"Oh, Sweetheart, that feels so good," he purred as she rolled his balls in her hands. Now she moved on to her main goal and she stroked his shaft firmly but with care. "Harder," he groaned. She worked his length harder as he wanted. One hand rubbed his balls while the other stroked his shaft firmly and with increasing speed. Her hand slid over his cockhead and he shivered and groaned. "I want inside you, now."

He stepped under the water rinsing off quickly and he picked her up in his arms. Her legs wrapped around him as he thrust his cock against her entrance. He thrust in and out a few times before he was fully seated. He had her pressed against the wall and she hung on to him for dear life. He'd started slowly and easily, but he sped up until he was jack hammering into her and she was making noises of enjoyment. She could feel the tension coming over him and she knew she was close. Never had she felt anything like what Zorth did to her.

Had he not held her in place she feared she might take flight from the pleasure he gave her. He slammed into her so hard her tonsils vibrated and he was hitting hot spots she'd never known were there. Her channel began to thrum with urgency and her clit throbbed with an impending orgasm. She sank her nails into his shoulder as tension ran through her. Her body erupted in a massive orgasm, her channel squeezing tightly around his cock. He filled her so completely anyway that when she locked down around him, it milked his seed out in waves. He surged trying to bury himself as deep inside her as he could and then he just jerked and bucked.

They stood there in the tightest embrace until the cold water started splashing on them. It had been magical, their coming together and it made her wonder if they were truly soul mates.

Chapter 7

Mates

Zorth had never felt so good in his life. His blood sang with the energy which had been lacking since the first night they'd spent together. He was smart enough to realize she wasn't completely committed to him yet, but he'd gotten farther than he'd expected and excitement washed over him. He felt a little less excited when he remembered that a long talk was ahead of them. He wondered what his mate thought about demons. Most humans knew little about them and considered them evil. Some were but that wasn't true of all or even most of them.

They dried off and dressed. He had to get something out of his bag which was still lying in the living room from when he'd brought it in earlier. He was constantly distracted since he'd been here either by Serena's attack or by Arabella's delights. He needed to get his brain working again so he could convince his mate that he was the one for her. He met her in the kitchen where she was already working at getting supper on the table.

"Is there anything I can help with?" he asked.

"Why don't you just start telling me about yourself?"

"I'm a member of the witch's council and currently I'm working on the team that is after Chief. I'm sure you've heard about him?" When she nodded he went on. "I'm very old, older than you can probably imagine. I don't know how much you know about the supernatural world and the various creatures that inhabit it. Well, hell, I guess I'll just throw it out there. I'm an incubus demon."

He heard the sound of something dropping. "Here, let me get that glass cleaned up. Don't move, you could cut yourself." Now he had an idea of what she thought about demons. He grabbed the broom and a dustpan and carefully cleaned up the shattered glass around her while she stood almost as if frozen. He dumped the glass in the trash can and put the broom and dust pan back in the small closet. He looked at the floor around her one more time just to be sure he hadn't missed a sliver. She'd recovered enough to start back to work on their meal.

"Do you have any questions?" he asked. He hoped she'd at least give him a chance to explain what he was and what it would mean if they mated.

She turned to look at him but he couldn't read any of her emotions. "What exactly does that mean?"

He let out the breath he'd been holding. Thank the gods and goddesses she was giving him a chance. "Demons are magical creatures that for the most part live in a realm or some people might call it a dimension that's parallel to this one. They are similar to humans in that there are good, bad, and neutral demons. There are also many kinds. Incubus demons are typically called sex demons. We get our strength and energy mostly from the emotions of others and participating in sex."

"So you just got a fill up?" she said with a snort.

He took it as a good sign that she was teasing him. "You could say that loosely speaking. I've not been with anyone but you since the first time we were together."

She shot him a look that told him she didn't believe him. "That's been six months."

"I've felt the pain of it every day."

"It's hard to believe a sex demon would care where he got his sex from."

"I see you've heard of my kind but what you've heard may not have been true."

"So incubi don't live on sex and have it often with a variety of females?"

"Well, that much is true. It's also true that we're incredible lovers and can make you feel things you've only imagined." He noticed she turned pink.

"Go on."

"We generally have to have sex monthly, though weekly is best, to keep fully charged but we get energy from positive emotions and a small amount from food. We also have soul mates though some incubi run from them instead of to them. I only want to have a life with you and make you happy."

"I feel like you're leaving something out. I want you to tell me everything."

"Alright. I'm the brother to the incubi King. Generally, our royalty make political marriages but I refused and left home to find my mate. I had a natural ability when it came to certain kinds of magic and I've mainly pursued witchery although I dabble in other kinds."

"How many kinds of magic are there and why witchery?"

"I don't know how many kinds for certain. There are magic realms I've not been to, maybe even those I am unaware of. I seemed to have a talent in witchery and my brother had a woman he was with for some time who was from an important witch family."

"I suppose that's reason enough. Why me?"

"Why does the sun rise in the morning sky? Why does the rain fall? You were made for me by the goddess and there is no other. There will never be another."

"How can a human mate with a demon? Aren't you immortal? My life will be but a footnote in your long life. Can you handle that kind of loss?"

He hesitated a moment to gather his thoughts. "I'm not sure what you know about mortal and immortal mating. If a wolf mates a human and they can change, their lifespans are similar barring accident or foul play."

"You would change me? I would be a succubus?" She didn't look happy at the thought.

"No, once we mated your lifespan would simply equal mine. The difference is if I die, your lifespan reverts to your normal human one. It's not the way it is with most other supernaturals. Demons are different in that way."

