Fuck, the Sparks and fuck Betty. The two faced bitch. I’ve had enough!

She barges into my room and I ignore her. Moving from the wardrobe to my bags, putting them all back in their place with the sole aim of getting the hell out of there as quickly as I can. She calms down and simply watches. Not even trying to stop me. I hear her breathing relax and her eyes follow me while she makes her way to sit down on the bed. I don’t want to see her eyes. I either look at her shoes or other parts of her as I make my way round the room. I’m avoiding all eye contact with her.

As soon as I finish and I line my bags up at the door, she whispers, so quietly, “Good luck, Deborah Withers,” and with those last words, I slam the door shut. Joan one of the maids notices me with my bags and helps me down the stairs. Another young maid, who I’ve never met before helps me with my other bag.

Henry’s parked outside as if on cue he takes my bags and places them in the back of the limo. No one’s tried to stop me. It feels surreal. Henry opens the door and I step in and as I sit down I rest my head on the back of the seat. I don’t even notice that there is someone else is in the car.

As Henry drives off, Roy says, “Deborah, if this is what you want, then I’ll not try to stop you.”

I reply with no hesitation, “I’m leaving Roy, and there’s nothing you can do about it.”

Chapter Three

W
e sit in silence in the limo. We never speak to each other and I avoid looking in his direction. I did notice that he’s wearing the same trousers that he had on yesterday and one time, when I do get a glimpse of him I see how tired he looks, stressed even.

As Henry parks in the estate. Roy says, “I waited all night. I thought you would come to my room. I wished you changed your mind, but you never came.”

I don’t say a word. I thought the same thing and then I remembered who and what he was and a little voice inside my head keeps repeating itself over and over, ‘don’t fall for his lies, he’s trying to trick you.’ Henry unloads the car and I buzz to go up to Grandma’s. She doesn’t sound surprised, it was as if she knew I was coming and was expecting me.

It seems as if the whole of the estate is watching me. Some of them have come out of their flats to watch the show. I’m shouting at them to go back inside. A rage has taken over me, I’m a different person and the man in the limo, the man who took me away from here and has brought me back is sitting in the limo as if he did nothing. He’s quiet and it just feels unnerving.

A few of them take out their deck chairs and start to eat popcorn. Tears stream down my face in fury, because I’m just something for everyone else to gossip about. I don’t understand how they consider this a show.

Did Grandma tell them I wasn’t coming back? Or was it Mum?

My love of the estate turns to hate as they continue to watch and they don’t try and hide their nosiness.

As I make my way up in the lift and out onto the balcony, I look down to see that Roy has come out of the car. I’m dumbfounded and pause for a moment while I walk to Grandma’s with Henry trailing behind me. When I reached the door, I look down at him once more with confusion on my face. My mum opens the door with so much force and then she slaps me across the face.

“You stupid girl. You’re not welcome here. Go back and finish what you started.”

Since, when did she live here and where is Grandma?

I shout out her name while I try to push past my mum and get inside the flat. I can’t she’s stronger and bigger than me. I look at her and realise that she’s put on so much weight. She has on heavy makeup and her clothes are way too small for her. She slams the door.

I stand there stunned by what just happened. I continue to bang on the door until Grandma comes to the kitchen window and says, “Go back where you belong.”

I shake my head. I belong on a council estate where I’ve spent my whole life, not some fancy house in Chelsea. I mean, why does she think that I’m a rich man’s girlfriend all of a sudden?

I scream some more shouting and hoping they will change their mind.  I turn to see the other people in the estate pointing and watching me.  The whole thing is so humiliating and I just wish they’ll let me in.

After my hands hurt too much from pounding the door and there is little noise from inside the flat, I admit defeat and I head back to the lift. I look down at Roy who’s slumped against the limo. I thought that he’d have a big smile on his face, but, he doesn’t.

The same neighbours are still sitting eating popcorn, whispering to their partner or whoever is sitting next to them. This is when I remember that Henry is behind me.

“You see, Miss Withers, Mr Sparks has been giving a generous amount to your family since—”

“Since, when?” I blurt out, noticing that he has a dirty big grin on his face.

