Psalm 147:1-20

1
 Praise ye the L
ORD
: for
it is
good to sing praises unto our God; for
it is
pleasant;
and
praise is comely.

2
 The L
ORD
doth build up Jerusalem: he gathereth together the outcasts of Israel.

3
He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.

4
He telleth the number of the stars; he calleth them all by
their
names.

5
 Great
is
our L
ORD
, and of great power: his understanding
is
infinite.

6
 The L
ORD
lifteth up the meek: he casteth the wicked down to the ground.

7
 Sing unto the L
ORD
with thanksgiving; sing praise upon the harp unto our God:

8
Who covereth the heaven with clouds, who prepareth rain for the earth, who maketh grass to grow upon the mountains.

9
He giveth to the beast his food,
and
to the young ravens which cry.

10
He delighteth not in the strength of the horse: he taketh not pleasure in the legs of a man.

11
 The L
ORD
taketh pleasure in them that fear him, in those that hope in his mercy.

12
 Praise the L
ORD
, O Jerusalem; praise thy God, O Zion.

13
For he hath strengthened the bars of thy gates; he hath blessed thy children within thee.

14
 He maketh peace
in
thy borders,
and
filleth thee with the finest of the wheat.

15
 He sendeth forth his commandment
upon
earth: his word runneth very swiftly.

16
He giveth snow like wool: he scattereth the hoarfrost like ashes.

17
He casteth forth his ice like morsels: who can stand before his cold?

18
He sendeth out his word, and melteth them: he causeth his wind to blow,
and
the waters flow.

19
He sheweth his word unto Jacob, his statutes and his judgments unto Israel.

20
He hath not dealt so with any nation: and
as for his
judgments, they have not known them. Praise ye the L
ORD
.

Proverbs 31:1-7

1
The words of king Lemuel, the prophecy that his mother taught him.

2
What, my son? and what, the son of my womb? and what, the son of my vows?

3
Give not thy strength unto women, nor thy ways to that which destroyeth kings.

4

It is
not for kings, O Lemuel,
it is
not for kings to drink wine; nor for princes strong drink:

5
Lest they drink, and forget the law, and pervert the judgment of any of the afflicted.

6
Give strong drink unto him that is ready to perish, and wine unto those that be of heavy hearts.

7
Let him drink, and forget his poverty, and remember his misery no more.

Zechariah 14:1-21

1
Behold, the day of the L
ORD
cometh, and thy spoil shall be divided in the midst of thee.
2
For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.

3
 Then shall the L
ORD
go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle.
4
And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which
is
before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west,
and there shall be
a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south.
5
 And ye shall flee
to
the valley of the mountains; for the valley of the mountains shall reach unto Azal: yea, ye shall flee, like as ye fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah: and the L
ORD
my God shall come,
and
all the saints with thee.

6
And it shall come to pass in that day,
that
the light shall not be clear,
nor
dark:
7
but it shall be one day which shall be known to the L
ORD
, not day, nor night: but it shall come to pass,
that
at evening time it shall be light.
8
And it shall be in that day,
that
living waters shall go out from Jerusalem; half of them toward the former sea, and half of them toward the hinder sea: in summer and in winter shall it be.

9
 And the L
ORD
shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one L
ORD
, and his name one.
10
All the land shall be turned as a plain from Geba to Rimmon south of Jerusalem: and it shall be lifted up, and inhabited in her place, from Benjamin's gate unto the place of the first gate, unto the corner gate, and
from
the tower of Hananeel unto the king's winepresses.
11
 And
men
shall dwell in it, and there shall be no more utter destruction; but Jerusalem shall be safely inhabited.

12
And this shall be the plague wherewith the L
ORD
will smite all the people that have fought against Jerusalem; Their flesh shall consume away while they stand upon their feet, and their eyes shall consume away in their holes, and their tongue shall consume away in their mouth.
13
And it shall come to pass in that day,
that
a great tumult from the L
ORD
shall be among them; and they shall lay hold every one on the hand of his neighbour, and his hand shall rise up against the hand of his neighbour.
14
And Judah also shall fight at Jerusalem; and the wealth of all the heathen round about shall be gathered together, gold, and silver, and apparel, in great abundance.
15
And so shall be the plague of the horse, of the mule, of the camel, and of the ass, and of all the beasts that shall be in these tents, as this plague.

16
And it shall come to pass,
that
every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the L
ORD
of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles.
17
 And it shall be,
that
whoso will not come up of
all
the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, the L
ORD
of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain.
18
And if the family of Egypt go not up, and come not, that
have
no
rain;
there shall be the plague, wherewith the L
ORD
will smite the heathen that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.
19
This shall be the punishment of Egypt, and the punishment of all nations that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.

20
In that day shall there be upon the bells of the horses, HOLINESS UNTO THE LORD; and the pots in the L
ORD
's house shall be like the bowls before the altar.
21
Yea, every pot in Jerusalem and in Judah shall be holiness unto the L
ORD
of hosts: and all they that sacrifice shall come and take of them, and seethe therein: and in that day there shall be no more the Canaanite in the house of the L
ORD
of hosts.

Revelation 20:1-15

1
And I [John] saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.
2
And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,
3
and cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.

4
And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and
I saw
the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received
his
mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
5
But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This
is
the first resurrection.
6
 Blessed and holy
is
he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.

7
And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,
8
and shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom
is
as the sand of the sea.
9
And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.

10
And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet
are,
and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

11
And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.
12
And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is
the book
of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
13
And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
14
And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
15
And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

Psalm 148:1-14

1
 Praise ye the L
ORD
. Praise ye the L
ORD
from the heavens: praise him in the heights.

2
Praise ye him, all his angels: praise ye him, all his hosts.

3
Praise ye him, sun and moon: praise him, all ye stars of light.

4
Praise him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that
be
above the heavens.

5
Let them praise the name of the L
ORD
: for he commanded, and they were created.

6
He hath also stablished them for ever and ever: he hath made a decree which shall not pass.

7
 Praise the L
ORD
from the earth, ye dragons, and all deeps:

8
Fire, and hail; snow, and vapours; stormy wind fulfilling his word:

9
Mountains, and all hills; fruitful trees, and all cedars:

10
Beasts, and all cattle; creeping things, and flying fowl:

11
Kings of the earth, and all people; princes, and all judges of the earth:

12
Both young men, and maidens; old men, and children:

13
Let them praise the name of the L
ORD
: for his name alone is excellent; his glory
is
above the earth and heaven.

14
 He also exalteth the horn of his people, the praise of all his saints;
even
of the children of Israel, a people near unto him. Praise ye the L
ORD
.

Proverbs 31:8-9

8
Open thy mouth for the dumb in the cause of all such as are appointed to destruction.

9
Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy.