"What is involved with the mating ceremony?

"There will be a binding spell and an exchange of blood."

"I have no idea what a binding spell is and how would we exchange blood, a bite?"

"A binding spell wouldn't be much different than the wedding vows humans use to marry. The blood exchange is usually from a small ceremonial cup or a needle prick. If you choose the cup, the blood is drawn earlier in the day by the male who stands with the groom and the female who stands with the bride. They are mixed with herbs to keep the blood fresh and also certain herbs that are considered good fortune or that give strength, wisdom, fertility, and happiness. If you choose the prick, we'll exchange the blood on the spot. Candles are burned and a high demon usually performs the service."

"Okay, so let me get this straight, we drink each other's blood while some high demon chants and black candles burn?"

"The candles are not black. They are usually white and are infused with herbs that smell good. They symbolize purity and cleanliness. They represent clearing out all old memories, like former lovers, to make room for the new memories with your new spouse."

"Oh, sorry. I guess I was thinking about stuff I've seen on TV."

"They have some crazy stuff on TV about demons. But just because some of it is untrue, doesn't mean there aren't very scary and evil demons."

"Demons are very mysterious as far as humans are concerned. Most of us don't even believe they exist. I'll admit it's even hard for me even though I've seen what you can do."

"You're taking this better than I expected. I just want us to get to know each other. You're very important to me. Once we get this problem with Chief dealt with, I'll lay the world at your feet. I just don't know what to expect from him and to be honest, I would have never expected him to go after you the way he did. I think that was Serena's influence, but now that he's started, I can't be sure he'll stop as long as he's free."

"What can we do to make sure he gets caught?" she asked worrying her bottom lip in concern.

He didn't want her involved in this any more than she already was but he'd have to take her with him if he wanted to work on the case. He couldn't bear to let her out of his sight and that was the truth. "I may have to meet Damon to discuss the case."

"I'll go with you," she said immediately. "When will we go?"

"It's too late today. I don't want to intrude on what little family time Damon is able to manage. I think we'll get up tomorrow and try to make it at eight when they start the workday. I'm worried about taking you."

"I can take my gun, it'll help."

"Yes, it'll help but I'll still worry." She stopped what she was doing and walked to him. She leaned down and gave him a soft kiss on his lips. For a moment he forgot what they were discussing. He could smell her sexy female musk and he tasted her sweetness on her lips. He could feel her silky skin and the warmth coming from her where she pressed against him. She hadn't been in his life very long but she already meant everything to him.

She stepped back and started to put their food on plates. It looked like supper was ready. "May I help with anything?"

"Here's your plate," she said as she handed it to him. He looked at her smiling. There was something so domestic about the two of them getting ready to eat the meal she'd fixed. Who would have thought an incubus demon would be excited about settling down with a human, even a white wolf human?

They sat down to eat and Arabella poured herself a glass of wine. "Want some?"

"I'll take a glass."

"Does this have any effect on you at all?" she asked.

"Not much," he replied knowing she'd miss the relaxation of her wine. "There are other things that will make up for it."

"The near immortality?"

"The incredible sex that will get better every time. The accelerated healing when you're injured and the fact that you'll rarely be ill."

She sighed deep in thought. "I guess I'd best enjoy it while I can." She picked up her wine and downed it then refilled her glass.

He took what she said to mean she would mate with him. Goddess, he hoped that was what it meant. Demons had both gods and goddesses they prayed to. Goddesses were usually sought out in matters pertaining to sex, love, family, fertility, and any of many domestic issues. Gods dealt with feuds, fights, war, money, and dealing with politics, strength, and finances. For anything dealing with Arabella he needed the Earth goddess on his side. As far as he could tell, it was the same goddess the witches prayed to. Demons sometimes prayed to the moon goddess to hedge their bet. She was the wolves' goddess.

When it came to matters concerning Chief, it was the holy father he prayed to. He was similar to the God of the humans but different enough that it was obvious they weren't the same. Maybe they were brothers, he really didn't know. All he knew was his personal religion called on him to be fair, honest whenever possible, and to help those in need. He saw no need for a large number of rules that no one would follow or even remember. He fought evil every way he could and he did what he could for those less fortunate. He wasn't a saint but he tried not to be bad. He tried to help others and above all he tried not to harm those that didn't deserve it.

He could see Arabella was a good person too. She was probably a better person than he was and she probably deserved better but he wanted her too much to let her go. He wanted to sweep her off her feet and carry her back to bed and keep her there until morning. What she wanted was hard to say and he didn't want to rush her. She'd enjoyed their time in bed, he'd swear it. But that didn't mean she wanted to jump right back in. He'd admit that human females were the hardest people to figure out of any group. He didn't want to push her, but by the gods he wanted her right now.

She'd had a couple more glasses of wine and the bottle was half empty. She was filling up another glass. "Are you sure you want to drink more wine?" He knew that humans didn't always do so well if they had too much. They could be fun, mean, or sometimes sad. The worst thing was when they over imbibed enough to get ill. He shuddered at the memory of the times he'd been around sick drunks. It hadn't been pretty.

Arabella had downed her glass of wine and now she was looking at him. She walked to him like she was stalking prey. It would be funny except he was confused and unsure of what she wanted him to do. She stopped right in front of where he was sitting and even though she wasn't tall, he had to look just a bit up to her. She put her hand on his chin, her other hand in his hair, and lowered her lips to his. She kissed him roughly and with heat. Her tongue traced his lips and then pressed between them.
