When Ana saw Manuel smirking, she narrowed her eyes at him. “I’m guessing that means Stefano too. When he relocates shortly, that is.” His expression changed soon after that. Yeah, he hadn’t thought about that.

Gabe looked between Ana and Manuel before he added, “Yes. Stefano too. This is a powerful family we are dealing with, so everyone may end up having the need of a bodyguard.”
