Anton hugged her. “I’m not a bad guy, please believe that. I just got caught up, and I never meant to put you in the middle of that.” Miley began to feel better. “You’re a good girl, and have been a good friend to me. I hope we can remain friends, if nothing else.”

“Sure we can. We’ll always be friends, Ant.” Miley smiled at him and walked off.

Anton stood there with a smile on his face. He really did like Miley as a person, and was glad she accepted his apology. He looked over at Breanne and decided he’d make a move on her, since she was looking so damn good to him.
On to the next one,
he thought.

Chapter Seventeen

Scarlett walked inside Luke’s bedroom. Even with his king sized bed sitting directly in the middle of the floor his room was still huge. He located the remote, which was sitting on top of the fireplace mantle and turned on his 60-inch plasma screen TV. Scarlett walked over and sat on his bed. She had never been in a house that big or a room so nice. Just sitting on his bed made her feel like royalty.

Luke stood by the room door and watched her with a smile on his face.

“It seems that you belong there, or shall I say, here with me.”

“Is that right?” Scarlett responded.

“Absolutely. I’m going to get a drink. Do you want something?”

“Sure, what are you drinking?”

“I’m getting a Corona and a shot of vodka,” he said.

Scarlett raised an eyebrow. “Do y’all have some Remy Martin?”

Luke grinned. “XO Excellence?” he asked.

“Yes, that’s the one,” she answered, with a smile on her face.

“Remy Martin,” he grinned. “I never would’ve guessed you would have asked for that.”

“Oh, I’m sorry, is that asking for too much.”

Luke grinned again. “Baby, nothing is too much for you. I just said that because that’s my mom’s favorite drink.”

“Are you serious?” She asked.

“She loves Grey Goose too, but Remy is definitely her favorite. She’s really going to love you. I’ll be back with our drinks in a lil bit. Sit back and relax.” He threw the remote on the bed. “You can turn the channel if you want to.”

Scarlett grabbed the remote and laid back on the plush pillows. She felt like she was in heaven.

Luke walked back in his room about ten minutes later, holding a tray with their drinks on it. He brought the full bottle of Remy Martin and Scarlett smiled from ear to ear. He handed her the glass so he could pour her drink in it.

“I don’t need that,” she said. She grabbed the Remy Martin, opened it up and drank straight out of the bottle.

Luke was a little stunned. “Damn, you real… I like that shit,” he said as she giggled and wiped her mouth.

“Don’t tell your mama I did that.”

They laughed.

“Don’t worry, this will be yours. She has about four more bottles of this stuff downstairs behind the bar. She won’t miss this one.”

“Good,” Scarlett said and turned it up again. Luke laughed and sat on the bed beside her. “I just want to say happy birthday again before the clock strikes twelve.”

“Thanks,” Luke responded. “We have a little time before that happens.” He turned up the shot of vodka, and with one swallow and no frowns, it was gone. “I think we should make the best of this moment.”

Scarlett smiled. “So do I,” she agreed, sitting her Remy bottle down on the nightstand.

Luke cupped her face in the palm of his hand and began kissing her. Scarlett loved the way he kissed. He was so serious and passionate with it. His tongue action was great. It wasn’t too much, but just enough. He caressed her body like she was a rare precious jewel that he was protecting from the world. He gently pulled her mini-dress over her head and massaged her breasts with his mouth. She intentionally didn’t wear a bra, so that it would be easy access if it did go down, and her red thong was sure to turn him on, once he saw them.

Luke rubbed his fingers between her legs and peeked down at her thongs. “Damn, baby you’re so fine,” he whispered. “And you smell so good.” Scarlett knew she was doing something right, because he couldn’t keep his hands off of her.

He kissed on her stomach and worked his way down between her thighs. He gently sucked on her inner thighs, and it turned her on. She was trying her best not to squirm, but his sexy eyes were staring into her soul while his tongue was driving her crazy. He pulled her thong to the side and took a dip. He teased her with his tongue so good, until she came with delight. Funny thing was that it didn’t take much, and he wasn’t down there over a minute before she was screaming his name.

