graduated from Cornell University Medical College in New York City. He is a Distinguished Life Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Psychiatry, St. Louis University. In addition to coauthoring
Sometimes I Act Crazy: Living with Borderline Personality
(2004), Dr. Kreisman has written articles and book chapters on a variety of subjects.
I Hate You—Don't Leave Me
(1989) is considered a classic in the popular and academic literature on BPD. Dr. Kreisman maintains a private practice in St. Louis, Missouri.
