Superwoman (extend arms and legs straight, then pull back into chest)—8 times

 

Shoulder Shimmy (legs straight on the ball)—16 times, alternating right shoulder, then left shoulder

 

REPEAT Curl sequence 2 more times (3 times total)—can rest 10 seconds and reset position in between sets
