Banana Mango Green Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 2 Frozen Bananas
  • 2 C. Kale
  • 1 Mango, Prepared
  • 3 Tbsp. Hemp Seeds
  • ½ C. Sprouts
  • ½ C. Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 3 Ice Cubes
Directions
  1. Place the kale and the almond milk in the blender and pulse until the kale is chopped very small. Then add the remainder of the ingredients and pulse until i

    s smooth.
  2. If you want to add some toppings as part of your snack, you can add mango slices, hemp seeds, shredded coconut, sprouts, chia seeds, bananas, or goji berries.
 
Green Warrior Protein Smoothie

 

 

Servings: 2

Ingredients
  • ½ C. Red Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 C. Kale
  • 1 Apple, Chopped
  • 1 C. Cucumber, Chopped
  • ½ C. Chopped Celery
  • 3-4 Tbsp. Hemp Hearts
  • ¼ C. Frozen Mango
  • ⅛ C. Mint Leaves
  • ½ Tbsp. Coconut Oil
  • 4 Ice Cubes
  • 1 Tbsp. Algae Oil
Directions
  1. Juice half of the large red grapefruit and add half a cup of grapefruit juice to your blender.
  2. Add the kale, cucumber, apple, hulled hemp seeds, celery, mint, mango, coconut oil, and ice. Blend on high until everything is really smooth. You can add a little water if you need to in order to get it to blend.
  3. Pour it into a glass and enjoy it immediately!
  4. If you use the algae, enjoy it separately. I
    t’
    ll impact the flavor if you add it to the smoothie, but i
    t’
    s a good compliment to this smoothie due to its nutrition and vitamins.
Tropical Green Smoothie

  • 2 C. Frozen Spinach
  • 1 C. Frozen Pineapple
  • 1 C. Frozen Mango
  • 1 Banana, Peeled
  • 1 C. Strawberries
  • 1 C. Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • Sweetener
Directions
  1. Add the spinach and the almond milk to the blender and pulse until it's smooth.
  2. Then add the rest of the ingredients and pulse until i

    s all well blended.
  3. Enjoy!
Snickerdoodle Green Smoothie

  • 1 Banana, Frozen
  • ½ Avocado
  • ¼ C. Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla
  • ¼ tsp. Cinnamon

  • 1 C. Cranberries
  • 2 Peeled Oranges
  • 2 Bananas
Directions
  1. Blend the kale and the water together until i

Peanut Butter and Jelly Green Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 6 oz. Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 C. Frozen Berries
  • 1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
  • ¾ C. Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 C. Kale
  • 4 Ice Cubes
Directions
  1. Add the kale and unsweetened almond milk to the blender and pulse until well combined and the kale is in tiny pieces.
  2. Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend until very smooth.
Collard Green Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp. Lime Juice
  • 2 C. Kale
  • 1
    ½ C. Frozen Mango
  • 1 C. Green Grapes
Directions
  1. Combine the lime with half a cup of water, the mango, kale, and grapes in a blender and pulse until smooth. Add more water to get to the consistency you want.
  2. Remember to chew this one!
Spinach Smoothie with Apple

Ingredients

    ½ C. Apple Juice
  • 2 C. Kale
  • 1 Apple, Cored and Chopped
  • ½ Avocado, Chopped
Directions
  1. Combine the apple juice and the kale in a blender and pulse until smooth.
  2. Then add the apple and pulse again. Add the avocado and pulse a final time.
Kale Smoothie with Pineapple and Banana

  • 2 C. Kale, Stemmed and Chopped

  • 1 C. Seedless Green Grapes
  • 1 C. Baby Spinach
  • ½ C. Ice
  • ¼ C. Coconut Milk
Directions
  1. Add the spinach and half the coconut milk to the blender. Pulse until smooth.
  2. Then add the other half of the coconut milk and the rest of the ingredients and pulse until smooth.
Kale Apple Smoothie

  • ¾ C. Kale
  • 1 Celery Stalk, Chopped
  • ½ Banana
  • ½ C. Apple Juice
  • ½ C. Ice
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

  1. Put the kale and celery in the blender with the apple juice and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the remainder of the ingredients and pulse until well combined.
