Adyn and I go practice shooting twice this week. Well, we go to the spot Holden took me and shoot real guns twice, and a couple other times, we practice in my back yard with a BB gun and my nephew’s paintball gun. Having a real paintball gun around comes in handy. We are able to get a feel for how to hold it best and fill it up quickly when we run out. Call us crazy butches, but we also practice running around my back yard, ducking, and rolling around like a bunch of idiots. I’m sure that’s what the neighbors think anyhow. Moments like that, you pray there are no hidden camera’s around, even though I’d pay to see how silly we look.

“I feel like we should go into this using fake names. You know, like ski masks and all,” Adyn says, causing me to laugh as I remember a scene from one of my favorite movies,
Stealing Harvard
.

“Kyle. I wanna be Kyle.”

She busts out laughing. “You so read my mind.”

“I think the boys would catch on if we decked out in war paint and shit.”

“Maybe we can just wear camo. Then they won’t see us.” We start laughing.

“How’d you see me?” I say, quoting a line from
Grandma’s Boy
.

We high five as Adyn leaves to go work the night shift. I’m picking her up in the morning, and then going to the dock to meet the boys. Tonight, I have a date with my man, though. I don’t think he realizes how overly excited I am about it either. I’ve been waiting on this movie ever since they announced the book was being turned into one. I’m pretty sure it’s orgasmic for an avid reader to hear one of their favorite books is going to the big screen. At least for me it is.

Holden shows up an extra forty-five minutes early like I told him too. He’s only met my mom a handful of times, and every meeting has been nothing more than a five minute ‘nice to meet you, how ya doin’ type of interaction. I love how my mom doesn’t ever put me under the microscope and play fifty questions with me about stuff. Like why I’m hanging out with this new guy instead of Gage, a boy she’s known just as long as I have. I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that, for the most part, she trusts my judgment. I think for the other part, it has to do with the fact that she wants me to have a life, or more like find the one I lost long ago.

I run out the door before he even has time to get out of his truck. Like I said, I’m ecstatic about this movie and I’m ready to be in the theater. Holden doesn’t realize how big this movie is, and there is no way I will be sitting in that very front row breaking my neck to look up at the screen because we didn’t get there soon enough.

“Awe, did you miss me?” he asks, giving me a playful smile as he leans in to kiss me.

“Something like that,” I say as I pull away from him to buckle up. “Pedal to the metal, mister. We don’t got time to be farting around,” I say teasingly, but mostly serious.

“Yes, ma’am,” Holden says as he does a salute.

Ten minutes later, we pull into an overflowing parking lot. “Wow, you weren’t kiddin’,” Holden says as he finally finds a spot in the very back.

People are lined up already, but it still looks like we have beat the rush. Walking up to the ticket booth hand in hand, I watch as Holden scans the extreme fans that are actually dressed up in character. “Umm, are they here for the same movie?” He looks at me, widening his eyes.

“Yes, they are. I left my costume at home.” I watch as his eyes widen even more before I laugh. “I’m just kidding. I don’t have one. I might do something for the sequel when it comes out next year.”

He laughs. “Please, don’t.” It’s cute to hear him beg.

“I think you’d be begging differently if you knew what the costume entailed,” I say, raising my brows at him before giving them a quick wiggle for added effect.

The movie Dani had us go see last night was actually awesome. Now, seeing people dressed up all crazy like was a little trippy. But the twinkle the excitement brought to her eyes was worth it. I’d do anything to be responsible for that twinkle, to make sure she never loses it.

Last night was for her, but today is for me. Now, don’t get any crazy ideas. I don’t get off on the idea of causing pain to her, or any woman, for that matter. It’s all about the sport of it. Also, there’s fact that I really think Dani will enjoy it. Her friend on the other hand, I’m not so sure. That’s for Rusty to deal with though. I tell him that he needs to take a few hits from Adyn. But he’s one of those guys that I can totally see lighting her ass up with paintballs and not giving a flying fuck. I can already picture him holding a gun in both hands and just firing off, not even aiming, with a crazed look on his face as he lets out a maniacal laugh.

I shake my head, trying to rid that image from my mind. It’s obvious that I’ve been watching too many Rambo-like movies or playing too many shooting games.

The girls are equally cute with their hair pulled back and doo rags tied up around their heads. The black lines painted under their eyes leads me to believe they might have figured out where I’m taking them.

“What’s up with the paint?” I ask as I open the back door for them.

“You’re taking us to play tackle football, right?” she asks, trying to play all innocent.

“Umm, no.”

“Aww, man” she whines, not fooling me. I shake my head as I get in and head for our destination.

“Just give it up, woman. There’s no way you’re getting past me,” Rusty yells to Adyn who is guarding herself and the flag for life.

“Eat shit, fucker,” Adyn yells back, and I hear Dani laugh from wherever her little, cute ass is hiding.

“WOMAN,” Rusty roars, taking off like the lunatic I pictured him to be, and that’s when it happens. Dani stands up and shoots the shit out of him and I keep myself planted just taking in my woman getting a one up. I’m quite impressed. These girls have done nothing less than blow my mind since we’ve been here.

Adyn stands from hiding and does a happy dance, and I turn my attention and shoot her in the leg, which causes her to let out a loud yelp. “Ow, Asshole.” I look back to where Dani had just been, but she’s gone. I’m tackled from behind and taken willingly to the ground as she straddles me.