His smile diminishes as he replies, “Three years ago.”

Roy has been planning this for three years? This doesn’t make sense. I mean why would he do that?

“Oh my God! How have I been so fucking blind,” I cry out as the tears run like rivers down my cheeks. Yesterday, when I went to Grandma’s she had all this new furniture. The place looked very different to what it had been. Everyone had been going on exotic holidays, but because of my studies I never went and all of that was supported by Roy? I’m so confused.

As I make my way to the limo, Roy opens the door and whispers, “There’s something you need to know.” He takes my bag and hands it to Henry. I climb into the limo slowly, wondering if the last few events have actually taken place. Was I dreaming? I can’t believe that this is happening to me. I left of my own free will and now I’m going back. It’s as if I don’t know where to go. I’m going up and down like a yo-yo.

“Stephie didn’t just pay for your tuition fees. In fact, she made you sign a contract and tore it up, vowing to pay for nothing. I gave your family a helping hand too,” he says, before telling Henry to drive off.

Wow, did this all happen in one day?

Part of it made sense. Mrs Sparks was a bitch. Why would she burn my clothes and then support me all these years? The part that doesn’t make sense, is this the reason why Roy did it?

S
itting in the limo, I start to feel nauseated, until Roy breaks the silence, “Betty used to live in Tulse Hill. Did she ever tell you?”

I shake my head. What’s that got to do with anything? Yes, she told me that she used to live on an estate, but never where. He hands me a glass of scotch and I down it in one gulp.

“Betty was practically homeless and penniless when she came to work for Stephie’s family.  She wanted a better life and when she saw the ad, it was the perfect opportunity.”

He draws in a breath while he’s trying to explain the story. I hand him my glass gesturing for another scotch. He takes the glass with one hand and holds onto the other for a moment. His lips brush my hand and I want to hit him because I hate him so much.

“Then, she fell pregnant and went to live with her best friend on the estate for a little while.”

Now, I know why Betty looks familiar, it’s nothing to do with her looking like Grandma, it’s because I’d seen her before. Everything was falling into place including the scotch, which makes Henry’s sharp turns feel even sharper.

“Sometimes, my mum would work during the night. When I was young a woman she would look after me—”

“Betty,” Roy states while turning and looking at me. He unbuckles his seatbelt and sits so near, that our bodies are stuck together like glue; I shut my eyes as I try to remain focussed. I don’t want him to distract me. Last night I wanted him to hold me in his arms, but now, I’m bewildered and need to go. He caused that!

“Your file was never randomly given to Stephie. She never changed her mind to start helping girls. Betty begged us to help you after her best friend called and told her about your situation and in return we helped you.”

It was never by chance. This was a set-up from the word go!

“Well, that part now makes sense and why Stephie hated me. But, why did she do it for Betty? I mean what did she have to gain?”

Roy shakes his head. “She sold her soul to the devil, so to speak. But that’s not what you want to know now.” He continues to stroke my hand and I find some comfort in it.

“That doesn’t explain you helping grandma or why mum slammed the door in my face.”

“Stephie burnt all your belongings and things.  I found a way to help you indirectly, by sending a generous amount of money each week.”

“Generous?”

He waves his hands around at me. “The amounts are irrelevant.”

“So now my family think because you and I are together, they’ll continue to be supported?”

He nods and his iPad catches his eye and he turns it over and keeps holding my hand. “I remember the day when Betty told us about you. I looked you up.”

“Looked me up?”

“Google. You had won every event at your school that was possible.”

I blush because I never knew I was so popular. I enjoy studying, it feels like a second skin. I studied for spelling bees, mathematical challenges and it wasn’t until I got to uni that I realised there was more to life.

He’s stroking my hair and I want to move away. I don’t want to come under his spell one more time. With no resistance, he unbuckles my seatbelt and explores my mouth with his tongue. Hmm, it’s a bit like heaven. I taste the scotch on the tip of his tongue and envelope it with my mouth.

“I was obsessed with you from the moment I saw your picture. I knew straight away you were something unique, something I’d never seen before.”