Damn, this nigga got it going on,
she thought. He was good with his foreplay and it was just getting started.

He pulled off his shorts then his shirt, and got under the cover with Scarlett. She quickly removed her thong as if he wasn’t going to do it for her and Luke slid his fingers inside her pussy while sucking on her breasts. He held one breast in his hand so he could get a nice grip on her nipple with the tip of his tongue. The other hand continued to play with her g-spot. He was making sure that every inch of her body was pleased.

Scarlett grabbed his head and moaned in his ear as he played with her clit. She began jerking uncontrollably. He had successfully given her a second orgasm.

“Damn, what are you doing to me?” she moaned.

“Nothing yet,” he replied and eased on top of her. He slid his dick right inside her and she instantly began throwing her pussy to him.

“Damn,” Luke whispered. “This some good pussy.”

“Mmmm, damn…” Scarlett moaned. She was in it to win it. Luke was fucking her so good, she didn’t know if she was
cumming
or going. Scarlett bit down on her bottom lip and her eyes rolled back in her head. She was in a zone that she wished she could stay in forever.

“Damn, Adonis,” she seductively whispered in his ear.

“You like that, baby?”

“Mmm-hmm, I love it,” she whispered, moaning in his ear.

“Me too, damn, me too,” he inhaled.

Luke overpoweringly kissed her around the neck. Scarlett’s moans filled the room and the passion between them was like no other. Their bodies spoke languages that only they could understand, and Luke was definitely giving her lessons in something that she thought she had already perfected. He made love and fucked her at the same time. By the time he flipped her over to hit it from the back, she was damn near out of breath from him working her from the front.

Forty-five minutes had passed, and Luke was still dancing in Scarlett’s wet pussy like they had just gotten started. Scarlett didn’t want him to stop because the feeling was amazing. Luke’s strokes finally began to slow down as if he was winding to a smooth tempo, and as he eagerly kissed Scarlett in the mouth, he began to cum.

“Damn,” was the only thing she could hear him whisper. Their bodies were slick with sweat and Luke laid his head on Scarlett’s shoulder and took in a deep breath.

“You got that snatch, girl,” he said.

Scarlett grinned. “You’re real silly, Adonis.”

“I’m serious. You got that shit that will snatch a nigga up if he ain’t careful.” They both laughed.

Scarlett enjoyed every bit of what Luke had to offer her, and she was really hoping he would want more than just sex out of their relationship.

She rested her head on Luke’s chest after their amazing sexcapade. She was drained and surprised that a twenty-three year old could lay it down so well. He had all of her attention, but she didn’t quite know how much of his she had. She knew he was digging her, because of the way he’d treated her in so little time, but men could be unpredictable and she wasn’t cashing that check without making sure all of the money was going to be there first. She lightly rubbed her fingers up and down his six-pack while he rubbed his fingers through her hair. The touch of his fingertips moving across her scalp felt exhilarating. She loved every minute of them being together, but didn’t quite know where they would go from here.

“Red,” Luke called out. “I really like you, but I don’t want us to move too fast.”

“I know the feeling,” she quickly commented.

Luke wasn’t quite finished with his statement, but because Scarlett responded so quickly, he figured it was best to feel her out. “What we just did was incredible and I could see you being in my life, but I don’t want to push you into jumping in a relationship with me if you’re not ready.”

Scarlett was quiet because she was indeed ready to be in a relationship, but she didn’t want to seem too anxious to accept his proposal. More importantly, she wasn’t quite sure if there was a proposal to accept.

“If it means anything to you, then know that I’m not in a relationship with anyone at the time. I’m just chilling and waiting for the right guy to come along.”

“Your wait just may be over,” Luke commented with a smile on his face.

Scarlett blushed inside. “Are you saying that you would want me to be your girlfriend?”

“I would love to have a lady like you by my side. You’re a cool, down to earth chick, and not only that, you’re very pretty and I love your juicy ass,” he laughed, making her laugh. “Who could ask for more?”

