Is the
1990 photo a prototype reverse-engineered saucer over Groom Lake (Figure 5)? Photo was taken by a former colleague of Civilian Intelligence Network, Gary Schultz, on Wednesday, February 28, 1990 just south of Hwy 375 on “Mail Box” Road, looking due south towards Jumbled Hills and Groom Mountains. Object appeared to be an orange light in the distance. Upon development and enlargement, dome and general shape became apparent. A Nikon Action Camera with 1600 ASA film was used.

What Else? A Prepared Statement from Gene Lakes

“Mr. Collins: I am real. Check me out. I worked for the DIA from January 12, 1964 until June 30, 1996. I was a contract employee for LANL from January 1997 until June 2003. I am fully retired. I’m sure Mr. Doty will remember me since we both worked together at KAFB and Tonopah. I was an investigator for the DIA and then director of security operations. You are right about the compartmentalization at site 51. We had several levels of security clearances. SCI/SAR/CCD/FDG/SI/TK/OR/ME. Anyone who worked at Site 51 would know the differences. Military personnel, who were assigned to Site 51 had a different nomenclature attached to their security clearance. As for what we did at the Site 51, well, you’ll have to figure that out on your own. I can’t give specific details, but we did have some interesting “Craft” that were not of this world. We also had a research program to identify items recovered from UFO crash sites. I was never involved in disinformation. That was left to another division within the DIA.  Check with Mr. Doty; he was involved in that division. But I can tell you, without a doubt, that Burisch or Crain, was never employed at the site. There was no “clean room” or special living quarters for visitors. I saw them, had access to them and would have known if they were isolated or quarantined. They were not. None of them got sick or needed special skin cultures from some fictitious person like Burisch or Crain. Burisch was never on any access, at least from Jan 1, 1956 to Sept 30, 2003. I have the lists and his name does not appear on any of them. He never had access to our areas.

     “There were levels of clearances and accesses, and yes, everything at A51 was compartmentalized. But some people had access to most, if not all the areas. I had that access. I might not have had access to every bit of classified information, especially technical information regarding specific programs/projects. But I had a working knowledge of them and, if I needed it, I could have had access to the technical information. We had two briefings, every single week of the year.

     “There was the Monday morning briefing and the Thursday afternoon briefing. With exception of Thanksgiving, we had the meetings. Everything was discussed. The meetings were code word cleared, simply meaning, everything could be discussed at the meeting. The meetings were held in a secure facility, cleared up to TS code word. I heard some pretty wild things during these meetings. I heard of black projects that were hidden within other black projects that were hidden into other projects–Layered System or (LS)–as we called them, because of the sensitivity of the information or the use of “Visitors” assistance. Now if we had a special sphere or special program to medically examine our visitors, I would have heard about it during these meetings. The DIA and CIA were all present. With exception to “Executive” issues, I attended each meeting. The Executive issues pertained to some extremely sensitive Presidential directives. I can only remember two such sessions, one in 1965 and the other in 1970. Now I did take vacations and a meeting or two might have taken place during my vacation, but I would have been briefed upon my return.

     “Dan Crain/Burisch was never associated with A51–never. The Crain I mentioned was a US Navy scientist, assigned to the scientific intelligence section. This was the same section that Tom Mack and Paul McGovern were assigned to (12). “I knew every single building and what was located in every single building or facility. I have never seen any special living quarters or “clean sphere” for our visitors.

     “There were numerous clean rooms, but not connected to any living or medical facilities. The visitors lived in one area (S-2): underground. They were guarded and controlled, but did not need any special air or breathing system.” Gene Loscowski (Lakes) at:

Paul McGovern Weighs in

“Having been very involved in the program for many years, some years before Gene, I know the real story about A51. Gene described it adequately in several past exchanges.
 I worked with Tom Mack. Tom was one hell of a great person.  He knew his business and he knew it well. He was the Air Force Liaison to the scientific research division.  We had a lot of brains at the complex and some were military scientists. Tom was one of the best. I first met Tom in 1975. Tom was TDY to the complex, working on an extraordinary project that he developed.

     “Tom came back in 1976 and stayed for many years before leaving on a Pentagon assignment. Tom again came back in the late ‘80s and stayed until retirement. He could look at information, clearly not of this world, and just hunch his shoulders and then crack a joke. After Tom retired, we stayed pretty close.  

     “There was a special office in charge of the information, but it was not responsible for disinformation. That was the responsibility of the DIA. The safeguarding, analysis and distribution of sensitive information was the responsibility of the special office.  We had some real Gems at the complex. Matter of fact, I might call it a Gold mine! But, we didn’t always understand what we had or how it all worked. We had some foreign help. The little guys helped us and were never a threat to anyone. They mined better than dogs. They never questioned an order, never strayed from their operation zone and never hurt a single thing. They did not need any special sphere or “clean room.”  All that information from Burisch or Crain is bogus–crap. They were safeguarded from the public and never asked much in return. They were more loyal to us than some of our own people. With their help, we perfected Zero Point Energy (ZPE) technology and magnetic wave coupling.

