“Will you stop fussing?
Sydney
is fine, she's just hungry." Kat held out her arms to take her daughter from
Ric
, then yanked and unhooked the strap from her top, exposing her breast. Placing her beautiful little daughter along her chest, she watched her mouth greedily searching for the nipple. Soon, contented sucking noises filled the room. On cue, her twin sister
Adelaide
started to wail, wanting to partake in her mother's milk, as well.

Ric
stared with hunger in his golden eyes, watching his child sucking at her breast.

"Have I told you how much I love watching you feed our daughters?"

Kat laughed. "Many times, and no, you can't have a turn, until they are a little older. They need the milk to grow stronger."

Ric's
pleading whine mixed with
Adelaide
's cries of hunger.

"Grow up,
Ric
." Div moved in closer to place
Adelaide
alongside her, helping remove the other side of her top and attaching
Adelaide
to her other nipple.

Sydney
and
Adelaide
's skin color surprised everyone, coming out a deep, blushing shade of pink, rather than the deep toffee red of their fathers.

Their hair, soft and jet black, contrasted against the pink skin, with their eyes a mixture of green and bright, gold flecks. The birth of twin girls was proclaimed as a miracle across the whole of
Galafrax
.

Gol
informed them that many Quads wanted to know where they could get a human female. The
Galafrax
High Council sent word out, proclaiming human females were no longer a sellable species and now under the protection of
Galafrax
and the Demos people.

The door swished open and
Gol
and
Hul
, in their official robes, strode in. The hardness she saw on their faces melted away, softening to one of devotion and love, watching their babes suckling at her breasts.

"I bring news, beautiful wife. A band of
Jorval
traders has been caught with many human females, stolen from earth."

"Oh, no, are they alright?" Worry speared through her. She knew it was a harrowing experience to be kidnapped by the
Jorval
traders.
"The poor women."

"The
Jorvals
were arrested and the women are being treated and are on their way to
Galafrax
, as we speak. We were hoping another friendly human face to meet them would help ease their fears."

"
Gol
, that’s a great idea, but what if the women don't want to stay here? Not every woman will be open to the idea of having more than one husband.
What if some of them are already married?"

"We will sort out that issue when they get here. They will arrive at the end of the eighth day, next cycle. If none truly want to stay with us, then, as we now have the coordinates for your planet, we can send them home."

Concern filled her men's faces and they glanced at each other. "Do you wish to return, now that we know where you came from?"

There was no hesitation in her mind; she smiled reassuringly at her husbands. "Never in a million years. I'm here to stay, as your wife, forever."

Div kissed her from her side, dislodging
Adelaide
from her breast. All five of them chuckled, gazing down at their daughters. They were a family, through thick or thin, and they would stay together—f
