In the end, are all of these sources, stories and documents correct? After 25 years of extensive research we believe this to be the case, but who will pay attention and believe it?  Beliefs should be founded on facts and not just what one person or group wishes to believe, but will it be the politics of fear that keep us from the truth?

     Does Congress even have the courage to address issues like this? Recent and past events cast severe doubt on any government official(s) doing anything publicly. Instead, it seems we will be stuck with “leaks” and at the mercy of those doing the leaking. It is often individuals–not governments–that make the difference, it’s bottom up, not top down. We have now come full circle, so where do we begin?

Putting this book together was no easy task. We were often required to work from sketchy information and in many cases there are no references. There has been a great deal of source information presented that in many cases has no verification beyond verifying a few names and places.

     This book has pushed the frontiers of books related to the UFO subject. Bits and pieces of the information that were presented can be verified and checked including all of the information on Wright-Patterson.

     My contributor Rick Doty will corroborate all of what he has stated for the record unless he starts having “Regrets” which also applies to the other sources. Research will continue on not only what is contained in the preceding pages, but on new information as well which is being received on a continual basis.

     However, we must all realize that large volumes of UFO information still remain highly classified and “Exempt from Disclosure.”

Robert M. Collins: A former Air Force Intelligence officer with an extensive background in Aircraft Avionics systems, Ground Communications, and Engineering Physics totaling over 22 years.

–Richard C. Doty: In the spring of 1978, he was recruited by the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) to become a Special Agent. Upon graduating from the academy, he was sent to District 17, OSI, Kirtland AFB, NM in May 1979. During that first year, he was briefed into a special program. The program involved the collection of intelligence and counter-intelligence information for UFOs and “other” foreign intelligence.

Since the initial publications the FBI has done an outstanding job along with the prior Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld in threatening or silencing those same sources. So, if you contact the sources don't expect the truth.

President Obama said recently to Will Smith's son Jaden in May 2012, 'The aliens, right? … OK, I can neither confirm nor deny the existence of extraterrestrials but I can tell you if there had been a top secret meeting and if there would have had to have been a discussion about it, it would have taken place in this room.'
