“I never knew
that a woman could make me do the things I’ve never done, until today. But for
you I lose all my inhibitions. Now I want to experience more passionate
lovemaking with you.”

“I feel the same
way too. I need you in every way.”

She tells him
she wants to return the favour, but he tells her he wants only to satisfy her.
For the first time, Chad passes on a woman pleasuring him. Every woman he’d
ever been with had given him oral sex, yet here he is not requiring Sierra to
orally satisfy him.

He looks at her
with desire in his eyes. Wanting and needing her in the worst way possible
drives him wild.

“You have been a
bad girl, Sierra. You just taught a bad boy like me the good way of sex. Now it
is my turn to show you the bad way of love.

He gets the belt
that had been around his waist and whips it next to her ear. He knows the sound
turns her on as she smiles wickedly at him.

“Let’s play,
baby, because I have been a very bad girl. Sierra Malcolm has been a very bad
girl, and now Chad Perry needs to punish her,” she teases him.

He grabs her
neck and says: “Don’t play with me, bad girl. I promise you will be the one
begging for mercy.”

“Maybe I like
begging. Maybe instead of begging you to stop, I’ll beg you to go deeper inside
me as you hear me scream out your name.”

His manhood is
stiff from the arousing sound of her voice. He softly canes her womanhood with
his belt. She moans out in pleasure. “Umm, yes, Chad.”

“Do you want me
to do it harder, Sierra?” he asks her.

“Yes baby, do it
harder. The pain is sweet, please don’t stop.”

He punishes her
womanhood as her screams fill the air. Suffocated by her moans, he tells her to
turn around as he softly whips her butt. Her skin is reddish-pink and the sight
of his sweet assault is pleasing as she moans delightfully.

She begs him to
take her and he reminds her that he is the master of the game and her pleas are
not accepted in his game, as he continues to erotically cane her sore skin.

“Please, Chad,
please fuck me. I can’t take any more of this. I need you inside me right now.
Please don’t say no, please don’t say no,” she whimpers softly.

Sierra’s body
contorts beneath his. He thrusts and shoves his manhood violently deep inside
her, restraining all her efforts to break free. She moans and groans like
someone in excruciating pain. “I never knew pain could feel so pleasurable, I
love what you’re doing to me, Chad,” she says passionately.

“Well now you
know, beautiful. I can give you the sweetest pain possible; pain is pleasure
when done properly,” he whispers.

Chad lifts her
off the bed and takes her to the wall while holding her up. She bites his lips
as he goes deeper inside her. Passionately, he kisses her lips, biting and
licking her mouth as he fights to keep himself from ejaculating.

She is screaming
and crying all at the same time. He is huge and passionate inside her.

She cries out
loud: “I think I am falling in love with you even more, Chad. I am falling for
you, baby, please don’t stop, take me higher, babe.”

He listens
attentively as Sierra screams his name as he continues to pleasure her
throughout the day and night.

“Good morning lover.” She feels
her skin glow as the memories of the night return. He does not seem to bear the
same optimism that she has. His face is serious.

“What’s wrong,
baby?” Sierra’s happiness suddenly fades. She begins to fear the worst.

“Last night was
just sex. I do not love you, Sierra. I lied because I wanted to get in your
knickers. I cannot have you around me anymore. I have all the women of the city
at my disposal and I do not want to settle for just one. I’m sorry, but this is
where it all ends. Did you truly believe I could actually love you? I hope you
are not that naive!”

His face shows no
emotion as he walks out of the room and tells her his driver will be waiting
for her when she is ready to leave.

Sierra’s heart
must have stopped for a few minutes as hot tears roll down her rosy cheeks.
Chad has left her and she knows by the way he spoke and the expression on his
face that he meant each word he uttered. She tries to gather what is left of
her dignity.

But before
leaving, she causes a substantial amount of damage to his penthouse. He did her
wrong in his home so it is only right that the apartment pays for its owner’s
mistake. She writes her name with her lipstick on the broken mirror in his
room.