“I’m not special.” I laugh because now I know he’s mocking me. We inhale each other’s breath like lovers. His hand is under my top and I don’t care. I want him to fuck me. Fuck the events that have taken place, all of them.

“Grandma’s friend came through,” were the last words that escape my mouth as Roy takes my top and jeans off as if he’s possessed. I want to protest, but the loneliness of the events which just took place by being kicked out by grandma and mum drills through my mind.

My mum slams the door in my face. My grandma didn’t allow me into her house. I split up with Kevin and now I’m on to my way to the house. To the family who turns my life upside down and me falling for this man more and more every day.

I release myself from these chains, knowing I’m exactly where I want to be in Roy’s arms with his length pounding deep inside me. I sit on top of his length rocking my hips up and down. He sucks on my breasts deeply, like a baby extracting milk from them. He bites me lightly and with the rocky ride it starts to feel rough. He’s growing deeper inside my cunt and I love it. I start to howl as I’m being brought more to the edge and Roy pumps me harder as he starts to reach his edge. He shoots inside me like a bolt of lightning and within a couple of seconds, my wetness drains from me as my pussy walls shiver and so does my body as I climax.

I was just about to roll back onto the chair and find my clothes, when Roy whispers as he pulls my breast close to him with one hand and the other breasts pushes deep inside of his mouth again. “That was just a taster. I’m going to fuck you all the way to Chelsea. Get ready for a bumpy ride.”

Chapter Four

A
s I make my way up the stairs, unable to walk straight, I manage to hold my own as Roy’s hand securely holds onto mine. He pulls me so close to him and whispers, “I want you all the time with me.”

What does he mean?

“I know, for your plan to work.” I’m brought down to earth. He wants me to do this as if it’s a job, then I’ll be set free. Nothing more, and certainly nothing less.

“No, I don’t want you to go,” he smiles while he caresses my hand. I look at him bewildered and torn by his actions. He wants me to prostitute myself to his enemy to get secrets, but he doesn’t want to let me go.

“How touching,” Betty exclaims as she comes down the stairs in her black suit.

Roy’s angry and he shouts, “Don’t start, Deborah’s had a hard day... they didn’t let her in the flat.”

“What? Why not?” Betty asks out of concern as she reaches the bottom of the stairs.

Roy signals for us to move into the library. As we get there something catches her eye and mine too. Henry’s giving some of my things to Steve the other driver and they’re taking them downstairs. I watch as they move, realising that Roy wants us to stay in the same room.

To keep an eye on me?

Betty squints her eyes at me while she closes the door. I look at Roy in confusion, who seems to be turning into an alcoholic and pouring himself yet another glass of scotch. I can only assume the other glass he’s pouring is for me. His shirt’s hanging out and he hasn’t shaved. It’s clear by the state of him and his rumpled shirt what we were doing in the limo, plus the windows were all steamed up when we arrived.

He was a bit rough and I’m in a bit of pain. I thought I’d be going to my room and hitting the shower. I can still smell him and my panties are wet. I wasn’t expecting to be sitting here talking. I lift my hands up. Shit they smell of sex. I need to shower, now. I hope we get this over and done with quickly.

“So, what went on?” Betty asks while Roy slumps down onto the sofa and takes a sip of his scotch.

“Deborah, your drink is there on the table,” he points as he gulps down the last drop. “They locked Deborah out and she came back. Does it matter?”

“No, I suppose... I’m just surprised that’s all.” She shakes her head. I’m waiting for her to come over and offer some comfort.

“So, what now?” she asks directing her question at me. I look to Roy who merely shrugs and then starts eyeing my glass of scotch.

I grab it from the table and gulp it down as he did moments ago. Soon, I forget that I need a shower and start happily talking to Betty, like we’re best friends.

“Seems like I’m moving in with Roy and then you can tell me your evil plan. I still don’t get it. It’s not like I’m the most beautiful girl in the world. I’m sure there are girls out there who could do a better job.”

Roy grabs my hand and says, “You’re beautiful, don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. Your kinky hair and chocolate milk skin are gorgeous and as for those large brown eyes.”