“Say it,” she says, holding her paintball gun to my chest.

“If you wanted to be in control, Darlin’, all you had to do was ask. No need to be all forceful.” She laughs, and that’s when I take back the reigns, flipping her onto her back, and grinding myself into her as I move up her body. She shivers beneath me and moans as I rock in between her legs.

“I think I’ll leave you in control,” she whimpers.

“I’m more into equality,” I say, kissing my way up her neck.

“Oh yeah,” she says, pushing her head back for me to kiss more of her.

“Yes. I’m all about taking and giving. Back and forth. Up and Down. In and out.” I nip at her ear.

“What else?”

“I’ll show you soon,” I say against her lips.

“Come on, love birds.” I hear Rusty yell. “We’re hungry, and not the same kind that you guys are. So, hurry your asses up.” Dani and I laugh as I stand and pull her up, grabbing our guns on the way.

“Soon,” I say to her again before smacking her ass, causing her to jump with a yelp.

Fishing is always at its finest when it’s with Holden. He just makes it fun. He makes everything fun, but still. After paintball, we all four did lunch, then us girls parted ways. Holden called me to meet him at the dock for us to do a little fishing. I’m not usually a fisher, but I’m not going to turn down spending time with him.

I keep seeing a fish, and I’m determined that it will be mine. But dammit, Holden keeps throwing his cast in that same area. Mr. Competitive Pants.

“Dude, keep your big pole away from my bass,” I tease him.

“Girl, you look good. Why dontcha back that bass up,” he sings and it causes me to giggle. Since I’m finished with fishing, I take my pole, set it down, and then grab his away from him and do the same.

For as long as I can remember, it’s always been pretty secluded out here. That’s the main reason I always use this area as my go to spot when I need to get away. After the afternoon I’ve spent out here with him, I just can’t fight these feelings any longer. Especially, knowing this might be our only chance. I want him, and I want him bad.

The kisses start out slow and sweet, as if we are trying to memorize the way the other tastes and feels. As if we both know that we will need this memory to hold onto. Because we need to live in the moment, knowing the chance for this to happen again isn’t guaranteed. I push Holden so that he’s now sitting on the wooden bench built around the dock. Pulling me by the hips, I let him tug me to a straddling position on his lap. My sundress bunches up my legs, and the rough crotch of his jeans rubs against my panties. My hands melt into his chest as I rub them up and down his defined physique. He flips his hat around backwards to keep the bill of it from interfering. I don’t know what it is about a sexy man wearing a hat backwards, but hot damn, is it not one of the sexiest things ever.

I mold my body to his, loving the way his hand is tangled in my hair, pressing my mouth firmer to his. I can’t breathe, but I don’t even care. I’m pretty sure that we could stay like this forever and live off each other’s breath. This man has no clue that he is my lifeline. The bulge in his pants is growing and my hips start stirring of their own accord. There’s something about the idea of getting off without any actual skin-to-skin contact. Holden lets me ride his fully clothed body, and even encourages my movements by placing his hands on my thighs and pushing them up, dragging my dress along for the ride. The sensation from the pressure between my legs, and his thumbs rubbing circles on my inner thighs, so close to where our bodies meet, has me going over the edge in no time.

Letting my orgasm take over, I fall into Holden’s chest where he wraps his arms around me and places kisses along my neck. The last wave of ecstasy ripples through my body, and my breathing returns to normal. I’m all of a sudden feeling shy and slowly peek up at him as he pushes my hair behind my ear.

“Hey,” I whisper as my cheeks flush.

“Don’t go getting all shy on me, Hot Shot,” he says as he leans in to kiss me. My shy demeanor soon evaporates as heat and passion envelop me once more. I don’t waste another minute as I fumble to unbuckle his belt.

“Is there some trick to your chastity belt, Holden?” I ask, frustrated.

He places his hand over mine, calming my frantic hand. “Dani, I don’t want to have sex with you out here.”

I suck in a breath, instantly feeling like his words are a sucker punch to the gut.

He notices the rejection in my eyes and instantly comforts me. “No. Don’t you dare think that I don’t want to have sex with you, because I do. More than anything in the world, I want to know what you feel like. I’ve wanted to since the first time I saw you. But you deserve more than this, Baby. You deserve for me to take my time with your fine body and make love to you all night long. You deserve to be cuddled afterwards, and to be awakened all throughout the night to make love some more, because I
know
just one time with you won’t be enough. I could never get my fix of you. I just want it to be right. Whatever does happen between us, I want it to be perfect.” He embraces my face with his strong, calloused hands, and I stare deeply into his chocolate colored eyes. He’s got the puppy dog look down, causing anyone to give into his needs and wants without a second guess.

“Anything with you will be perfect, Holden.” I openly admit, not willing to hide any longer from the feelings I’ve been trying to keep inside. “There’s something about you. I can’t put my finger on it, and I’m done trying. Whatever this is between us, I just want to live in the moment with you. Everything is clear when you’re in the picture, and right now, you are in my line of focus. I want you, and I don’t want to wait another minute dreaming about what you’ll feel like inside of me.”

With no more words needed, he grips my ass and lifts me up, walking to the other side of the dock where he sits me on the railing. I keep my body wrapped around him. He teases my mouth with his tongue as he amazingly torments my body by pressing and grinding against where I want him most. I let my hand slide down between us, hoping, that in this position, I can get his belt off.
