He earned his doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Rosemead School of Psychology at Biola University. He also holds two master’s degrees, one in counseling psychology from Denver Seminary and one in clinical psychology from Rosemead School of Psychology.   ROBERT (BOB) S. PAUL is the vice president of clinical services at the Smalley Marriage Institute and the director of the marriage intensive program. Bob received a master’s degree from Georgia State University and a diploma in Christian counseling from Psychological Studies Institute. He is a licensed professional counselor and a national certified counselor. Bob is a former professor at Evangel University, where he taught in both the Biblical Studies and Psychology departments, specializing in marriage and family counseling, human sexuality, and the integration of faith into all areas of life. Bob and his wife, Jenni, have four children and live in Branson, Missouri.
