BOOK: Nothing Changes Until You Do: A Guide to Self-Compassion and Getting Out of Your Own Way
2.27Mb size Format: txt, pdf, ePub

To all of those I didn’t mention specifically—friends, family members, clients, colleagues, coaches, mentors, speakers, authors, teachers, teams, organizations, and others who’ve supported me with this book, along my path, and in my life and work—thank you for encouraging me, challenging me, teaching me, being there for me, and helping bring out the best in me.

And, finally, I want to thank and acknowledge myself for my willingness to show up, be real, put myself out there, push past my limits, and not let my gremlin stop me, and for being the passionate, loving, vulnerable man that I am. I’m grateful to be me, proud of myself and this book, and honored to be doing this work.
