“Si, Papa. I will bring her to la familia Sunday dinner. I already bought her the engagement ring y wedding bands. I also bought her a wedding gift, another ring that she loved. I’m tremendously feliz with mi novia,” said Jose Enrique. “I think I need to go to mi cuarto. I need some rest.”

“It has been a hectic week. Now with la boda, it is going to be really busy here, y at the office. I also will be spending a lot of time with Jessica,” said Jose Enrique. “Buenas noches Papa, Mama, Paty,” then he exits la familia cuarto walking to his cuarto.

He puts his mano in his pants pocket to make sure that Jessy black lace panties are still there.
I don’t want to lose them. I love pulling them out y smelling them. I can almost taste her. I think that is one of mi favorite things about mi amor. It is her hot sweetness
, he moans as he recalls her taste.

Walking into his cuarto Jose Enrique puts her panties under his pillow with a grin. He enters el bano, undressing, for the cold shower that he desperately needs.
I need release. Jessy just left me all hot y aching.

Smelling her panties didn’t help
, he thought as he strokes himself moaning, recalling her loving. From just thinking of her he instantly found his release. He turns the shower off, drying off, walks to his cama.
It’s not the same anymore. I think that I will not be able to satisfy myself. I will now need Jessy, her taste. I’m feliz that our boda is going to be soon, and I will have her en mi cama every night. I will love her all the time.

Jose Enrique smiles sliding into his cama, he pulls out her panties.
I will see her again mañana. I don’t know if I will be able to love her, but I will try
. He turns moaning into his pillow with desperation.

you? You look like you had a bad night.” his hermana Paty laughs. “Do you want some coffee? Is Jessy going to work today?”

“No, Paty, Jessy will start work on Monday. I want her to finish the jobs that she has pending. I won’t be seeing her until probably tonight. Why?” asks Jose Enrique, grabbing a mug so he can pour himself a cup of coffee.

“Bella and I want to see her engagement ring,” said Paty.

“I also bought her the wedding bands and a wedding gift for her. The jeweler will be delivering the wedding bands and wedding gift at the office,” said Jose Enrique smiling, recalling what Jessy had said about the emerald ring.

“Really, you bought the wedding bands? Are they nice? They must be if Jessy picked them out. She did pick them out, right?” asks Paty.

“Si, I allowed her to select whatever she wanted. I want her to have everything y anything she wants, and of course that includes me.” Jose Enrique grins wickedly.

“That is not amusing. That is gross. You don’t have to make me think of you like that. Ugh!” said Paty walking away, thinking,
I know that Jessy loves him, but still, he’s mi hermano. I don’t even want to think about them like that. Gross.

Jose Enrique remains leaning against the counter watching Paty leave, smiling as he thought of Jessy.
Well, I’m awake now. Mi amigo is loud y clear in his wake-up call. I need Jessy. Will I survive the engagement period before our boda? I’m always aching for her. I have never been like this with any other mujer. Si, I liked them, but it was when I wanted to. I’m so out of control. I need to hurry. I need to get to the office early to make sure that the construction started on time. It’s supposed to start today and should be under way without any conflicts. It is a huge job.

Forty-five minutes later Jose Enrique is on his way to the office. Sliding into his special parking spot, Jose Enrique jumps out of his carro walking quickly to the elevators.

I know that the construction should be under way at this time of the morning, but I need to contact the site manager to make sure that the construction did start today.

Walking into his office and closing the door. The phone starts to ring. Jose Enrique sets down his brief case answering the phone.

“Good morning, thank you for calling De La Cruz Inc., Jose Enrique speaking. How can I assist you?” said Jose Enrique to the caller.

“Hi, De La Cruz. This is Fernando López. I am calling to set up an appointment. I have decided to have your company build my next shopping center,” said Senor Lopez. “I will be building my new shopping center right in the center of a Latin community, and I know that your company will be able to construct it with the Mexican influence that I desire. When can we meet?” asks Senor Lopez.