“I would love to have a man like you by my side. You’re intelligent, know how to treat a lady, say all the right things, and not only that, you’re very good looking with a great sense of style. Oh, and I love the way you lay it down,” she added, making him laugh. “So, what’s holding us back?”

Luke was quiet for a moment. “There is really nothing holding us back, but I want to be sure that you’re sure this is something you want. I know I’m just getting out of a relationship and of course that can be drama, just because of who the chick is, but we can get past that.”

“That crazy girl is furthest from my mind. She doesn’t scare me.”

“I know she doesn’t scare you and that’s another thing I like about you, but I’m sure you have people that you’re still associating yourself with.”

“Huh?” she questioned.

“Don’t forget your home girl thought that I was the one sending you goodies to the job.”

Scarlett smiled a little. “First off, she’s not really my home girl. I just have no choice but to hang around her right now. Secondly, the roses were from a guy that I don’t fool with any more.”

“And what about the purse?” he asked.

She smiled, thinking about Greg. “Well, the purse is from a good friend who just happens to be a sugar daddy.”

“Do you like this sugar daddy?” Luke questioned.

Scarlett thought about Greg and how nice he’d been to her. She didn’t want to lie, just because she was so anxious to be in a relationship with Luke.

“Yes, I like him, but it’s complicated. I can honestly say that we’ll never be together in a relationship or anything like that.” She paused. “I actually couldn’t see myself settling down with him like that anyway,” she admitted, thinking that she would hate to be Sheila’s stepmother, but then again she would love to see the disgusted expression on her face if she knew they were fucking around.

“So would you stop talking to this person if we were in a committed relationship?” Luke questioned.

“It’s not that simple. See, you don’t quite understand.” She wanted to tell him all about Greg, a married man, the owner of the shop she works at, and the father to her so-called best friend, but she didn’t want him to look at her differently. Most men don’t care for women who sleep with married men, especially the ones whose parents have been together since Jesus was a baby. “I wish I could tell you all about that, but now isn’t the time.”

Luke was a little disappointed. “I understand, but just know that you can tell me anything. I want us to be able to confide in each other, and I won’t judge you.”

You’re saying that now… If you knew about my past, you might reconsider the judging part
.

Luke could tell that his talking about Scarlett’s sugar daddy was making her a little uneasy, so he decided to leave well enough alone.

“If and when you feel the need to talk about this, then I’m here for you. I guess us being in a relationship is out of the question right now, but I like you a lot, so I’m not giving up.”

Scarlett was relieved to hear that. “Do you really mean that?”

“Yeah, we can still be in a relationship if you want.”

“And how is that so?”

“A committed relationship is one that we must really take seriously. We would have to be able to trust each other and put everything on the line. More importantly, there shouldn’t be anyone else that we’re sleeping with besides each other.” He paused. “But, we can have an open relationship.”

“An open relationship…” she repeated with hesitation.

“Yeah, meaning that we’re still together, but we make the rules as to how things will work.”

She smiled. “Okay, I wanna hear more.”

“We still have to be honest with each other about everything, but certain parts of your life you don’t have to discuss with me until you’re ready. I won’t pressure you. If you have sex with someone else, you gotta use protection. That’s a must, and you don’t have to tell me if you don’t want to. The same goes for me. We’re not obligated to talk about our sex life outside of what we have. You can still ask me about it, but I’m not obligated to mention it if I don’t want to. You’ll still be my main lady, and if you call, then I’m gonna come, regardless of if I’m with someone else at the time or not. I expect the same from you.” Scarlett was tuned in to what Luke was saying. This was exactly what she needed at the moment. “I prefer that we not kiss other people, because kissing is personal, but if you do, then I guess I won’t know if you don’t tell me.”

She grinned. “So it’s like having a boyfriend, but not.”

“Well, it’s like enjoying the perks of having a boyfriend, but still being able to do you, and the same would go for me.”

“I totally understand now. We’ll be friends with benefits.” She kissed him softly on his chest while he continued to run his fingers through her hair.

“Totally, except we’ll be a little more than that,” he said.

She smiled. “I’m down for that.”

“Are you sure?” he asked.
