured him. She leaned up and kissed him quickly on the lips. She looked back at her stunned parents.
Shawna watched the expressions race over her mother’s face. Shock, then sexual awareness because Zen was smoking hot, and finally disgust. She turned her angry eyes on Shawna.
“You are not having a relationship with this…halfsie. You are coming home with us right now.”
Her normally quiet and non-involved father spoke. “For once I am in total agreement with your mother. I will not approve such a match. It would affect my political career. Pack your things at once and I will get my publicity people on this to cover your indiscretion.”
Zen tightened his hold on her waist. Shawna squeezed him back. “I'm not going anywhere. I am an adult. I get to decide who I am in a relationship with.”
“This is ridiculous. Send him away so we can have a proper conversation. This is a family matter.” Her father stood and glared at Zen.
Zen growled. Shawna looked between her father and Zen and knew no good would come from having the two of them in the same room. She turned her back on her parents and looked up into Zen’s hardened face.
“Zen, honey, could you give me some time alone with my parents?”
“I don’t like it,” Zen stated, not taking his eyes off her parents.
“No matter what they say, I am staying. Okay?”
Zen looked down at her beautiful face. “I will go to my suite for a while and get things ready for me to move. Call me on my cell phone when you get a chance. You have my number?”
“Yes.” She watched him go back to the bedroom to get dressed. She knew her parents were staring holes in her right then but she refused to look at them. When Zen came back out he kissed her briefly on the lips and left.
“This ends now!” her mother yelled.
“You don’t have a say in this!” Shawna told her stubbornly.
“I have a say. I say that if you do not end this, whatever it is, and come back home, then I am cutting you out of my will. I will disown you. I will no longer treat you as my daughter.”
A calm coldness settled around Shawna. She always knew her father didn’t have an emotional bond with her, but to hear him say how easily he would cut her off completely, just reinforced things. As a little girl she tried everything to win his approval and his love. His approval was hard to gain, easy to lose, and his love…impossible. Senator Jon Baker didn’t know what love was.
“I thought you said you were here working. It doesn’t look like you were working to me.” Her mother accused crossing her arms over her ample bosom.
“I am working. Zen is the story. Galactic Times voted him the Sexiest Male. I came to do a two week full length spread on him,” Shawna defended.
“You were doing a spread alright,” her mother snorted. She walked closer to Shawna and whispered, “Look, I can see why you would want a little fling before you settle down. He is a pretty thing for an alien. I'm sure he was a fantastic fuck. His reputation is that he is a real womanizer, but the fun is over. Time to come home and get married to someone more appropriate.”
Shawna didn’t like the way her mother spoke about Zen. “Zen is nothing like that. He is smart, kind, funny, and generous.”
“Maybe, but he is not for you. You would lower yourself to sleeping with some half alien scum. I thought I raised you better than that.” Her mother looked down her nose at her.
Shawna was about to tell her mother off when the doorbell rang.
Crap!
Was Zen back already? She didn't want him to see her having a family dispute. It was embarrassing. She walked over fully expecting to tell Zen to leave again but it wasn’t him.
“Rage?”
Oh no.
“I wanted to see if you would like to have the next meal with me.” He frowned when she didn’t immediately let him in. “Am I interrupting you and…” He still couldn’t picture his sweet innocent sister with Zen.
“I have company but it’s not who you think.” Shawna might as well get this over with. She stepped to the side so Rage could walk in.
The silence that followed was unreal. Her father was glaring daggers at Rage. Her mother kept grabbing her chest like she was having some kind of pains. Rage had his fists clenched like he was ready to hit something or someone. Not good. Her mother and Rage spoke at the exact same moment.
“What is he doing here?”
“What are they doing here?”
“Evidently my parents are here to insist on my coming home for an engagement I did not agree to,” Shawna told him showing her displeasure.
“Is this the real reason you came here, Shawna? For him?” Her mother waved her hand at Rage as if he was nothing.
“Actually, yes. I took the assignment so I could have a chance to finally get to know my brother.” Shawna nodded her head.
Her father’s face turned a bright red. “He is not your brother. He will leave or I will have him thrown off the ship!”
Rage gave her father an evil smile. “Sorry, Senator, but you have no power on this ship. It’s a GCFA ship and I am the GCFA Champion.
I
can have
you
kicked off. How will that look for your career?”
Shawna’s father looked at her. “Are you coming with us or are you going to throw your life away?”
“I’m not leaving, Father.”
“Then we have nothing else to say. Come, Shannon.” He stormed to the door.
Her mother moved to follow but stopped at the door. “Jon, I will be there shortly. I will try to talk some sense into her.” Her father snorted and walked off, off and out of her life. She was filled with sadness. How could something that started out to be such a wonderful morning turn quickly to a hellish one?
“There is nothing you can say, Mother.” Shawna held her arms hugging herself.
“This is all your fault!” Her mother turned and yelled at Rage. “If you hadn’t come to visit, Shawna wouldn't have become obsessed with this ridiculous idea of having a brother. Now she has taken to sleeping with a halfsie like you!”
“Zen is not like me, he’s a Felon halfsie,” Rage told her.
“What he is, is a nuisance. He is going to ruin Shawna’s life!”
“Like
I
would have ruined your life?” Rage asked.
Shawna watched in stunned silence as her mother and brother argued. She had never realized how hurt Rage had been that their mother abandoned him. But through their argument she could hear the anguish in his voice. Even her mother showed more emotion than normal and there seemed to be a vulnerability in her eyes. She would put up a wall to protect herself.
Shawna didn’t want to see this or hear it. It hurt enough that her father no longer considered her his daughter. She was a coward but she had to get out of there. They didn’t seem to notice when she slipped out the door. She headed for the only sanctuary she knew—Zen.