“FUCK YOU CHAD!
FROM SIERRA MALCOLM!”

Someone is waiting
by the lift on the penthouse floor. He waits with her for the lift to arrive.

“You must be the
driver?” she asks.

“Erm, yes, yes,
I am your driver, miss …?”

“Miss Malcolm.
My name is Sierra Malcolm and your boss is a fucking jerk.”

She follows the
man to the exotic vehicle that doesn’t look like anything that Chad would buy.
But she realises she doesn’t know anything about Chad because he had told her a
bare-faced lie. She glides into the vehicle and they drive off in the morning
sunshine.

CHAPTER 10

A little later, Chad enters his
apartment. There is a handwritten note underneath his door. It reads:

“WE HAVE A
SPECIAL DELIVERY FOR YOU MR PERRY! YOU HAVE TO COME AND COLLECT IT.”

He doesn’t fret
over the letter. He thinks it some sort of ploy she has for him to call her. It
isn’t until after he gets to his bedroom and sees the carnage that he realises
it’s not Sierra who left the letter. His mind races as he waits for the people
that left the letter to call him.

He phones Sierra
hurriedly. The phone rings endlessly. She does not answer. He doesn’t believe
he loves her, but he still cares for her safety. He continues to ring her but there’s
no answer. He rings her once more and this time her phone is switched off.

The broken glass
in his bath cuts him as he picks up her lipstick. The pain has no bearing on
him as he dabs it with spirit and a cotton bud. The cut is deep but he pays no
attention to it. The bleeding stops and he smashes her lipstick on the broken
glass.

His world
suddenly turns upside down as he realises the hurt he has caused her, but more
important is the fact that her mobile phone is switched off. He tries to calm
his paranoia but his efforts are futile as he begins to fidget with his phone.
A call comes through but it’s one of his employees. Angry that it’s not who he
expected, he abruptly cuts off the call and continues to wait.

Minutes go by
and the phone is still silent.

All of a sudden
the phone rings. The number is withheld but the voice on the other end of the
call sounds familiar. He is unable to ascertain who it is, but he knows he has
heard that same voice somewhere before.

“I have
something I believe you want, Mr Perry. She is very beautiful but far too young
for me. I will gladly give her back to you, but at a price. Nothing is for free
in this world as you know, not even love.”

Chad gathers his
composure and replies.

“You should know
me better than that. I never pay for anything, especially a female. The woman
you have with you is nothing to me. I assume you are talking about Sierra, the
British girl. You should know my type by now. Do you really think I would pay
for something like that? She is a woman. They are all the same to me, so this
conversation is over. Do with her as you please!”

He hangs up the
phone angrily.

Sierra looks worryingly at her
captor. His eyes are green and he’s silent. His silverish-grey hair is finely
placed on his head as he paces around her. Her heartbeat is heavy and fast,
taking her back to memories of her being scared as a child. In that moment she
feels like a kid, lost in an unknown place, waiting for a king to come and save
her. But King Chad is at home without a care in the world for her.

The green-eyed
man looks at her through a mask, and she sees the calm fury in his eyes before
he begins to speak. He seems to be putting on a fake voice.

“Well, well,
Miss Malcolm, it seems that Chad does not give two fucks about you. You are
free to go.”

She hurriedly
gets up as freedom looms, but he stops her.

“Not so fast. You
can only go under one condition. Never see Chad Perry again, because the next
time we see him, his life will definitely be in grave danger, and I’d hate to
see you get hurt because you’re with him, Sierra.” The lie is apparent in his
eyes but he continues to speak. “Furthermore, it is obvious that the man does
not want you. Finally, I will need you to pay the fine that he refuses to pay
for you. Freedom is not free, my dear, and seeing that your father is a filthy
rich Brit, there should be no problem. Will there?”