“Yes, Senor Lopez, I do recall we met a few weeks ago at the inauguration of the Nuñez building. It will be a pleasure to make an appointment for a consultation. When did you have in mind?” asks Jose Enrique.

“I would like to meet on Friday at two. Will that be a good time for you?” asks Senor Lopez.

“That sounds like an excellent time, Senor Lopez. I will also like to send you an e-mail of some paperwork that you need to fill out. It is only a questionnaire that will allow my company to identify your needs, such as what size of building, designs, features, and colors that you desire your new building to have,” said Jose Enrique with a smile. “I would like to have the questionnaire returned tomorrow at the latest. My company can then have a presentation of several models that will fit into your budget and vision on our appointment,” said Jose Enrique. “It will be a starting point in working toward the completion of your building.”

“De La Cruz that sounds great. E-mail the paperwork,” said Senor Lopez. “I will return it later today.”

“That will be terrific, and I look forward to our appointment on Friday at two,” said Jose Enrique with a smile in his voz.

“Si, see you on Friday,” said Senor Lopez. “Adios.”

Jose Enrique ends the call and sits down on his chair, quickly turning his computer on to e-mail Senor Lopez the forms. Jose Enrique then starts to do some research on his new client.

I always thoroughly research and get all the information on any client who requests our services. I have to certify that the client is solvent. I don’t want to risk in investing our capital and not getting compensated. It also aids in dealing with the client and their specific needs. Knowing who they are and what they do assists in the design and negotiations.

Jose Enrique also looks at client’s familia and associates to get a feel of the client and their needs.
I don’t want to waste their time and ours if we don’t fit.
This is part of what has made Jose Enrique successful in managing the company.

After that Jose Enrique calls his site manager to see how the work is progressing.

“Hi, Max. Is everything progressing as scheduled? I don’t want any errors. It’s an enormous job. Delays cost money. I’m holding you responsible for any delays. You know you get a bonus if you get the job done on time,” said Jose Enrique in his firm CEO voz.

“Mr. De La Cruz, I have my best team on this. I’m on it. I guarantee the job will be done on time, sir,” said Max, the site manager.

“I am pleased to hear that. Make sure that your team priority is quality work. Our quality and efficiency in completing the job on time is our trademark. This is called job security. Make sure you don’t fail,” said Jose Enrique.

“Yes, sir,” said Max with restraint.

“Okay. We will keep in contact. Bye,” said Jose Enrique.

I need to talk to Jessy y Paty to get some ideas on what we can offer our clients as far as interior decorating is concern. I have also thought that we can also offer remodeling services to old and new clients. Hiring Jessy is going to take the company in a great new direction.

Jose Enrique picks up the phone and calls Bella. “Bella, can you come to mi office? I want to tell you the start date and details on our new hire.” He is grinning as he hangs the phone.

It sounds so impersonal. Fantastic! That means that I will be able to separate our love life and our working relationship in the office, at least when we are at work. I also know that doesn’t mean that I will not try to take a quick taste every now and then
, thought Jose Enrique with a wicked grin.
Yeah! I better not think of that, not now. I’m working and I need all mi brains to be working. I need to go and work out today. I didn’t have a chance yesterday. But now that I think about it, I did work out yesterday with Jessy
, thought Jose Enrique with a naughty grin.

Bella enters his office. “Hola primo what’s up? What new hire,” asks Bella taking a seat across from his desk.

“Mi amor of course, she is the one I’m talking about. Jessy will start on Monday. I want you to start on her employment contract. I want you to start her out on the normal salary for qualified and experienced managers. I know you know what that would be,” said Jose Enrique.

“I also want you to make sure she gets all the benefits. Do not forget to give her some time off to plan our wedding, a few hours in the afternoon will do. Make sure you let her know,” he adds. “And ask Jessy what type of assistants or workers we will need to start operating. Post the jobs that will be available inside first and then outside the employment market last. We should always attempt to promote from within the company,” reaching for the phone he calls Paty into the office.

Paty walks in taking a seat next to Bella.