A JROD?

Both Gene and Paul would mention a JROD. Paul McGovern would mention JROD as a “controlled visitor.” Tom Mack stated that JROD assisted with the reverse-engineering of crashed UFOs (12). Gene would say the JROD program was highly classified. Is this the same JROD that Dan Burisch or Crain would mention as having medical problems and was contained within a controlled environment called the “clean sphere?” But, both Gene and Paul say there were never any sick aliens and they NEVER heard of a Dan Burisch or Crain (13).  JROD was reportedly responsible for the “Gate 3 (NTS) Incident” in April 1983 which involved the murder of a security guard. Rick Doty and Paul McGovern were reported present at the crime scene. The JROD program was terminated in 2002.

Was the Vatican at Area 51? According to sources representatives from the Vatican were at Area 51 for scheduled alien contacts. Then Pope Paul II was briefed by the Reagan administration.

Is it time to stop?  Not just yet, but we hope that between Chapters 3 and 4, we have made a small but very significant first step in showing a concerted effort by the U.S.

government to research, develop and eventually produce a technology based on what they have learned from the recovered alien technology. As we have seen, there are and will be many roadblocks to overcome in the future. As our LANL confidential source had said:

“I’ve worked on this project for 12 years and I sometimes call myself dumb because I try to compare the craft with our technology. Doing that is dumb, as all who have worked on the craft over the years have come to understand.”

     From the horse’s mouth, so to speak, the road hasn't been easy as they once thought way back in 1947.

Project Serpo/Crystal Knight: An Exchange Program with the Aliens at Area 51-Nevada Test Site?

Between the years 1965 through 1978, we had an exchange program with aliens according to Rick Doty, Ed Doty (Rick’s uncle), Gene Loscowski (real last name is Lakes), and Paul McGovern. We carefully selected 12 military personnel; 10 (ten) men and two (2) women. Other sources state that there were only 12 men. They were trained, vetted and carefully removed from the military system. The 12 were skilled in various specialties. There were eight USAF comprised of 6 men and two women or men, two Army and two Navy men. Two were doctors; three were scientists; two were language specialists; two were security personnel; two were pilots and one was the leader (colonel-AF). The two women or men were one AF major-medical doctor and the other an E-6 linguist.

     Near the northern part of the Nevada Test Site, the aliens landed and the 12 Americans left. One entity was left on Earth in April 1964 or, EBE-2. The original plan was for our 12 people to stay 10 years and then return to Earth.

     But something went wrong. One team member died of a pulmonary embolism enroute (one word for space travel) to the alien’s home world. 11 arrived safely about nine (9) months after departing Earth. The 11 remained until 1978, more than three years beyond the 10 years planned and only seven (7) returned to the same location in Nevada; six men and one woman or man returned. Two others decided to remain according to the returnees, two others had already died on the alien’s home planet before the returnees departed. Of the seven who returned, all have died. The last survivor died in 2002.

The returnees were isolated from 1978 through 1984 at various military installations. The Air Force Office of Special Investigation (AFOSI) was responsible for their security and safety. AFOSI also conducted debriefing sessions with the returnees. The complete debriefing is contained in: “PROJECT SERPO,” Final Report-80HQD893-020, classified TS, Codeword: the completed SERPO debriefing accounts for about (3,000) three thousand pages. Also, from recent information, it appears that SERPO is the 4th planet from Zeta Reticuli 2. The same planet EBE-1 came from which EBE-1 called “Sieu.” Zeta. Reticuli 1-3 has to be considered another candidate for SERPO as well, but EBE-2 looks nothing like EBE-1 or the aliens in the Barney and Betty Hill case.

By now, readers will ask themselves, “Haven’t I seen this in a movie?” The answer would be “Yes.” Steven Spielberg’s “Close Encounters of the Third Kind” was based on this reported, supposed real event.

Are we done with Area 51yet again? Again not quite, according to the research done by Dr. Bob Wood, “the claim that Area 51 did not exist in 1954, and therefore the SOM1-01 manual must be a fake see,

Interestingly, early responses to the SOM 1-01 by the Air Force that claimed it to be a fake had the paragraph discussing this issue blacked out; as if it was still so sensitive they didn’t want to touch the topic.

     Actually, there is evidence that this facility was started in 1951, probably for the express purpose of having a good place to send the EBEs recovered.

     Slides 55 and 56 show the Las Vegas Review-Journal for January 5, 1951 describing a massive construction project of $300 million 1951 dollars…Furthermore, accompanying the article was the testimony of a local witness of the time who described the large number of construction actions going on.

So, it appears the SOM 1-01is very real and was used as their crash-recovery tech order with a Tech Order (TO) number of 12D1-3-11-1.