Her make-up is
smudged all across her face and her mascara is running down her cheeks. “No, it
will not be a problem. I will pay.”

The unknown man
with the elusive green eyes is happy with her answer and gives her a tissue to
wipe her tears.

“That’s great
news. I will have my driver take you where you want and you can transfer the
money to this account.” He gives her the account number and leaves the room. He
reminds her of Sebastian, especially with his green eyes, but she quickly
dismisses the thought and thanks the heavens that she’s going to be free.

A darkly dressed
man walks her out to the car. He allows her to clean up her face properly
before they leave. She transfers the money while in the car, using internet
banking. The other man in the back seat with her pushes her out of the car as
soon as the money is transferred.

Chad’s name
rings in her head before hitting the pavement as she thinks she hears the men
in the car talking to him and laughing.

The paramedics
arrive at the scene and she is rushed to the hospital with concussion.

The following morning Chad gets
his interior designer to fix his room after the mishap it had due to Sierra’s
anger.

Someone had
transferred a fresh batch of money to his account and to say the deal was
illicit would be an understatement. A part of him regrets what he allowed to
happen, but money is his one and only drug. He knows he was wrong but he couldn’t
change what had happened. Tormented by his thoughts, he pours himself a glass
of cognac to calm his thinking

The news is on.
An accident is reported and something about a British socialite being involved
is also mentioned. His mind goes into overdrive as it usually does when he
knows he has done something bad. He smashes the television. Frustration and
regret engulf him.

She did mean something
to him but pride and stupidity had consumed him to tell her otherwise and take
actions that he knew would hurt her badly. His paranoia comes full circle as he
worries about his involvement and how far the police will search. Will they
think it was him that orchestrated her kidnapping? But more importantly, he
wonders if Sierra will think the same. The thought sends cold shivers down his
spine as he gulps the cognac. He fears what Sierra will find as his eyes darken
with a distinct coldness that is only apparent when he is in internal turmoil.

In that moment
he doubts the idea that he does not love her. Since the day that he met her,
that has been his only and greatest fear. The fear that she will look deep
inside his ice-cold eyes and be able to see that somewhere within him is a man
that desires love. He knew by the way she looked at him when he made love to
her that that could be his weakness. And in a city where he is king, weakness
is never an option.

He needs to find
her so he calls every hospital in the city. He has to tell her the truth about
what he has done even if she hates him forever. She needs to know.

He drives along
the streets of the city with his mind in chaos. The destructive elements of his
mind mirror his driving as he drives recklessly, almost ruining his expensive
vehicle. Luck is on his side because he doesn’t harm anyone with his erratic
driving.

The hospital
resembles a morgue as he gets out of the car and walks towards the entrance. It
brings memories – painful memories that he wants to be erased from his mind forever.
With every step he takes towards the entrance a picture of his past flashes before
him. Hidden memories make themselves known to him once again.

The sirens
wailed as his mother cried, clutching desperately to his hands as if he were
the drugs she took. He heard the pain in her voice, the regret of her neglect.
His eyes were almost closed, but he saw the guilt in her grey eyes. She looked
desperate, something she had only shown when she was in need of drugs. But in
that moment she showed desperation because she did not want her son to die. She
seemed desperate for a miracle. For the first time, Chad felt that his mother
loved him. He saw the entrance of the hospital as the paramedics rushed him
towards the building. He felt like he was dying; the drips were suffocating
him, just like the new-found love of his mother. He was scared, afraid of the
unknown, and in that moment the hospital resembled a morgue, his mother the
coroner and the paramedics the mourners as they shouted and screamed while he lay
there, helpless and unsure of his future. The whole scene felt like a funeral,
and in that moment he despised hospitals and subconsciously his mother as she
was taking heroin in her room while his heavily intoxicated father almost beat
him to a pulp. But the irony was that he still loved his father, because he
called for his father as they took him into surgery, but his father was nowhere
to be found.