“Paty, I need you to see to the supplies, inventory, and paint,—I don’t know what else—that we will need for the interior design department. I also want you to start the advertisement of our new services. I want you to also include that we will do remodeling for our old clients and any new clients that would like us to remodel their buildings,” said Jose Enrique with a huge satisfied smile.

“Bella, maybe we will need to consider if we should have an advertising and marketing department. I don’t know, maybe one person that can handle the advertisement and marketing in its entirety. I want you to do some research about it and tell me on what you’ve come up with,” said Jose Enrique, nodding. “So what do you think?” asks Jose Enrique, looking at Paty y Bella.

“I think that this interior design department is a great new addition to our services. I did not think of offering remodeling to old and new clients. That is really brilliant,” said Bella. “I can see that you have still been working even if you have been distracted,” she grins.

“Si, that is true. Like what Bella said I didn’t think of all the great services that we can now offer our clients. Having this interior design department is a brilliant idea hermano,” said Paty. “Jessy will do an outstanding job in managing the interior design department. I know that she is very creative and experienced interior decorator.”

Ricky walks into the office. “What’s going on? I did not get invited to the meeting.”

“It’s good that you stopped by. We have a new client. I set up the appointment for Friday at two. He will be e-mailing me the questionnaire by this afternoon, so we can have Tony work on some building designs for our presentation. Based on the designs I want you to have contracts ready for any of the ones that we present. You know what I want from you, okay?” said Jose Enrique.

“Si, I’m on it,” said Ricky. “Do you want me to go tell Tony about our new client, so he knows he has to start on them right away?”

“Si, advice Tony that I will forward the e-mail as soon as I get it,” said Jose Enrique. “Is there anything I haven’t covered? It’s almost lunchtime, and I want to order a sandwich. I want to work out at the gym.”

“I will let you know if I think of anything,” answers Bella.

“I will also let you know if I think of anything,” said Paty.

“Do you want me to get Tony, so we can have lunch with you and work out?” asks Ricky, looking at Jose Enrique.

“Yeah, that will be fine,” said Jose Enrique. “Why don’t you order our sandwiches? I want mi favorite turkey sandwich, a salad, y soda. I need to call Jessy.” Jose Enrique smiles, looks at los primos y hermana.

Paty and Bella just roll their ojos walking out the door without a comment.

“I can see that you’re hooked,” said Ricky walking out the door. “See you when lunch arrives. We’ll be in the conference room.”

“Close the door on your way out Ricky, okay?” said Jose Enrique. “I need some privacy when I talk to mi amor.”

Jose Enrique didn’t even listen to their teasing comments as they left his office. He is thinking about Jessy.

“Hola mi amor, what are you doing?” asks Jose Enrique in a sexy low voz. “I’m going to have lunch, and it’s not you. I’m very disappointed.”

“Mi vida, you sound so hot y sexy,” said Jessy in a breathless voz. “It’s not mi fault that you are not here with me. You’re the one that made our date until five.” She laughs.

“Oh,” moans Jose Enrique just thinking of tasting her sweet secrets. “You’re driving me loco. How am I going to survive these weeks until our wedding?”

“Mi vida, I will just have to love you every day so you don’t go loco,” said Jessy with a laugh.
I know he’s hot for me, and I just love it.

“You’re killing me. Now I have to go take a cold shower,” said Jose Enrique with a painful sound in his voz. “I’m as firm as steel and it hurts,” he said as he tries to adjust himself in his pants. It doesn’t help that he is commando, and the zipper is biting into him.

“You will be okay. I’ll be seeing you later, and we’ll take care of your needs,” said Jessy. “Mis padres are okay with Saturday. What about tus padres?”

“Si, mis padres are okay with Saturday. Do you know where you want to go tonight? To dinner, or do you want me, only me?” asks Jose Enrique.

“I want you, only you. But I still have not decided where to go to dinner,” said Jessy. “I will know when you get here, okay?”

“Okay, mi amor. I will see you later. I’m going to have mi sandwich and work out in the gym. Maybe my working out will relieve this need that I have for you right now,” said Jose Enrique.
